Liars. Liars. Liars…read more They don't even deserve this 1 star. Ever since I bought my Sienna here, I've had brake squeaks. I took it back three times, and the last time I took it back, they said they replaced all the pads and rotors but didn't give me a receipt. About two months ago, the manager called me back and tried to guilt trip me into removing the review. He said, "Did we really deserve that one star? We tried everything we could to fix the problem." I told him, "You didn't fix the problem. That's just an excuse. "The reality is you did not fix the problem." He said, "Well, at least give us some credit. We put in new rotors and the pads." I said that was nice but it doesn't fix the problem, and they keep lying over and over. Lies over lies. Yesterday, I took it to have the brakes inspected and get an oil change, and come to find out, the front is at 7 and the back is at 3. I drive about 200 miles a week, so there is no way. They probably never even changed any brakes or rotors at this point since they never gave me a receipt. They lied to me repeatedly. I hate when I am taken out to look like an idiot, and I have the proof from the inspection receipt. I will report this to the Better Business Bureau now.

All my interactions with Romano, Santiago and Daniel were very energetic, clear, concise and straight to business. They are very transparent and helpful when it came to purchasing and trying to accommodate for problems (more on this later). Santiago was the main guy I was dealing with, he was very helpful and was trying his best. He was able to get me some tires for decent price with labor. 120 a tire for some Lexani LX-Twenty tires, unfortunately they were about the same price if I just went to buy these tires-but with labor did save me about 40$. He also was a man of word and kept the pricing despite getting a wheel alignment and a new lugnut for my passenger side wheel. I was informed the Lexus was sitting for a bit and the battery had died due to an aftermarket airbag suspension running in the background, However, they did replace the battery (not the best quality one but it works) before I even came for a test drive with definitely gives them some points. Don't let what your about to read take away from the people that work here, they were very transparent but sometimes a bit uninformed about the car they were selling. However, my dock of two stars has to come from the car itself. I failed to take pictures of how the car was when I bought it but the car was not professionally detailed. While test driving I found a jar of Play-Doh in the back seat, Fenti Lipstick, what seemed like pet hair on the headliners and a picture of the previous owners wife when I started the car. I know that this part is not necessarily dealers fault but all of the previous owner's information was still in car, his home, work and some other addresses were saved in the navigation system, phone numbers and once again the picture of presumably his wife. The process to wipe this information took less than a minute. On top of that the previous owner was not unregistered with the car, with Lexus's that means they still have access to the car through the Lexus app, giving them information on where the car is, unlock/lock and remote start. Which I then had to go to Lexus Longo to remove access from the previous owner. Finally the two front tires were super bald, but was still sold to me and it became my responsibility to buy new ones. However, I do believe they sell cars "As-is" and not "Road-Ready." Mind you this is after I put a buyers deposit down, showing my intent to buy and even told them when I would be coming back. I do think that if a buyer's deposit is put down, the car should be fully ready, clean and taken care of down to the paint when buying. Despite all of this the car is running very nice and drives smoothly, don't regret my purchase but definitely wish there was a bit more love into the cars before purchase. Update: they reached out to me after my review and tried to make things right. I do appreciate businesses actively trying to make things better and it was very nice to be heard and take feedback!
