We recently hosted our soccer team's end-of-season party at Sky Zone Mission Viejo, and it was such a great experience from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and helpful throughout the entire event. They made check-in easy, kept everything running on schedule, and were so patient with our large group of energetic kids. Our party hosts did an amazing job making sure everyone had what they needed, and they really helped make the day stress-free for the parents. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained the whole time. They had an absolute blast jumping, playing, and burning off energy, and it was the perfect way to celebrate the season. The pizza party was well organized, and the overall value for the experience was excellent. You can tell the team truly cares about making sure everyone has a fun and memorable visit. If you're looking for a place to host a birthday party, team celebration, or any group event, I highly recommend Sky Zone Mission Viejo. We'll definitely be back. Thank you to the entire staff for making our celebration such a success!

Great place for letting the kids run loose and have some fun! We ordered some pizzas and they were soooo good! The pizza was fresh, hot, and loaded with quality toppings. The crust had the perfect balance of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the sauce was flavorful without overpowering the cheese. The servers (Sarah and Johnny) were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better. This Skyzone was very clean, and the service was quick. If you're looking for a fun place for the kids, some delicious pizza, and great customer service, this place is definitely worth a visit. I'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend!

Staff: The team here is very nice. Came for a birthday party and was really impressed. The employees on the floor monitoring and helping the jumpers were all nice. Additionally, the host of our party in the birthday room was sweet. Quality: This location is newly renovated and really nice. There are a ton of things to do. Everything seems well maintained, clean, safe, and a lot of variety. Overall: I'd definitely come back.

It's a good place to let the kids run loose! You have to sign a waiver and wear the sky Zone approved socks, which they will sell you there. Caution they don't have small sizes for the little ones (ages 4-6) Also, if you don't like noise avoid this place. It gets very loud, which is to be expected with kids running, jumping and screaming everywhere. They also play loud music the whole time. As for the play area: there are trampolines, a zip line, foam pits, a slide (not always open) and a little kid section. They have sitting space (leather couches) for the parents. I have never seen anyone wipe those when I have been there but they do t look too bad. There's also a separate food court where they sell pizza, soda slushies and dipping dots. I haven't tried the food, but the kids seemed to like it. Lastly there is a separate section for birthday celebrations/parties. If you do celebrate a birthday here they will send an attendant to serve food and socialize with the kids.

My son has had a membership since this was Defy, we were heading here this morning and he and his friend were just talking about how much better it used to be before Sky Zone purchased and took over the place. We got here at 10am, we're in the "member/VIP" line and they've gotten through maybe 6 people, it's been 48 minutes. This is NOT uncommon, this happens ALL the time. They'll have 2 people at the front desk during their busiest time (always). Meanwhile there's another guy at concession just standing there with nothing to do. The place is absolutely filthy, and unattended. Kids getting hurt all the time because rules aren't enforced and there's little oversight. From time to time they sell out and there will be a massive line (like today) and rather than making an announcement to people in line, you'll stand in line for 1 hour plus to get to the desk and be notified they won't let anymore people in for 45 min to an hour. This has happened on various occasions. I have meant to cancel this membership before due to the incredibly poor management, but plan on doing this today. Do not recommend. Much better, safer, cleaner places in OC for kids.

Online, before arrival or upon arrival.

Does a parent have to stay with a 11 year old child?

I'm unclear if by "have to" you mean it's a Sky Zone rule. I was only there once and observed most parents with their young children. There were certainly many 10+ year old children running around, but one boy got kicked in the face and was… Read more

Does this location have a section only for toddlers?

They have a "toddler" area, but this does not mean it is "only" for toddlers. Every time I have been here the area has been overrun by older kids pushing their way through. Although, I'm not sure if the area even has a sign that it's for toddlers… Read more

Does this location have onsite food? Or can customers bring their own food without buying a party package?

Do they have music in the background? If yes, what kind of music do they play in the background?

Hi, Noah. Yes, we do have music playing in the background. Early in the morning for our KidsJump (9-10am for 6 & unders only) we play Disney, etc. The rest of the day we play a mix of pop and hip hop. :)

I saw coupons in Local Flavor. Can I apply the coupon codes to the Flight Tickets? I tried online but it says it is invalid. Thank you.

Hi, Mirabelle! Thanks for your interest in CircusTrix! The Local Flavor coupon is only applicable IN STORE. You will need to come in to the park to purchase tickets using that coupon. :) Let me know if I can help out in any other way!

Is kid jump still taking place 9-10 am each weekday? Is this suitable for a 3 year old? What activities are available during this kid jump time? Thanks

Yes, 9-10 am is up to 6 years old. I bring my 2 year old here regularly and she loves it. The entire place is available for kid jump time, except for a couple little sections made for big kids only. My daughter loves the swings, zip line, air jump,… Read more

What does a "flight" consist of? Are there limited times you can attempt to master the trix? Sky Jump in Costa Mesa had additional costs for their Ninja area and you were only allowed to go thru the obstacle one time.

A "flight" entitles you to the entire arena. No obstacle or attraction costs extra! :)

Do parents have to pay an entrance fee? I won't be playing, just watching my son.

Hi, Rissa! No. Parents are free if they are just observing. But you will need to fill out a waiver. Thanks for your interest!

Do they have toddler time or a place for little kids?

Hi, Grace! Thanks for reaching out. Yes! Monday through Saturday from 9-10 am is KidJump. It is restricted to 6 & under only and the best part is, a parent jumps for free! :) Just a heads up, though, we will not offer KidJump the first week of April… Read more

Montanoso Rec somehow takes 90% of the best bits and puts them all in one spot. The variety of equipment available is huge. I spend a lot of time in the stretching and movement quality room, which even has a massage table. Their weight and cardio room is stacked with great equipment, including two barbell bench setups and a Smith machine, and they have a separate lifting zone too with an Olympic platform and two squat racks. Outside there are battle ropes and a TRX area, and there's a full group fitness studio to boot. I've seen the negative reviews about the staff, and they couldn't be further from my experience. Everyone has been welcoming and friendly from day one, so if there were any issues then they've been resolved. Similarly the pool, which was completely refurbished a few years ago and is in beautiful shape. Swimming in the late afternoons is my favorite time, as it isn't usually crowded and that's when the sunlight breaks through the trees into the water and everything sparkles. The pool deck is really nice too. The crowd who train here are a good mix of local high school athletes, older folk still putting in work, and a few diehard Ironman competitors. The local fire department drop by to work out sometimes too. It's low on posers, I've never seen anyone videoing themselves or dropping weights. Most people keep themselves to themselves and get their training done. I've heard (not witnessed) a few stories about people being a bit territorial in yoga classes, and occasionally the barbells can get a bit grimy and need a pre-use clean, but I'm nitpicking to find anything bad to say at all. If you want to train properly in MV, this is your spot.

Courtney's Sandcastle Playground: This place is a gem. It's gated (HALLELUJAH), shaded, and inclusive, which means every kid can enjoy it. My littles were obsessed with the pirate ship and musical areas, while my older two found enough to climb, spin, and race on to keep them out of each other's business. Bonus: there's a splash pad section for warmer days, and YES--there are actual bathrooms inside the play area. Moms, you know why that matters. Sports Fields Galore: If you've got kids in sports--or kids who just think they're in the Olympics--this park has huge open fields, soccer goals, and space to sprint until they collapse. We visited the Sierra rec center pool on Father's Day, 2026. The lifeguards made the swimming experience very annoying and unpleasant. We had called earlier and the receptionist said they had a water slide. When we arrived, we found 2 lifeguards standing around chatting while no more than 10 people swam in a tiny little cordoned off "rec swim" area while one of the 10 swam laps and essentially had 85% of the gigantic pool to himself. One of the lifeguards (a shorter portly gentleman, dungeons and dragons type) said the slide is closed Sunday because they didn't have the staff to man it...he said this as lifeguard 2 decided to join in our conversation because he had nothing else to do. Then we learn that even if we are with our kids, they can't get in the hot tub....ok. We were there a total of 2 hours and the dungeons and dragons lifeguard came to talk to us 4 times about any number of petty little issues - none of which amounted to safety issues. Then they kicked everyone out 15 minutes early so they could go home. D & D lifeguard said they closed early so people had the chance to "use the showers"...I'm sure it would be a huge deal for these people to have to stay until 5:05-5:10...this place is lame, we will tell everyone we know and we won't be back.
