We called for Solar screens because we had installed artificial turf and our energy efficient windows were reflecting on our new lawn resulting in a burned lawn. I got the phone number off the WeScreen truck and looked them up on Yelp. I'm glad I called them to take care of some trickier re-screening on my older home. Kevin was very courteous and professional on the phone, and was available within a couple of days. He had a variety of screen types to show me and was straight forward in recommendations, not trying to "up sell" me to one I didn't need. He was very quick and efficient in the repairs, and there were no surprises in the price as he had quoted me over the phone based on my description of the job. He even planned ahead and brought some wood stain leftovers so he could stain a piece of trim I told him ahead of time he would have to replace. He could have charged me for a new can of stain he would barely use as some contractors would. I appreciate that kind of honesty and consideration to me, his customer. Honest, fair and trustworthy. I have had the pleasure of working with Kevin and it was such a delight to work with him. He not only has a pleasant personality but is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. I wanted a screen for my kitchen door that opens to my garden. House fly were a persistent problem if the door was kept open and that happened quite a while with a young kid going in and out all the time. I decided to get a retractable screen and called other vendors in the valley. There quotation seemed expensive to me. Skeptically, I called We Screen as their business address was not from Valley where I live. To my surprise the quotation was very competitive and Kevin agreed to show me the sample of the screen before I place my order. He came over to my house and showed me the sample of retractable screen. When I was not sure about the retractable screen durability (considering gusty winds in the valley and little kid in the house even when he assured the screen will hold well) and was leaning towards a swinger door he didn't try to upsell the retractable. His opinions were honest and I respect honesty. He showed me the sample of swinger door the same day and showed me available designs. Quotation and quality for a custom swinger door was reasonable. He took the measurements and came over for installations on the day promised. The job done is very clean and I am so glad I got it done from Kevin. More soever, he was sweet enough to fix one of my light knobs which kept falling off without charging any thing extra. I would highly recommend We Screens if you need a retractable or a swinger screen door. read more
