Got an omelette the other day, but it wasn't made like an omelette at all. They cooked the veggies separately, placed them on the plate, then cooked the eggs and just placed it on top of the veggies. That's not what an omelette is. Other than a poor food experience, Milton the waiter was very nice and tried his best to help. If not for him, they'd get one star for this.

The restaurant is clean and well decorated. The servers welcomed us immediately and sat us right away. Our server took our order and our food came out quickly. It was delicious!

Need a home cooked meal, than check it out. Milton and Mary will always greet you with a smile! Good chance the person at the next table is a Veteran as Dina opens not only hard doors, but her heart to support the veterans. And I know our women's veteran group appreciates her very much and all she does for our community.

Good basic breakfast. Clean place reasonably priced and good service. I'd come back if I'm ever in the area again

I am new to the city and wanted to try some local restaurants. Decided to give this little restaurant in the cut a try. I was riding by one day and I saw the sign and decided to stop by on my lunch. It was lunchtime and it was kind of packed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and I sat at the bar. I decided to get the cheese and bacon fries and also the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. The service was great and the food came quickly. They were busy in there so I was actually surprised when they brought the food. The fries were crispy and tasted good alone. The cheese and bacon only added more flavor to the fries. I would recommend the bacon and cheese fries to anyone. Now onto the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. I have had a lot of chicken bacon ranch sandwiches in my life from various places, but this one is easily top three. The type of chicken that they used was different than any other chicken that I had before, it tasted as if it was a rotisserie style chicken that they had chopped up to use as the meat. I could be wrong, I don't know, I just know it was amazing. I do not know if you can tell from the pictures, but that is piled high. I was not even able to close the sandwich. I had to get a fork and eat out of the middle like a salad, just to be able to eventually close the sandwich and eat it regularly. Overall, the food was great. I will definitely be eating there again in the near future. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was very diner-ish, in a good way. There was plenty of seating and space. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We came by for breakfast while in the area on a recommendation from a friend. It has a true dinner feel with album covers and records on the wall and the waitress wearing a poodle skirt. A bit worried when only one other table occupied when we walked in. We ordered coffee, omelet, breakfast sandwich, pancake with chocolate syrup and corn beef hash, Wild thing breakfast. The waitress was very nice and friendly. The food it true dinner food, nothing fancy just a good breakfast. It would be a good place to sit and have coffee and catch up with a friend.

Our server was very friendly and provided us with quick service. The location was somewhat empty, so we weren't sure what to expect, but overall it was a good experience. Our food was hot and came out fairly quickly. It wasn't anything extraordinary, but it's a decent spot to grab breakfast or lunch.

The BLT at The Flashback is generously stuffed with fresh crunchy lettuce, ripe tomato slices and smoked bacon. Yummy! The service is always excellent! The owner or the cook has never failed to check in at the table to be sure the customer is satisfied. The 50s-60s music creates a laid back, relaxed environment. Stop by The Flashback for breakfast or lunch!

Overall, I was disappointed. Maybe we just came in on a bad day. Let's start with the good: I thought the grilled peanut butter and jelly was great. I thought the waitresses were working hard, but there wasn't enough of them. Everything from there was downhill. The service was slow. It took over an hour to get our food. When we got our food, it was very bland with no seasoning. The price was comparable to other restaurants with better service and food. A family even walked out because of how slow the service was. Be prepared to wait and have bland food if you decide to come here. I hope they are able to improve their food and service.

The service is absolutely amazing. Everyone is always nice and smiling. I found most places people must hate life; thankfully at Flashback they are happy. The old timey ambiance is great. Playing oldies music. The food is fresh and everything I have had on menu has made me want come back for more. The prices cannot be beat. Will continue to be a customer.

Then we ordered 2 grilled cheese and ham sandwiches and a cheese burger. It took at least 40 minutes to deliver our food. We were about to leave, but waited a few more minutes since we would start again with ordering at another restaurant. After the 40 minute wait, a regular ham and cheese came out for my husband, a cheeseburger came for our son, and for me a grilled ham and cheese with tomato came out with the bread burned so much, I couldn't scrape off all the char. I finally took it back and they brought the same sandwich back to me saying they wouldn't charge for it (like go ahead and eat the carcinogenic toast anyway). They said they had no more ham I said bring me a grilled cheese and tomato sandwich. I finally got the sandwich, but they forgot the tomato. I was just so happy it was not burned. I do not recommend. Ambiance is a cheap diner, but the food is not cheap. For 3 adults we paid $44.00. The grilled cheese sandwiches were cheap, but the cheese burger with fries was pretty expensive. And 2 ice teas for $7.00, which seamed a little high for a hole in the wall. I wish I took a photo of the burned grilled cheese.

But you're out of pancakes... what would someone do if they wanted to order that and you are out of pancakes... just get the combo without pancakes? Or just 86 the combo off the menu? Okay well how about we take 3$ off the price of the combo since you are out of pancakes and we'll just order a side of toast for 1.50 so you lose almost two dollars on that meal????! So then I order an omelette which comes with one choice of meat and three additional toppings and asked if we could put the sausage on the side instead of in the omelette to which again she replied 'chef' does not like changes to the meals. So I said, that's fine I'll just pick it out. When it comes out, all it is, is two sausage patties whole (see pic) laid in the omelet and folded over... well, I guess it just made it easier to pick out. I'm still confused... Other than that, the kids working we're sweet. Just not really nonsensical. The meal was decent and I cannot say that I would not go back. But, kind of primarily because it's the only breakfast gig in town.
