So me and my family of 3 were looking to move from a 2br apartment to a 2br house. I was thinking of going with Dose Moving (great company btw) but I noticed their rate went up. So I thought I'd save a few bucks by going with this company. Boy was I wrong. They charged $660 for 5 hours. It took them 5 hours to move stuff from a 2BR apartment. Here is the list of complaints I sent their owner Danyelle - One of your guys (not James) broke my trash can, the base is literally gone (I don't know how he managed to do that) He was trying to be slick by hiding it in the garage instead of bringing it inside the house so we wouldn't notice the damage - This same guy left trash from the aforementioned trash can on our street upon leaving (I thought they picked up a trash bag by mistake but I realized after seeing the broken trash can that it came from there. My mother in law had to pick up their mess on the street - A wheel is missing from our office chair making it unusable (the chair literally doesn't stand upright) pretty sure it's the same guy mentioned above - Also James did all the work while the other unnamed guy mentioned above was smoking INSIDE the truck on OUR time. - Most of our furniture now smell like cigarette smoke - I don't really mind that they took a 10 min "break" to get water before unloading our stuff but a 2 bedroom/ 5 min drive should not take 5 hours if both of them pull their own weight. - At the end of the move they didnt even bother bringing in the rest of our stuff. You can see random furniture/dining chairs/ barstools / dumbells in the garage - They left their wrapping blanket in our room with tempered glass from our office desk still wrapped insided This was left on "read" but no response. She hasn't returned my call (as of this review) either So moral of the story, don't waste your time with this joke of a company with no professionalism. All they have going for them is their low hourly rate but their employees try to milk the clock by having one person chill in the truck while the other one does all the work. I have never been a huge fan of movers but my wife insisted we use one for this move. I loved the fact this company was female owned but I was concerned about the low number of reviews. The reviews were good so I gave them a try. The owner was very responsive and the pricing was more competitive than most of the others. She responded after business hours and her team was on time and very professional. My move went smooth with no issues. Give these guys a try if you need to move. I highly recommend them! read more

Cannot recommend We Got Moves more! Fantastic! They really saved our tails after another moving company (Moving Services Phoenix AZ) ghosted us, totally screwing up an in-town move, and we are on a deadline! Majorly stressed, I called We Got Moves, and they came through like champs. I spoke to Danielle, the owner, who assured me that her guys would be there the next day between 1-3pm. When another move they were doing was taking longer than expected, and their truck wasn't going to be able to get to us in time, Danielle rented a U-Haul and had another crew over to our place, on time, as promised. The guys who did our moving, Austin and Patrick, were phenomenal. They were quick and efficient - much appreciated when you're paying by time - hell, they even helped unhook a TV and entertainment center that we were having difficulty with ourselves. Yes, We Got Moves ended up costing a little bit more than the first company I reserved. But not by much, and they actually showed up and took care of business. I was going to let what happened for our move slide until we received fraudulent charges on our credit card today. We had two charges for HP Instant Ink. There are a few reviews about fraudulent charges for other customers after their moves. Our first move with them two years ago, they were two hours late but fast so we decided to use them again. We were told to make a deposit of $50 when we first made the appointment and I was told to send to their Venmo. I did and an hour later I get a call about them not being able to access their account and Venmo was going to reverse the transactions and I had to send to their cash app. I kept getting texts and calls at 9:30pm (very unprofessional) asking if I found their cash app account. I reached out to Venmo about the transaction and they told me they can NEVER reverse a transaction, the owner of the account has to.The owner lied to me when she told me she spoke to Venmo herself and they told her the charge would reverse. I let this all go since I just wanted the move to happen. Then it comes to the day of the move. I was told a window of 12-2pm. I get a text at 1:30 that their truck is having issues and we were asked to go pick up a U-Haul ourselves and the movers would be dropped off at our place. I specifically told them that we were using a credit card and they told us we had to put it on file and we could use it at time of payment. When it came time to pay, they were having "issues" and could not run our CC that they had on file. I am a pretty reasonable and understanding person, so I let a lot of this slide but the charges on our CC is unacceptable. This review is NOT about the movers, the three movers we had were amazing. I reached out with my boyfriend's help on Yelp and was quoted $120/hr, the cost of extra materials was not mentioned at the time. The day before my move I hadn't gotten a confirmation call, so I sent an email. That night I got a call confirming the teams arrival. They came within the agreed upon window and immediately got to work. The contract they provided was not quoted correctly ($130/hr) and I was told saran wrapping would be $25 and heavily emphasized to use. I called Dorothy to get clarification and expressed my discomfort in this cost not being noted upfront. The team moved my furniture from a 3rd story apartment to a 2 story home. While moving my adjustable computer desk it was dropped in the moving truck. I was too concerned about checking the functionality to check the damage and it was bad. Overall, all my furniture was dinged in some form or another and the house has markings on the walls, base boards, doors, and entryway frames. The total for three hours was $480 after excluding the Saran wrap. I tipped $10 each because I couldn't believe how banged up my furniture got. The movers left materials both in the apartment and house that I had to assist in returning. Two weeks later I noticed the damage on my table and reached out to Dorothy. My email was kicked back, so my boyfriend messaged on Yelp. We were left on read. I looked over the contract receipt and on the back it said that any damaged incurred in the move must be noted at the time of move. I'm incredibly disappointed in the service of this business. I've moved several times, especially as an ex military dependent, and this has been the most frustrating. As a woman, the selling point of this business being women-owned really drew me in. But choosing this service based on that primary selling point is a sacrifice for quality service. read more

I would definitely recommend and reuse this moving company! I worked with Danyelle the owner to get my move scheduled. I appreciated their lower rates. On move day they called half hour before arriving, and then they got right to work. They were polite and friendly, no issues. They knew what they were doing. My one complaint was that I didn't get a confirmation call leading up to the move, I had to reach out a couple times myself. They could've been more responsive which would have lowered my anxiety. I have avoided leaving a review to give this "company" a chance to resolve their issues. I moved in JUNE 2022. My movers were kind, although there were times were they went missing to "go get gas" for an hour after getting to the second location of my move. (The hour or idle time they were no where to be found, Which I paid for) they showed up late to the first location too. These are things I could have gotten over. When I first booked my move and up until the move ended, If I texted or called the owners number, I would receive a very quick response (of course when it was time to pay and I had questions they were very prompt in responding). During the move one of the guys put my glass topper to my antique table on its side, balanced on a wall. Of course it shattered and broke into a million pieces. The sweet guy felt really badly about it, which again, things happen and I said it was totally fine. He told me that the company would replace it and I messaged them immediately about it and they followed up with a confirmation of this. After I paid upwards of $850 for my move and the guys left, I found two large scratches in one of my TVs. After reaching out to them, the owner attempted to gaslight me into thinking that the tv was wrapped upon the movers arrival. I was still packing when they arrived, I had zero wrapping equipment and I couldn't have wrapped the tv. So after clearing the manipulation, the owner agreed to replace it. She of course made me jump through hoops by saying she needed to see it turn on (the movers lost the cord) and she even said she ordered a cord for me. A week passed and of course no cord arrived, so I purchased one. I sent her the measurements and she agreed to replace it. It is now late February of 2023. I have attempted to call, leave voicemails, and text this terribly run business around 15 times since they fell off the face of the earth. I am always hit with "I'll contact the insurance company and give you a call back today", which had never happened. I am so incredibly upset and now have to waste more time, energy, and money finding an attorney to get them to follow through. I moved again and used "two men and a truck" who gave me the experience I deserved. I highly recommended the latter company. I would rather chew on the glass from my broken table than use this awful establishment again. read more

Terrible experience. We will sue them, it was that bad. From breaking things, to consistently lying, things went from bad to worse. They broke my wife's newer recliner (it fell off a pickup). They damaged the ceiling in the house we were selling, and didn't care (nor did they fix it). Stay away from these people. read more

We needed movers desperately (as in the very next day), and the owners almost immediately replied to my inquiry. Their pricing was very reasonable and the movers themselves were polite and worked hard and very fast. We had no issues with our move! I would hire this company again and I would recommend them. read more

We hired We Got Moves to move our house into a condo. Got a confirmation email from Danyelle the day before the move which was great! We had a huge truck and three guys to do the job. They were very nice and FAST!!! They made sure our stuff was covered with moving blankets, taped moved with care even our motorcycle! They were done in 2.5 hours! The owners asked me to update after doing what they could to rectify the situation. Updating to 2.5 stars. They replaced my suitcase, though not an exact replacement, and bought me replacement pieces for my bed. It took a while, but it was done. I can't rate any higher due to the way my items were treated and comments I heard from the movers. Also forgot to mention in my previous review that I found a cigarette butt under my bed, left by the mover who reassembled it. My experience may not be a reflection of the owners/management as they seemed apologetic enough, however, more customer service training is needed for those who will be handling items. read more

They did a great job for me. I had a short moving window, over a holiday. They got it done. Three movers were key. I liked that they wrapped the furniture with blankets and wrap to avoid damage. They also had tools and quickly unassembled and reassembled furniture. They were courteous and thoughtful in their approach to move furniture where I wanted it. I used this company a few days ago. I needed 3 large items moved. I did express very large items and was specific on what the items were. They were being moved from one house to another. The moving team of 2 consisted a small man and a smaller woman. They didnt have the proper equipment or manpower to move the armoire. I now have to hire someone to go back out to do the remainder of the move. I was also told they would email me an invoice for the work, which I never received. The items they did bring were moved in nicely and packed nice, however I did have to help them move stuff off the dolly. read more

Our company hires We Got Moves to relocate members in our developmentally delayed community. They had our credit card on file as it was multiple homes. They fraudulently charged our card $30K, blamed it on an employee - and then wouldn't return our calls. read more

Don't believe her website claiming she is the #1 mover in Arizona. Don't believe she is insured. My moving experience could not have been worse. They showed up two hours late as I continually tried to extract an update. Two of the three movers were teenagers, one who had never done a move in his life and had been rounded up just that morning. Work came to a stop when the teenagers could not deal with a spider on the truck. I had to kill it for them! When the one older mover became ill and disappeared to the bathroom for an extended period, the teenagers were unable to continue.The move went so slowly that it extended into a second day with part of my property being left on their truck and then unloaded somewhere and then thrown back in the truck, literally in a heap. Danielle completely failed to make the promised redelivery with ZERO communication as I frantically tried to get an update. I didn't know if my belonging had been stolen at that point. I have notified her of damages and possibly missing items repeatedly. No response at all. Communications are so bad, it borders on criminal or willful negligence. Completely nonprofessional. DO NOT hire we got movers! I hired we got movers to move my one bedroom apartment. They promised to wrap my furniture and said that was their protocol for all furniture. But when the movers moved my furniture they didnt wrap it. They scratched a few items and then shredded and banged up my Japanese walnut wood bed, banging it on my walls and concrete and dragging it on the parking lot pavement. I called to complain and they blamed me for the damage. They said they had a rep call me during the move to see how it was going and I said it was going ok. But at that point, the movers had yet to move my furniture. They then told me I could file a claim. So I did and I was told I would hear back within 30 days, but I didnt. After several follow up emails I finally called and spoke to danyelle but she didnt know who I had been emailing. we got movers offered me $120 for my ruined bed. That wont even cover the cost to have my damaged bed delivered to be repaired, if it can be repaired. This bed cost $749 and they damaged it and made me jump through hoops to get $120. The move cost me $1,507 to move a one bedroom and have my bed ruined. If you hire we got movers you too can over pay and have your furniture damaged. Do yourself s favor, if you like your items, dont hire we got movers. read more

Movers showed up to my 3-bedroom home with zero boxes. Luckily I had boxed most items in advance. They only brought one role of shrink wrap. Half of my furniture was only partially wrapped and ended up with hand prints and heavy dirt. When they dropped furniture off they kept a bed frame. I had to call to get it back the next day. Hardware still missing--had to go purchase new nuts and bolts to put back together. All these issues--and they charged me over $1,500 for a move and storage for a week. I expressed my concerns and complaints with the owner and was offered no remedy. read more

We just used this company to unload moving pods which had been delivered to my new home. The movers were friendly and worked very hard. They finished the job quickly and went on their way. Very reasonable price compared to several over local moving companies in the area. They didn't try to charge extra for scheduling on a Saturday, which a couple of other companies quoted me. I am very satisfied with this company and recommend them to anyone doing a local move. read more
