They used to be great but last week when i took my airstream in to have the shower door fixed they charged me $300 in labor for a $8 part replacement and then I needed to get a different hitch and as i research it they charged me $75 OVER what any other place INCLUDING Blue Ox sells the part for. So much for trustworthy. I came back and got my rig that night drove home and when I got in the airstream that evening I checked the shower door AND NOTHING WAS FIXED! The shower door wasn't even repaired! Sales is good and Brian is amazing there as a sales person but service will screw you over! Worse yet the shower door repair was originally under warranty and they said I could just bring it in and fix it. When I got there they charged me that outrageous amount to NOT FIX the shower. read more

Had a major issue (internal water leak) that was covered under warranty and the service team (in particular Brian) did an outstanding job from start to finish. Brian kept me up to date with the progress (job took several weeks), and the attention to detail by the repair team was superb. It's unfortunate that a new trailer had such an issue, but was completely satisfied with how it was handled and the trailer is back in showroom condition. Highly recommend this team for any and all Airstream related issues. read more

Typical crappy Airstream dealer. While traveling in AZ, the clip that holds a large Airstream awning closed while driving fell off on a bumpy road. I called Airstream of Chandler and was told to call back the next day and speak with Neal in parts. The next day, I called early and was told that Neal was so busy, he was only taking emails. The person I spoke with assured me she had emailed him with our request. I told her that another Airstreamer had graciously offered to pick it up the next day (day 3). I just needed to know if they had the part. Meanwhile, the dealership put on a big event for Airstreamers at our rally complete with breakfast and a catered lunch. However, this also somehow precluded them from letting me know if they had this simple but important $10 part. It took 5 days for Neal to return my two calls regarding the part. He waited until 2 days after the rally ended when he knew we had already left!!! Airstream in Chandler gets a big zero. read more

Recently a window was damaged on my Airstream Trailer. I filed a claim with the Insurance company, and took the rig to We Are Airstream Chandler AZ. i have been a customer since 2019 when I purchased the rig in Scottsdale which was there dealership at the time. I would like to acknowledge the outstanding Service I received. From the moment I left the rig at the dealership to pickup my ex[erience was without a hitch. The replacement window was ordered from Airstream, and installed without any problems. Melissa in service is an absolute all star in dealing with customer service and followup. I would also like to say Charlene in service helped me with another issue, and was empathetic to my problem, and helped me solve the problem with a smile. Steve the Finance Manager who I consider a true asset to the dealership also took his time to help me in all aspects of the service. We just took delivery of a preowned Airstream. Our first. We wanted to add a back up camera. The staff at We Are Airstream were super helpful and very friendly. They not only walked us through some extra pointers for us as new Airstream owners, but also connected us to a local hotel with a great discount. They have just opened an absolutely amazing dealership dedicated to Airstreams with an extensive collection of models, all in an Air conditioned facility. We Highly recommend them! First of all, none of the staff are wearing masks, service, sales, none of them. Not even an attempt. This says a lot about the lack of respect they have for their customers and each other. We could not get straight answers about when it would be completed, finally we got an Airbnb because it was clear speed was not a priority. Emails went unanswered. I felt talked down to. Even ringing up the bill took 30 minutes. I'll drive hours vs dealing with them again. Wear masks and communicate with your customers. Is that too much to ask?? read more

People are very nice and polite but I've been getting a major run around. Perhaps its the holidays or the fact that it is a used Bambi but Im honestly worried Im getting ripped off as they do not return calls and seem not to know how to fix the issue. Bottom line they sold me a defective airstream that could not have been properly inspected. Gosh were to begin. I'm so frustrated with them. Our airstream has been sitting in the service department for nearly 5 months. Shower door hinges where broken. Bathroom fan wasn't working and the refrigerator wasn't working a well. Throughout this time I call for updates. Maybe once or twice every couple weeks. What I hear is "the tech that has your invoice isn't available right now, can I have him call you back"? I never get a call back. I told them before they do any work to find out what's covered under warranty. Today they say I owe them $1100 dollars. I've gotten bits and pieces about some of the repairs from different people that I've talk to in service. Originally they asked me if I've had someone besides them work on it because the refrigerator was just unplugged. Now there saying it was a wire that wasn't getting power. So I'm having a hard time trusting what they tell me. They're also telling me that the shower hinges and the fan are not covered under the warranty. I don't mind paying for repairs but 5 months? I guess my biggest frustration comes from their failure to communicate with me about what's being done. The buying process was great. The sales people were very friendly but now considering my experience with service I'm left feeling very upset and frustrated. read more

I can only review the service department. Between my husband and I we have called 4 times over a three week period to get the price on two additional awning and a window replaced. Every time they promised to call back the next day and the call never comes. On my most recent call I asked for a manager and was promised a call back the next day ....that was over a week ago. I'm always perplexed when business are not interested in taking your money. I guess we will continue to drive to Tucson to get our trailer serviced. read more

While traveling in Arizona, we discovered a small water leak in our Airstream. Airstream of Scottsdale squeezed us in to their otherwise busy schedule, to help us out. They fixed our leak (small cracked PEX pipe), and also fixed another item that needed attention inside the trailer. Brian, in service, and the techs, were great to deal with. We pulled right up to outside their service bay, and didn't even have to unhitch. They just came outside and took care of our repairs. While we waited for the repair to be done, we enjoyed hanging out in the showroom too. Complimentary coffee and snack bars, and touring all the beautiful trailers in their showroom was fun! Wow, worse than the most pushy and rude car salesperson I ever encountered. We were there less than 10 minutes when this arrogant fool started to basically insult us and argue. The lazy salesman wanted to skip any viewing and get out a contract. I would go without an RV in this was the only option to purchase from. Fortunately for all buyers the market has shifted and now you can find a good deal on a unit you want. Don't allow these clowns to pressure you into a mistake. RUN AWAY ! read more

Many thanks to the people in the service department at Airstream of Scottsdale: I was traveling cross country in September, and, on a Friday night in Eastern Arizona, lost the ability to run my 110 electrical service. The power receptacle shorted and needed replacement. I alerted their service I'd make it in by 9 Saturday morning, and they met me and replaced the part by 11. (They let me bring my Springer Spaniels in the showroom and gave them water). I was 1600 miles from home, on sort of tight schedule, and they saved the day-the trip, really. Nice people who made the extra effort to get me back on the road. read more

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the quality of the service performed. I took my 2004 international in for a new tongue lift jack. The service managers were up front that they were backed up with work. I appreciated their honesty and fortunately had the time to leave the airstream. The work was performed with quality. ON 12/03/18 I looked at reviews for Airstream service. I found 4.9 out of 5.0 for Brian at Scottsdale Airstream. Skeptical as heck, I never the less needed service on my Alde system in my 2017 Classic. I drove down to see them before taking my trailer in. Well guess what! There was Brian and just as touted he took charge & resolved our issues w/o even bringing the Airstream in. Anytime we're in the area & needing service you can bet we'll be back to see Brian. Airstream of Scottsdale is much improved on their repair service. Christian sent the estimate to the insurance company immediately. The repair work was on time and looked good. FYI be careful when the tire shop lifts the trailer they must set the jack on the frame otherwise they will punch a hole in the belly pan. read more

DO NOT buy anything from this place with an As Is warranty. At least consider a 48hr warranty. That way it allows you to make sure all of you're appliances work including air conditioner. This place will tell you that every unit goes through an inspection process before turning it over to you. I call BS on that. I paid 65k for this unit, it was on the show room floor. Thing's that where missing and not working after we signed documents. 1. Out side shower hose missing 2. The entry door dead bolt wouldn't lock. 3. The refrigerator would not cool. 4 locks that you where not given keys too.All these things would have been found at this so called inspection. I did however noticed a missing bathroom door before we signed, they insured me one would be put in before pick up. You think it was? They but a shower curtain in place of the door. Once you call the store everyone will point you to someone else and you get "well i don't have an answer for you" This is my 1st negative review on anyone and am telling you guy's if you have to buy from them (Cause Airstream's rock) do a full inspection of the Unit before you sign. read more

No matter how far you gotta go the trip is well worth it for your service needs. You're met with honesty, integrity, and just good ol' common sense. The service manager Brian is someone who is very realistic with what he can offer you, and doesn't make false claims or false promises. And the actual service tech Jonathan did an amazing job with a situation that was absolutely beyond belief. Go to Airstream of Scottsdale, you will be very pleased with the service you receive!! Update 8/23/18: Came back to have some subsequent warranty work done, and once again we were once greeted with courtesy and professionalism by Brian Ogurschak, the situation which required attention from John from Virginia was handled in a very timely manner as you know time is money. If you've ever dealt with a Dometic situation you know what I'm talking about, but they handled it in stride and fortunately for us everything seems to be just fine all of it covered by warranty. we had the most amazing experience buying our brand new Airstream from Airstream of Scottsdale. Our experience first started over the phone and from that first phone call we decided that we would much prefer to drive all the way from Los Angeles to buy our Airstream from Airstream of Scottsdale. Brian Knox, our salesperson, was professional and not pushy. We liked that. From the time our Airstream was ordered until pick up, the process was smooth and easy. The finance people (Bill Fain), service people, sales people, etc were all fabulous. The walk through of our trailer was thorough and helpful... It was well worth the 14+ hour round-trip drive and we would do it again! I cannot be happier with the experience and would recommend them (and the folks at Desert Autoplex of Mesa - which is where we first started before Airstream of Scottsdale was opened ;)) without a question. My wife and I just wanted to register our thanks to Airstream of Scottsdale for all their hard work and effort in helping my wife and I keep our travel schedule on time, and fix our heating system in our 2018 Airstream Classic. A particular thanks to Ken Baker and Jonathan Pino who went above and beyond after an already long day to accommodate fixing the Alde heating system to get us back on the road in record time. Even though they are incredibly busy and could have easily said no to servicing our vehicle, they took us in last minute, diagnosed and fixed our issue and got us going again.
