DO NOT SHOP HERE. They are wonderful sales people but terrible upper management that do not stand behind their products, salespeople, OR support their customers. I am an interior designer and spend 300k plus a year on appliances either directly or by referring clients to businesses that I trust. I have referred Warehouse Discount Center for many years, until this last year when the product I was sold for my own home had warranty issues. I have never left a negative review for anyone- this has been a very costly, nightmare situation for appliances that our family depend upon. Upon installation my Sub Zero fridge was leaking water, my Miele dishwasher never worked after install and my Electrolux washer and dryer never functioned properly (the washer sounds like a a rocket taking flight, and dryer sounds like a loose cannon). Upper management told me to contact the manufacturer directly to set up service calls. At no time did they offer to immediately replace my non functioning, leaking, defective appliances or make arrangements to facilitate corrections to the kitchen and laundry appliances I had just purchased BRAND NEW for $30k. Sub zero took care of the careless install, and after 3 service calls I had to take time off of work to wait for the "4 hour window" the dishwasher was replaced with yet another defective Miele Dishwasher. Upper management then told me to "replace it again or pay the difference to get the next step up." After almost 2 months of having a non functioning dishwasher that we had paid for, our salesman waived the $150 up-charge and exchanged the dishwasher we had for a floor model Asko dishwasher. It wasn't brand new but it was at least functioning. The Electrolux washer and dryer I could write a book about - From the very first week of install, as I dealt with the leaking fridge, and dishwasher- they were both extremely noisy, rattling loose parts type of noises. Dryer would take 3 plus hours to dry an average load of laundry. Both barely functioned. After 6 service calls for BOTH appliances, Electrolux replaced the dryer. The washer continued to have issues. The new dryer began to have similar problems within two weeks of install while the washer's issues began to worsen. Each repair person would say, "I don't know exactly what is wrong here, but something is definitely wrong with the models of these." 12 service calls later, parts replaced, and Warehouse discount center still has done nothing to make this situation right. I have begged them to send a more educated repair person, or replace the units for another brand or different model - any type of resolve so I can have a functioning washer and dryer that don't sound like rockets taking off every time I attempt to do a load of laundry. I call and email and they management doesn't even care to reply. I've been dealing with this defective washer and dryer for a year, taken many hours off work to meet service repair people. They just don't care about their customers experience once they have your money in their hands. Their salespeople are lovely and knowledgable, their management and owners only care about making the sales. read more

WDC (We Don't Care) WDC are 5 stars for selling you an appliance, BTW don't suggest you buy Miele products, but a 1 star if anything goes wrong. Went into their showroom to buy a Bosch dishwasher and was up-sold onto a Miele Dishwasher as it offers "higher quality, excellent performance" apparently. So after some deliberation I took their advice and spent the $2,300 and bought the aforementioned Miele Dishwasher. Unfortunately, after only 12 weeks of light use, there are only 2 of us the the house, the Miele dishwasher broke down. I called WDC and they passed my details on to their service company. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment for someone to come out and when they did, they told me it needs a new inlet valve sensor unit. It's has now been 6 weeks since the machine broke down! The part has still not arrived after being ordered a month ago from Miele US in New York. I get texts saying the part will be here tomorrow, but I have had a number of these over the past month. WDC customer service has been VERY poor in responding, apparently, they are busy! Finally, after chasing, I was advised by the WDC customer service lady that she would escalate this to her manager and also contact the Miele area representative and come straight back to me. Well that was nearly 10 days ago and I have heard nothing since. Will keep updating this review as things progress or not, but as it is, I really cannot recommend buying an appliance from WDC, they'll sell you one, no problem, even a more expensive one than the one you wanted, but good luck if it breaks down, you will have to constantly chase, all the while not being able to use the machine you paid good money for. Also, for what it's worth, do yourselves a favor and DO NOT touch anything Miele! Even tried to call Miele customer services directly, they were not interested one bit and borderline rude, we don't care attitude, they just said it's nothing to do with them and I need to speak with WDC customer services! read more

I had such a positive shopping experience with a wonderful young man named Brennen Pregibon, who works at the WDC Kitchen & Bath Center in Ventura, CA. Sadly my faithful stacker washer/dryer had finally breathed its last breath after almost 20 years of loving service to me and my family so I came to WDC to try to find another stacker to take its noble place. Immediately I received a warm welcome from Appliance Specialist Brennen Bregibon who so kindly guided me through the different types of stackers, pointing out the differences between them, and what each of their strong points were. He was so gracious and helpful, and so well-informed that he truly made my journey a real pleasure. He explained things so clearly, giving full attention to my questions in such an easy, courteous manner that before long I had narrowed my choice to the exact style which would best work for me in my attached garage. Thanks to Brennen's OUTSTANDING assistance, my experience turned out to be just what I needed. He was so knowledgeable and calming and upbeat and his help meant the world to me. It felt like a member of my own family was helping me! In this world, there is a stellar, very special group of people who I call the "sunshine" hearts. They have an inner peace within them that lights up any room they are in with happiness, and they are such a gift to us all as they spread their natural happiness wherever they are at any given moment. Will not do business with these guys again ever! !! Tried to conceal damage on a new range that they dropped, started to crank on my gas line saying it was in the wrong position, gouging my just finished wall in the process. Got mad because I made them take it away...ordered a new range was told they had the one I wanted in the warehouse and it would be delivered today 1-14-2016....they didn't even have it in stock get a call from Janet saying it didn't make the truck and it would be okay if they delivered it saturday...I waited patiently for over three weeks now for them to get us our range. Never even got a call back like promised. Seems the reviews are right past and present...BUYER BEWARE. Delphi o....I Do not have that information as this was a gift from my wife's grandparents, which I might add are long standing customers for their rentals. Your people, especially the two knuckleheads that delivered the first oven, are sneaky and lie. And from what I read you guys do not due Saturday deliveries, if this is your true company policy then your sales agent lied to me but hey what do I know. This is what I know, I have been waiting and can not cook a decent meal without a range. If you want the information do it yourself and call Janet at your oxnard store. If you want a sales person that goes the extra mile, Ansh Seth is that person. He was very patient, knowledgeable, & helpful selecting the right appliances (convection oven, stove top, downdraft, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, & dish washer) for our kitchen renovation. We then started our renovation with our contractor thinking our appliances would be delivered within 4 weeks when our contractor intended to install them. At the last moment, the manufacturer (not WDC) of the appliances notified us the appliances would be delivered late (past our renovation completion date). We panicked and this could have been very costly. But Ansh called us immediately and said "He's on it! Don't worry." He was right. Ansh made several calls to the Manufactures Reps and all but one appliance was delivered on time. The one appliance that was delivered a couple of days late, Ansh had the manufacturer cover the extra charge our contractor had to charge for his sub-contractor to return and install. After the project, he has made follow-up calls to make sure everything is working perfectly. I would definitely use Ansh for any future projects. Thanks Ansh for all your help. My washer broke on Wednesday while my wife was in the middle of doing laundry. We are a family of 6, so, getting a replacement washer quickly was very important to us. I work from home so rather than leave what I was doing to shop through stores (hate to shop) I went online an found Warehouse Discount Center. Warehouse Discount Center has been around for as long as I can remember, but, I didn't know they sold sfuff online! After browsing their site for a few minutes I decided to call in and someone picked up the phone within seconds. The lady I spoke to was very knowledgable and helped me pick out an Electrolux washer which is has a huge capacity and is supposed to be very efficient. The experience was great. I just had my new Electrolux washer and dryer delivered yesterday (the day after I purchased). My wife loves it (although I think I over spent). I don't write reviews often but this was such a nice experience I decided to take the time to do so. read more

Hello, I just want to share my experience with this store and the company, I and my wife were very excited about our new kichen renovation and having a new appliance. WE SPEND OVER 10K bought THE VIKING STOVE that had leak from factory defect and was inspected by gas company and viking technician wich both were agreed was from factory. BUT WDC didn't want to exchange it for us and we had to go to several months of back and forth with them and having no stove. GAS COMPANY WROTE US A TICKET THAT SAY DO NOT US THIS ITEM AT ALL. Very bad experience from WDC customer service and there delivery not helpful and avoiding as for months until viking step in and took it out of our house but still WDC didn't want to pay our money back until viking did pay them. PLEASE SAVE yourself and don't buy from this company even if you want to buy this product call manufacturer they recommend good store to buy from. read more

I want to send a big THANK YOU to Terry, Juan, David and the entire crew at the Moorpark store. We recently bought an Electrolux gas dryer from that location and had it delivered several days later. The first one that came had a cosmetic blemish so it was returned and the replacement arrived two days later thanks to Terry's intervention. We are extremely happy with this dryer. It is far more efficient than any dryer we have ever had. It is also quiet and very easy to load and unload thanks to the large, easy open door. Our entire experience at Warehouse Discount has been a positive one. We wish we had been buying our appliances there years ago. But we will certainly be coming back again when we are in the market for our next one. read more

We purchased a fabulous refrigerator from WDC about 3 and 1/2 years ago and bought an extended warranty as well, and it has worked flawlessly until recently when the ice maker began to malfunction (wet cubes and water leaking from the mechanism). After talking with "Alex" at WDC, she quickly dispatched a repairman to our home and got it fixed for us! Even after the first attempted repair didn't solve the problem, she unhesitatingly sent another attempt to rectify the situation and it now works fine. I would recommend them highly, not only for their excellent product selection and seller knowledge, but also for their fast and friendly service should something go wrong. I recently purchased several new appliances from WDC after after my house was completely destroyed due to a wild fire. I am a returning customer to WDC. My family and I have shopped there for many years. They have a great show room. As usual I found the staff to be exceptionally helpful, knowledge and kind. Special kudos to Mahmud Reza for going the extra mile in helping me select the most appropriate cost effective and efficient appliances. Also for helping me with the follow up paperwork from the manufacturer and in explaining appliance operation. I will be going back for more appliances as needed. I moved into a home and discovered that I need to move one more object inside with me. I need a new refrigerator. I also need this new refrigertor to fit into an area of a particular size. i searched online and a few of the local shops did not offer one to fit this area or that particular size was out of stock without a date when more will arrive. Then I went onto the WDC site. I sent a message asking if their facility had any refrigerators that would fit into these particular dimentions? Jonny M. was amazing!!! Easy Peasy! I left an e-mail after closing on Wednesday, asking if there was a fridge/freezer that could be delivered & installed in my home by Friday? The very next morning, before the store opened, Richard called and was ready to help me! Friendly, informative and he answered my many questions. My new fridge arrives on Friday! Our dryer had problems after trying to fix a few parts that needed replacing, but after spending about 200.00 or more and finding out the dryer did not work as well as we thought. My kitchen appliances were ordered just before the Covid shutdown. Our construction got sidetracked, but Sarfaz was very understanding and worked with me on a delayed delivery. Once we were moving again, we encountered a problem but again, Sarfaz and the management staff at WDC came through to accommodate my needs and sought to give alternatives. When I wanted further information he appeared, furnished the info and told me some other things so I got more value from the transaction. He was not pushing. I left without buying and no pressure. After the Thomas Fire, Chuck Brown helped us get all of the faucets, toilets, bath tub, sinks and other items we needed to rebuild our house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we had an issue with one of the Waterstone faucets we ordered, he arranged for the local rep to come to our house to fix the faucet. He also got us the best prices on all of our items. We bought a Sealy King-Sized mattress and bed this week and had an excellent experience at Warehouse Discount Center. Salesman Dan Freitas was knowledgable, friendly, and we didn't feel any pressure. The mattress was delivered on time and the crew that delivered and assembled it did a great job. Great experience!
