Ordered a patty melt. All they did was flip the bun over. We have very different ideas as to what constitutes a party melt.

The Wayback sauce was awesome. Highly suggest the Irish Nachos and the Philly burger. New place, friendly staff - very clean!

So the cashier suggested I have their " old fashion burger" but unfortunately it tasted like old newspaper. The fries were a nice amount but just no flavor at all. Heck even my tea was awful. As many have stated, they try to market this as a sit and dine or casual quick but it's fast food all day and the high prices that hey charge do not justify tasteless food. The food is pretty good but this place is consistently bad at not giving me my correct order and taking forever to get me my food. I went there on lunch break to order cheese fries thinking it would be quick since I was in a hurry but it took 25 minutes to get my cheese fries and my extra ranch I ordered was not in the bag. I can understand once but every time I go it's like this. I have to wait way too long and I dont ever get what I asked for the first time. Tried this for the first time through Uber eats. Our orders were wrong. The bacon didn't look or taste like bacon. It looked more like dog treats. It just wasn't good. My co worker said it was horrible. A little disappointing. read more

My 1st time here and they had lots of things on the menu. I asked what the most popular was and he said the cheesy cheesy. I thought the burger was great. The bun as toasted on both sides and I liked the fact it wasn't gigantic. I hate it when the burger is all bun. "Milkshakes" are horrible!!! I could have had a cup of chilled flavored milk at home. If you're looking for a real milkshake, this is not the place to get it. Especially, for $5. The owner needs some customer service training. It was my first time trying it and it was my last! I wondered why the parking spaces in front of the restaurant were completely empty. Now, I know why. I should of known when I pulled into the parking lot and found it empty. That's the first clear sign, but I had my mind set on giving it a try. The second sign was when I walked in and all the tables were dirty and hadn't been cleaned from the lunch time rush. I looked at the menu and almost changed my mind but still I insisted. I like trying new places and rolling the dice. This time I crapped out. Luckily I only ordered a burger. I had the double bacon and a water. The cost was just below 10 bucks. I don't mind paying for a good burger but this was far from that. The bacon is not like any bacon that I have encountered before. The texture was almost rubber like and it didn't look cooked. That was the greatest turn off. The tomato was still ripe and not ready to be put in a burger. The meat and cheese were ok at best. The food was decent. My reason for writing the review is the poor customer service. I ordered through Door Dash and was missing (3) orders of fries for the (3) kid meals I ordered. I called three times to try to find a solution (re-order fries or receive a refund). First call- I was told the fries were put in the bag, and then told they'd call me back in 10 minutes. Second call- (after waiting 15 minutes) spoke to the "owner" who said she'd call me back in 20 minutes. I told her I'd hold if she'd just refund me the cost of the fries. She hung up on me. Third call- (because the "owner" hung up on me) I was told they were too busy and would call me back when they could. Neither the "owner" or the employee I spoke with seemed to acknowledge the fact that I was an actual customer. Nor, do I believe, that they'll even care that my first time ordering here will be my last. And only gave one star because the food was at least decent. read more

First time visitor, not impressed. $14.05 for a burger combination is steep, so it had better be good. I asked for the fries well done.....a simple request that they couldn't get right. The place was slow as it was after the lunch rush so the food and service should have been WAY BETTER. burger was ok, but not for $9.00. And, $3.99 extra to make it a combo is a lot. Visited tonight for the first time. Unfortunately, it will probably be our last. Everything is WAY over priced as single items. We got the Cheesy burgers, they are very juicy and tender however, lacked any kind of seasoning. I'm guessing this is why they provide salt and pepper at every single table....The chili cheese fries were also disappointing. Good amount of chili but only a few sprinkled shreds of cheese. Came here early Sunday night for dinner. We were a party of 3 and the only table there. Front staff seemed pretty friendly. We ordered 3 classic burgers, chicken tenders and fries. So we wait and wait and wait. After about 25 minutes, I ask them where our burgers were and they told me it's coming out in a few. We got the burgers first followed by the tenders. Taste was overall solid. It's a bit pricey for the size of the burger. I might do online ordering or something like grubhub/doordash if I want to try this place again. I definitely wouldn't go back to dine in because waiting 25 mins for a burger when you are the only party there is not a good look. read more

So my good friend was hungry last nite & decided to give this place a try. We arrived a couples of minutes before closing. We were in line to order while my friend made his decision on what type of burger to order. I made friends with Bo(because he drove a Lexus) whom had also walked in with us at the same time. Before you know it Bo's burger was being made. My friend then tells me lets go. I mentioned how hungry he was & why weren't we ordering his burger. He gave me the excuse that they gave him an excuse that they were closing in a couple of minutes & he had to close. I had never felt so ignored & disrespected. Ordered via yelp. Easy transaction. Arrived 30 min later, nothing was ready. They fixed the burger, by then someone had given the existing onion rings away. "One second while I make you some onion rings." 5 min later, I am handed a bag...are the Mac &cheese bites in here? "Oh no ma'am, give me 2 minutes while I make them. So sorry." If you like overpriced food that is not very good and is accompanied by poor customer service, then this is the place for you. Burgers are fine, but don't think they will be cooked to order. Mediocre burger at best. One thing to be aware of, is you want bacon in your burger, go to another restaurant this place serves fake bacon, possibly turkey bacon. If it's turkey that's fine, but you should make note if that on your menu so customers are aware when ordering. It was a poor experience all around. Won't go back. read more

First time here. I drive past regularly but never noticed the place. Looks like its new. Came in a little after 3pm and had the best burger I've ever eaten in my life. Have been here many times - I love a good burger; however, I think this is my last. Over the twenty some times I have been here two of the times I felt horrible afterwards. I took a break from going here after the second time. Today I made the mistake of returning telling myself I am in the mood for a good burger and the place is close. What a mistake. I ordered the double bacon burger with fries and drink came to $14.36 - the issue is when I got the burger it didn't have any bacon nor two patties and they don't have a combo option for the drink and fries so they just charge you for each $2.49. Anyway, over the Wayback burger will go to all the other options close by which are cheaper, better quality, etc. Hopefully I don't end up feeling bad after this trip too. read more

Today was my first day trying out this place. I was very disappointed with the taste and the price. I understand they are in the pricier side but I didn't receive quality food which is what I expected after paying $25 for 2 meals. When I showed up this evening I was the 2nd customer there and my food order took long to prepare. The female employee cooking looked like she didn't want to be there and made it awkward for me as a customer. Most definitely poor service that I almost left and wanted a full refund. Ordered a chicken Caesar salad and a dbl cheese burger. Took quite a while which is okay because it was lunch time. Food was not up to par whatsoever- Caesar salad dressing tasted rather odd and the chicken is like cardboard constructed chicken substance. The cheese in the burger wasn't melted and the bacon was small shriveled little pieces of bacon tasting fat betwixt tiny little beef patties. Food isn't the worst I've had, however it is extremely expensive for what you get. Pressed grilled chicken on a bun w lettuce and tomato is $6, that's it - doesn't include a meal. The chicken isn't fresh, it's that spongey pressed kind like they use at Burger King and Subway. Food is worthy of being on a dollar value menu.
