I don't normally write many reviews, but We Clean Rugs absolutely earned it. Our family room rug has had a rough life. Between a rotating roster of dogs over the years and raising two boys, it had seen much better days. We tried tackling it ourselves with our wet vac more times than I care to admit, but we were fighting a losing battle. It was finally time to admit defeat and call in the professionals; I am glad we did. We Clean Rugs came out to the house, picked up the rug, and took it away, all with a great attitude and a smile. We had an 8'x10' Persian rug cleaned and it came out beautifully. Sadegh was super responsive and got back to me right away with pricing and availability. He came over, picked up the rug, took it for washing then brought it back. He kept me informed while the rug was being cleaned and let me know of some moth damage they found during cleaning. When he brought the rug back, Sadegh put it back in place and trimmed the new pad we had ordered for the rug while it was out being cleaned. Wow! Sadegh did an AMAZING job cleaning our Room and Board wool rug. It had taken quite a beating from seven years of daily use with two kids and a dog. He was able to get all the stains out and even used an enzyme cleaner to treat the pee stains from our senior dog. He returned it about a week later smelling of lavender and he even left us with a few extra dried lavender bags. Five star service from beginning to end! Wow. I cannot say enough about the service and quality of the work Sadegh pours into his business. Within a few hours of requesting a quote, which was size and materials based, Sadegh picked up my rugs, and after inspection provided a final quote for all work. One of our rugs was exposed to mold and he was sure to tailor the cleaning products and process to ensure no damage to the rug, while eliminating and concern or traces of mold remnants. He even gave me information about repair options, but was no pressure, and informative. My rugs were delivered back a week or so later spotless, odorless and filled with lavender sachets.
