What a Mickey Mouse operation!!! These jokers have NO BUSINESS running a business. Said a 2 day job was gonna take 3. Fine. Took "4" and they called on Friday at 3:50. Got an Uber - 1st one cancelled so had to get 2nd. Called to let them know that I was on the way per their call. No answering machine. No answering the phone on a Friday evidently. They have a reputation for being "lazy" on Fridays so they can get out of there for the weekend. Knew I was on the way and showed up at 5:03 and no one there. 3 Uber rides later finally got my Jeep Cherokee back and keep smelling gas. No problem and totally safe to drive & we'll have the "owner" call you back. Owner never called and the picture shows that they left their tools under my hood, didn't even bother to put the engine back together correctly. More than happy to over-charge me for shoddy incomplete work and wouldn't follow up. Stay away from these jokers. Guess they're good for "basics" like brakes but should not ever be running a business. read more

Dishonest, overchargers who held my car hostage. These are the kind of people who might do fair business with you if your uncles went to school together, but if you're just some guy looking for an honest mechanic? Avoid them. They gave me an estimate for a simple brake repair that was twice the average market price. I didn't like it, but I needed my car fixed SOON. We all gotta get to work, or lose our jobs. So I agreed, but come time to pay and all of these hidden upcharges come out of nowhere, my bill comes out to be $80 more than we agreed! Well, aside from breaking several state laws, I never received the proper paperwork from these guys. Ended up taking them to small claims, got my money back and a lesson: DO NOT GO TO WEBB'S. read more

The air in my 2013 Elantra was not working properly, so I took it to Webb's, after a family member recommended them. I was in and out quickly, and the bill was slightly under $200, so I was happy. However, on the way home, my car began violently convulsing. I took it back and they had overfilled the Freon. Two weeks later, the air was blowing hot AGAIN. I returned and left my vehicle there for most of the day. (Taking off work to do so) They called and informed me that it would be another $500 to fix it correctly. Umm....why not fix it right the first time?! Sadly, I got the feeling that they were trying to take advantage of me simply because I'm a woman. The dealership where I bought the car quoted the service at $300, so I know they were trying to scam me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

We moved our son to Lakeland from California because he is attending FSC. My wife and him made a road trip out of it and drove his car from Cali so he could have it while attending school. While driving it around the city I noticed a new creaking sound coming from the front end. I was concerned in finding a reputable auto shop for him while he was living in Florida. I was recommended to Webb by an FSC administrator, Go see Dan and that's what I did. I met Dan at the shop, he was very helpful. He looked at my son's vehicle and after examining the ball joints and making sure that everything was good he explained the noise was just a noise. Dan told me there was no charge for him to examine the vehicle and left it out for me to pick up. I am relieved to have peace of mind that if something goes wrong with the vehicle my son can take it to Dan at Webb Auto Service and will not be taken advantage of. read more
