I expected professional, knowledgeable mechanics to work on our truck, but they apparently had to take it apart to find out their quote was wrong wanting to charge us 75% more than the original quote. I asked other mechanics and they said this info is known by looking at the truck (knowing the model/year and they didn't have that right either). We initially bought our brakes from them, asking for the best because of the type of stuff we haul, and we were sold the wrong type for what we haul and it was the 2nd cheapest they had. So, we go to return the brakes we bought for cash... they don't refund cash (I've never come across a business like this!). They agreed to put the refund on our card and 4 days later we STILL don't see an entry on our bank (they blamed the bank). I tried to call their manager up north, left a message, no call back. I don't think these people know what they are doing, honestly. Also, twice they claim to have fixed the clutch brake only to have the same issue happen just a few miles later. Thankfully, YouTube had instructions of what to check and my husband said they weren't even adjusting the right part. It's now fixed (no thanks to this lot of characters)! I will agree that the service guy was nice, but he was the only one. The others act like they hate their job. I will never return to them for business.
