So I've only used them once so far, and am in the middle of my second use. Here are my thoughts: 1. Confusing/possibly deceptive pricing I find the pricing from the website somewhat deceptive. The main pages you are directed to indicate it is $1.90 per pound for wash and fold. There is no mention of a minimum or delivery fee. When you go to order the service and fill it out, again there is no mention of a minimum amount -- simply that they will "weigh it themselves" and adjust the amount to reflect the actual weight, which sounds fine as long as they are trustworthy in their weighing. They also say "free delivery on all your orders". Based on that, I was expecting to pay $1.90 per pound, plus tax and tip. My first order was weighed and they said 20 pounds. I thought that seemed like a lot, but didn't give it much thought. My second order was weighed and I was again notified that the weight of my clothes was 20 pounds. I thought that seemed pretty coincidental and contacted them directly and was told they had a minimum of 20 pounds. I eventually found a single notice on their website on the FAQ page, under a dropdown that is hidden, that does indicate a 20 pound minimum. It also indicates a $10 delivery fee on every order after your 3rd order. This seems to be in direct contrast to their "free delivery on all your orders" image on the main page. You would think they would mention the minimum weight on their pricing page "https://wewash24.com/pricing-services/" but there is no mention of it. Finally, on the actual order/billing form they never indicate a minimum fee. So if you enter 1 pound, you are told you will be billed $2.28 -- the $1.90 for a pound of laundry and some service fees and taxes. So you might be surprised when your final bill ends up being $50. 2. The services available in downtown Seattle only included wash and fold, not the dry cleaning they also advertise. The clothes I received were folded and were all inside a single saran wrap type package. So if you have dress shirts, I don't believe they would be neat and pressed or on a hanger if that is something you need. 3. My items were picked up and delivered from the front desk of my hotel and were picked up and dropped off in a timely manner. 4. The clothes seemed clean -- I did not notice a particular scent of any sort from the detergent. Final thoughts If they could be much more clear and transparent with the billing, I would be much happier with the service, which otherwise seems like a great option versus paying hotel prices. I get the sense that wewash24 is a small and/or startup company that does not quite have the staff size it needs to scale its operation. For starters, they have yet to understand and embrace setting proper expectations - both my drop-off and delivery were done a good 2 to 3 hours past the timeframe they had promised. Unlike many other customers that have left a review for wewash24, I do not live in Seattle and relied on their reviews to give wewash24 a try. When I had reached out to their chat support to let them know that the pick up was a good 2.5 hours past what they had promised, the chat agent simply told me that it was in cue and they were working on fulfilling my laundry order, but never did they take responsibility for the super lengthy delay or apologize for it. Not impressed! When I received my cleaned laundry, I noticed how lousy of a folding job they had done with my clothes. I ended up having to iron the one and only button down short-sleeve shirt that was included with my laundry order. Not only was the folding pretty bad, but the shirt itself was so wrinkly (hence I had to iron it). In short, I got what I paid for by not going with the laundry service that was recommended by my hotel, which cost more than wewash24. read more

This may be the worst business/customer service experience I have ever had. The pricing that they quote is completely different from the final price charged. Their response? We included a minimum charge in a FAQ section that is in a completely different area of their website.....really? They even have the audacity to send out email with your original price quote that has no mention of any minimum charge that will apply later on. Their pricing scheme is VERY deceiving. I would bet many others have experienced the same thing. What's even more frustrating is their response: "We do apologize for the confusion" with no attempt to offer any solution. I need help getting all of my clothes clean. Basically I had over 40 pounds of clothes that needed to be cleaned. They were able to clean it all within 24 hours and they delivered the clothes folded nice stacks to my front porch. The young lady that picked up and delivered my clothing was very respectful of my property. Their app is easy to download set up and use. I will definitely use their services again. Wish I had read the reviews before using this service. They washed and folded the clothes as promised but the issue was with the deceptive pricing, as other users have noted, and with the drop off time being later than agreed. I wouldn`t use again. Charged for 20 lbs of clothing when had less than half that weight. read more

Found this place to get my laundry done mid-vacation. Dropped it off and went wine tasting. When I picked up it was done on time, folded well, and smelled great. Definitely recommend. read more

I would give zero stars if possible. Received our washing back in Seattle this morning to find out most of it was not ours. cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Have called over 15 times and only spoken to a person twice who has said the delivery driver will call us. Nobody has called. they claim to have the best customer service but it had been terrible. We have been charged for 20 pounds of washing not to receive most of our clothes back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! read more

Read the fine print on this place. We sent a comforter which they say - and let me pay - $27.50. They actually charged me $50 because it didn't weigh more than 20 lbs (I never saw the fine print on this one). They let you pay without disclosing that there is a service fee, a delivery fee and minimum cost. Very deceptive. What happened to "free delivery"? read more
