I loved this vet when we started coming here. Brought my dog here for 5 years but we've had a few issues with getting prescriptions filled due to issues with the vets licensing/investigations, long wait times and not so gentle care for my pup. Last visit my dog got so anxious waiting to see the vet & we were in the room almost 45 minutes after our appointment without being seen. We also had issues with staff giving us misinformation over the phone. We stayed here for so long out of loyalty and thought it would get better but after the last visit here we decided to find a new vet. read more

I went there twice because my primary vet was on vacation and the sub Vets were booked out for weeks. I felt the vet was dismissive after i requested xray and blood work to rule out any disease or cancer . He said my baby (2 years 11 months) was too young for cancer ... Any who, perhaps it was just this vet that's only there twice a week, either way in glad my primary vet is back. read more

We Talk Pets! But not all of them clearly! We took my sister's pitbull to come get a check up and it was the worst experience. We were given attitude the minute we walked into the door and the girl at the front already looked terrified of our dog. Our dog is very friendly and looks can be deceiving. She barks when she gets excited but NEWSFLASH that's what all dogs do!! The doctor was 15 minutes late to our appointment and had an attitude the minute he walked through the door. The dr did not speak to my dog and did not give her a thorough examination, what exactly did I pay $70 for when the Dr didn't do a thing but look at her. He had an attitude when asking why we brought the dog in today, my sister was explaining different things we needed checked up and each concern was met with discernment. If you hate your job and don't value all dogs, maybe don't be a vet ! My sister also informed me that the staff continued to make comments saying our dog was aggressive and needed to be separated from the other animals, however there was another big dog outside that was not given the same treatment. Very disappointed in the service and attitude we experienced today. We will not be coming back here again, and I recommend you don't either if you have a pittie baby. read more

It takes a lot for me to write a review for something. Today was enough to do it. We took our Bobo here today due to an unfortunate injury we wanted to make sure we were taking care of properly. Our appt was at 4:30pm, we finally got called into a room at 5pm, then dr the came in at 5:30pm, while we had somewhere to be at 6, and were late thanks to their lack of urgency. My poor boy was anxious waiting and barking. NO VET APPOINTMENT SHOULD TAKE 2 HOURS, MY GOD. Then they say they'll clean his ear without running the cost and $28??? for one ear?? That's bizarre. Idk about you, but I feel they should always run everything by you before proceeding anything. We've come here for years because they were some of the most reasonably priced, sadly now they've turned into stingy people and it shows. Only plus side was the friendly desk staff. Thank you for showing some sympathy unlike the rest. We'll be finding a new vet, definitely not worth the drive anymore. read more

Best vet ever! I've gone through soo many because of my reactive dog and no one has been able to successfully help without sedation except for this clinic. I drive far but it's worth it, they are nice and patient and truly care for our pets. They care more about their well being than trying to rack up a bill. Definitely recommend! read more

I'm very sad to write this because I genuinely feel Raj is a good person and just either had a moment of bad judgement or is too busy to care enough. Our dog was under raj's care for a little over 7 years. My dog was diagnosed with pancreatitis around November. Raj put him on a low-fat diet and said in 3 weeks if it didn't get any better to bring him back. December 15th we went back. Raj discovered a lump on or around his pancreas but since my dog wasn't yelping or in pain he dismissed it. We also advised him that our dogs diarrhea was worse (a key symptom of pancreatitis) but also dismissed this as our dog is just getting older. Raj put our dog back on propectalin and sent us home. On Christmas Day (just 10 days later) we got a call that our baby was seizing at the hotel we had him at for our vacation. They rushed him to an emergency clinic where his body temperature was 110*. Since he was seizing over 20 minutes there wasn't much we could do so we let him pass away - pain free. I obtained lab report from the vet that put him to sleep and his pancreas levels were nearly 2x the amount they should be at their max. When raj saw this is got quiet and had nothing to say but I'm sorry. He shifted focus on my other dog and he left the room. He neglected to care for our dog 10 days before his death when we told him our dog was getting worse. There should have been more done and if it weren't for raj not making the decision to do something more he would still be here. He was only 11 years old. I don't recommend raj. I believe he is stretched too thin and not able to give 100% of care to his patients causing him to neglect seeing a bigger picture of an issue that could lead to the death of a dog. Please: if you are going to bring your dog or pet here, do as much research as possible and ask questions, and essentially suggest treatments for raj so you don't experience the same loss we did. read more
