Then, a week out, I texted to confirm again. No response again. Finally, when I reached out again and with less than 2 days notice, she responds and says that she had an emergency and went out of town. They were very responsive and I was able to schedule a time for a deep clean & biweekly cleaning within a week! We were however disappointed with the results. My kitchen counter tops were not cleaned, either was the mantle above the fire place & the floors were not all mopped. At first glance, it looked great but as we walked around we realized that a lot of spots were missed. They even left marks from the mop on my stairs which wasn't even there before they came. My husband let them know he didn't want to move forward with the biweekly cleaning & the gentleman he spoke with had several excuses as to why spots were missed.
