Claimed they would mop and dust which was never done. Constantly had to check cameras for footage and send it to them to prove services were never done. Was told on multiple occasions that the person was performing services for over 2 hours at a time which was a lie. Also kept telling us we were out of trash bags and toilet paper. We now have a supply for years of both. I urge people to check their cameras to check on these people as we were being lied to for well over 6 months. They were charging us $900 to show up for 30 minutes and take out the trash.

You would think they would do things faster and better. That is not the case. When I called she said it would be "at most $250" to clean downstairs and stairs to 2nd floor. I always leave everything cleared out and ready for cleaning. My usual cleaners have a crew of 2 people and they finish, leaving the house smelling wonderful in 2 to 2.5 hours. These cleaners came, acted unprofessional and took over 3 hours! Perhaps its because they were all standing around the sink chatting while two of them cleaned the stove top grill. Their moping was horrible. They missed things and when i pointed it out to them instead of cleaning they said it was unclean-able! I insisted that they tried and guess what! It got cleaned. Part of the problem is that they are short and cannot reach high enough over the microwave. Rather than getting the tools to do it, they opt to say it cannot be cleaned. Well not for my regular cleaners! By the way she wanted to charge another $150 to clean a shower stall. When I told her I would not have her do it, as I considered it too expensive, she didn't want to do the stairs and still charged me $250. They want to get out fast and do minimal work. This was my experience. But judging by other reviewers it is their same experience. I did this review out of a sense of responsibility for the next victim. I don't believe they are licensed or insured. Make sure to check for this, if this is important to you.
