So we got a puppy. And our first couch became her favorite chew toy. In fact, she ate a puppy…read moresized hole out of the back of it. So, when we thought we were done with her chewing phase, we got a second couch. A really nice leather couch. It was beautiful. To us, and the puppy. We thought we got a great couch. She thought we got a great rawhide treat. After she tore out a good 6 inch piece of leather, my wife was upset and stated that if the puppy were not so cute, she might have to find herself a new home... really, puppies have cuteness going for them. So we called a few places to get estimates on the couch. They ranged from a couple hundred dollars to thousands. After speaking to a few places, we had Fibrenew come out and take a look. The owner came out and looked at the couch, told us what he could do and reaffirmed his estimate. He said it would not look as good as new, but close. Based on his statements, we chose to try him. After his repair of the couch, we could only tell that there was any damage by a close physical inspection of the area that we knew the damage was in. I am a big believer in this company and would recommend them to anyone who needed leather furniture repaired.
