First person was the receptionist, young girl with glasses, helped me fill out forms and answered questions about my insurance coverage. Second person was the lady in the back that blew air into my eyes. Third person was the eye doctor, talked story and made me feel at ease when doing the whole " 1 or 2" exam. I took him to his ophthalmologist, who gave him a prescription. Cousin was so excited to go to Lenscrafters at Pearlridge Mall... he said it was the best store because you get your glasses in an hour! Located on the upper level of "Uptown Pearlridge", right next to Macy's, we were greeted by Ross. He was very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful! I told him that cousin thinks he can get glasses in an hour... not true anymore. Depending on the prescription, glasses might be ready in about 10 days. Ross told me how much insurance would cover and that there's a 20% discount after that! Yay! This location is very spacious, organized, clean, and bright! We had a great experience! EYE see you. After…read moreconducting research on the HMSA website, I came across Dr. Fustato's profile amongst the "network" providers listing. The office location was not far from my home, And so, I made my decision (to make an appointment) based on proximity to home, as well as being included in the HMSA provider network. NOTES 1. The office is located within the Stadium Mall complex near the entrance to Ice Palace. Ample parking available within the complex lot. 2. I made my appointment online, BUT they do call to confirm the appointment fyi. I was contacted two days prior. 3. Email correspondence with the office/staff was polite and professional. 4. My visit was in the 1st half of July 2026. I arrived about 10 minutes before my appointment, and the front receptionist extended a friendly greeting as I approached the front counter/office area. I signed a consent form, provided my ID and insurance cards, and patiently waited my turn. I was initially assisted by Alice, who expertly took my medical history and necessary patient info. I found speaking with her very comfortable, and she definitely put me an ease before she began the initial eye exam (I would later meet wit Dr. Fusato during the visit who also conducted other testing). Alice patiently explained the purpose and use of all the instrumentation she would be using in the exam room (four all together). She was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process, and I appreciated her thorough explanations about how to position my face for each of the instruments. After we were done in the exam room, I waited in front area for a few minutes before the exam continued in another room. The next portion of the exam was very similar to the eye exam for renewal of your driver's license. After Alice was done administering these tests, Dr. Fusato came into the room for the remainder of the exams. Dr. Fusato's demeanor/"bedside manner" was very friendly and professional. He explained the testing results thoroughly and provided a comfortable environment (for a first time patient visit) for discussion and questions. In end, I made an appointment for a follow-up visit later this year, and he also recommended yearly eye exams beginning in 2027. side NOTES 1. There is a decent selection of frames at the office; for reading glasses and sunglasses too. BOTTOM LINE This was a true eye-opening experience. Thanks to Dr. Fusato and staff for making me (a new patient) feel comfortable during my visit.

The day I went in, the office looked really cluttered and unorganized. I saw muliple personal items of the staffs just left around in the office... When I was doing the eye exam, I could not see well on one eye, was wondering why....then after a while I figured their machine lense was dirty, and I had to tell the Dr. it was the lense. I have never had that happen to me at an eye doctor before. The price I got over the phone was 4100 dollars for military dependent. My friend who was also a military dependent at the time paid 3800 for both eyes. I negotiated with the Dr. and he said he could do it for 3900. A month later, I got a bill for thier FREE consultation priced over $240. I was stunned because on the website it said free and even the day of the consultation, I made sure with the receptionist as well. (Matter fact I have never seen any eye doctor who does not do free consultation for lasik). I called the office to have the matter corrected numerous times and the lady who is in charge of billing never picks up her phone so I left voice messages every time, yet NEVER calls me back. I went on their website again and they clearly say free consultation. On top of that, now I found the price list for lasik and they quoated me higher price than what it is listed on their websited even after the negotiation. This business is a scam. I would never ever get anything done here if I were you. I totally believe the one star review someone else left about this Dr. office.
