You can not beat the customer service here - they go far beyond above and beyond to keep you and your kitties happy. This place was recommended by a friend; I usually have a pet sitter come to my house and take care of my boys, but was unable to use that option due to construction in my house. So, the boys got to go on a staycation! I splurged for the Villa so that the cats could stay together and have a lot of room to hang out. Definitely worth the investment - they have really nice amenities and cat sitting ledges for them to explore to keep them engaged. I loved the kitty update email they sent on Day 3 to show some cute pictures and say how much fun they were having - I don't think my cats missed me at all thanks to Linda and her cat-loving spirit! I give them 10 stars! Like I said in my original review my cat is a bit of a monster. One Vet even noted in his chart that he was aggressive and possibly feral. Another Vet wouldn't touch him unless he was knocked out with anesthesia. But the incredibly nice and patient caretakers of Nourish Pet Care took him out everyday and really engaged with him. One really nice lady remembered him from ten months ago that he was very play oriented and loved feather toys. Your cats are in good hands here. As a bonus you get professional quality photos of your little angel monster emailed to you everyday. Prices are more than reasonable for the accommodations. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Nourish put a lot of effort into helping me feel more comfortable about boarding my kitty for the first time. I had to board him over the weekend on very short notice and they were nothing but accommodating - they also let me come in and look at the boarding room before I booked the stay. I read on previous reviews that they send pics and an update on your kitty while they stay there and that is one of the main reasons I chose to board him at Nourish. I REALLY appreciated the updates as this was the first time I left him in someone else's care. They have Sunday pickup (no extra charge or appt needed) and they trimmed his nails and brushed him before getting picked up. I love this place! And so does my cat! He stayed here for boarding for a week earlier this month. They take the best care of cats! They play with them for 30 mins a day and also tuck them in at bedtime which is adorable. The owners and workers are all so friendly and just wonderful. I now bring my cat at least once a month to get his nails trimmed there and it's the first place in town he has let cut his nails lol. So they are really special! Also we now are trying food from there since the quality is amazing as far as ingredients. They even gave me samples with my purchase of different ones to try out as far as brands and flavors! I just picked up my cat Raven after boarding her here for the past 15 nights and I could not recommend this facility more. We were able to book her in on very short notice and after a call with the vet to check up on her vaccinations she was good to go. This was the first time we have boarded Raven as our pet sitting friends were unavailable this time, so I was a little anxious, however every single member of staff we met here was extremely enthusiastic and you can tell they go above and beyond to love and care for the cats who are boarding. I am the crazy dog lady who treats her pups like her babies (I will hold them like a baby and baby talk them), plan her social life around when she can let her dogs out, bakes her own dog treats, and anal about what goes into their little bodies. I've done my homework on dog nutrition and have been feeding my dogs Wellness dog food and fruitable treats. Like humans, diet is the leading cause of major health issues. The food you choose to feed your dog can change their energy, weight, skin, hair, health, and so much more. Feeding poor quality dog food is like choosing to feed your kid McDonald's everyday. If you seen Super Size me, you know where that road leads you. For my furry companions who's life span is only a fraction of humans, I'm committed to their health to see that they maximize that life span. Right when I walked in, I saw a display my Mochi and Taylor approved treats (wellness and fruitables) and instantly had a good feeling about this place. The owner, Linda, greeted us with such positive energy and a smile. You can tell she is extremely passionate about pet nutrition. We shared stories about our pups and she educated us on pet nutrition, she had a mastiff that lived 7 years passed what veterinarians had projected all due to the diet Linda had him on. Linda only carries natural food and has a large selection of dry, dehydrated raw, canned, and raw food options. If PetCo/PetSmart is Kroger, then Nourish Pet Care is whole foods for dogs. I shared my Mochi issue - she's a food snob. She doesn't really care for her food all that much, will skip meals, or eat only half. Linda suggested rotating her food and introducing different manufacturers to excite Mochi about her food. A light bulb went off in my head. It never occurred to me that Mochi was just bored with her food. Linda gave free samples of Acana and Primal dehydrated food. I mixed the Acana (25%) with her normal food and I've never seen Mochi eat so fast and in it's entirety in the 3 years I've had her. I went back the very next day to get the full sized bag, another bag of fruitables, dog chewers for my teething Taylor, and Merrick canned food. Her prices are comparable to PetCo if they even carried the brand. PetCo only has Wellness and Merrick. Definitely a place for other fellow crazy dog lovers to check out. read more

I went and visit 3 cat boarding places before settle with Nourish Pet Care. The other 2 spots looked good online but when visit in person, one was old, dark, dirty and smelly. The second one was good and clean but a bit small, packed with cages and not much room for the cats to play. Finally I visited Nourish Pet care 2 months ago, not knowing when I will need one but thought I should check it in case I need to board my cats outside (used to call pet sitter to the house). They were amazing! They answered all of my question and honored the old price for me when I check my cats in last week. I was a little worried about my Bengal since she is attached to me and has anxiety issue. But they took very good care of her! Even my shy Savannah cat enjoyed her stay. They sent me email everyday to update me about my 3 kitties and provide me with lots of pictures! Everyday I can't wait to get their email! They all looked happy and content when I picked them up. No sign of stress, what a relieved! I definitely recommend Nourish Pet Care! Their cage are clean, not over crowded. Plenty of space for play room, I should say huge play room. I came here on a Saturday to find food that would suit Doug's (Blk Lab) active lifestyle. no matter what we gave him or how much, it was never enough. The ladies suggested a power enzyme that breaks down his food so he can get all the nutrition out of it. It totally works! I love this place! The owner spent over 30 minutes with me discussing the raw food options for my dog (I requested raw food). She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell she is a big animal lover and I'm sure the cats in boarding are well taken care of. My dog has been on a mostly raw diet for 3 months now and is loving it. Besides food, there are so many treats for dogs (as well as cats). My dog loves the yak milk stick. What wonderful people! We boarded our two cats, Thursday and Lola, for a couple of weeks and we will definitely be using Nourish again in the future! We were having guilt (and sadness) at leaving them for so long (initial plan was for a month!) and everyone there put us at ease; we immediately knew they were in good hands! The staff here happily went through every brand in detail for me- helping me finally decide on Fromm, and my puppy absolutely looooved it! They also gave us samples of all of the different flavors to see which one to get next time! So nice! The cherry on top of this place is their loyalty program. After the 10th bag of dog food you buy, the 11th is free! I haven't heard of this from any place else. That's almost $100 (for Fromm, 26 lb bag) in savings every 11th bag!
