After multiple experiences with services provided by Webber Consulting, it's time for an update. The 2012 HP laptop from my previous review is still running strong -- thanks to that visit, plus one other visit for a minor motherboard battery replacement. Since that time, I have also purchased a new business PC from him, and he was able to transfer all of my data from the old PC over to the new one. I have now had that machine for 2 years, and it does everything I want it to, with performance to spare. Yesterday, my 2022 Asus Rog Zephyrus gaming laptop decided to dump Windows 11, and would only reboot to the BIOS -- which sent me into panic mode. I took it into Mark first thing, and he started to perform "brain surgery" on it. Turns out the stock SSD hard drive had a glitch, and lost the Windows install; but luckily he could still see all of my files (docs, photos, etc). Mark sold me a new Samsung SSD at a very reasonable price (a fraction of the cost of a new machine), transferred everything over to the new drive, reinstalled Windows 11, and got it all back together and functioning for me. I did have to get all my setting back to the way I had it, and reinstall apps, but I'm so thankful that all the files were able to be saved. The time spent reconfiguring was a minor price to pay for all of that. I was expecting to be without my laptop for a few days, but was able to pick it up by the end of the day (no guarantee he will always be so speedy, though). Mark has an amazing ability to multi-task, which seems to help his efficiency, because he can work on multiple projects at once. He has certainly saved me many headaches, and he's the first place I turn to when my PCs start to act up. read more

BEST IT and repair around. Easy to work with, explains things so you can understand. Knowledgeable, Honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I have used them for the business I worked for and personally. They built all the computers (still going strong after 5 years) for the company I worked for and handled all of our IT issues if any arose remotely. They will given me suggestions of equipment to purchase that I needed personally. I have never asked them a question or posed a problem to them that they haven't been able to answer or help with. I have used Webber Consulting for around 4 years now. They are the very best at what they do and are very dependable and fast. The receptionist is fantastic but aside from her, experience was awful. Mr. Webber is very cocky and almost reprimands you when you call for assistance. One exact quote from a phone call I made, "I'll stop what I'm doing and help you". My thought was, why did you answer the phone then? Then when picking up my equipment he met me at the door and shoved my tower in my arms before I walked in to the office space, very unprofessional and rude. My computer was not booting up and when I could get it to work it was glitchy and slow. I looked into buying a new one and decided to see if it was fixable. Dan seemed to know exactly what needed to be done and gave me a quote on repair. Had it fixed the next day and as promised it works better than when it was new. Was much less than replacing it to repair it and it works great now. Great place and great people. read more

I had purchased a Galaxy S4 off Craigslist and the front facing camera was dirty. At 4:50pm I strolled into Webbers and asked if they could take my phone apart and blow the dirt off. David said they could and asked if I'd come back in the morning. We talked for a bit and then he said "Oh heck, I got time now". I was honestly blown away by how competent David was, how skillfully he pulled apart and put back together my phone, and best of all I can now take selfies! My screen is has a crack in it, and I am definitely going back to Webbers to have David fix it. Quality guy and you can tell he enjoys what he is doing. read more

Marc Webber is so thoughtful. He cares for your business and its efficiency! I had had some work done, to retrieve information from a failed hard drive, and at that time we got into a conversation about how our office is set up. I explained, and he immediately saw areas that I could improve on in speed and safety of information. He was so excited to share his knowledge, that he dropped what he was doing and made an in office visit on the spot. Simple cable upgrades made our internet faster, and our networking fly. Free in office visit, cables were less than $10. and I was blown away! Next thing you know he is explaining the importance of a Solid State Hard Drive. I forgot all about his advice until a few months later, I was talking to him again, and he mentioned it was still on his mind for our business. I had him reexplain the importance, then I followed his advise. Wow, he was right! Faster computer, so much more efficient, I didn't really even know how much time I had been wasting on a slow computer. But what impressed me the most is that our business was on his mind, because he knew he could improve it. Yes, he just made a client for life! read more
