I came for an eye exam and felt like Dr Wolfish really was annoyed and short with me. The light…read morewas bright (I get it) and my eye wanted to squint . She seemed rough with me. This isn't my first eye exam in my life. ( She studied this topic, she can see my eye condition , whatever that maybe. I am here to learn her findings. She talked to her staff member who is note taking. She abruptly asked "do you have questions ? " I then asked "how are my eyes? Am I ok? Any aging issues if so any recommendations? ") She shrugged and looked at me and didn't have much to say. She didn't give me a Diagnosis or results of the many tests. I didn't have a comfortable experience with her, unfortunately. Assistants Morgan and Jeff were so helpful, kind, professional. They do the jobs so well. Maybe the portal will alert me of a visit summary.

They made me wait 3 weeks. When I was finally seen by Dr Brodowski he recommended eye drops and for me to see a specialist within their practice in Southampton. I had to wait another 3 weeks to be seen. In the meantime, the eye drops I was prescribed were not going to last as long as the doctor had ordered. You would think it would be a simple fix right? Wrong. The office staff acted as though this situation had never happened before. Dr Brodowski ended up calling me and blaming me for this situation. I explained that I have children's lives in my hands and he did not care. He said they are the most popular eye care practice and they would not miss me. I explained to him that having vision insurance is a luxury and that he should learn his demographic. He laughed. I guess when you're making a doctor's salary you don't care about the little people. I went to the appointment to see the specialist and they informed me that I was no longer welcome as a patient. I again explained my job and the importance of my vision and they did not care in the least. I never received a phone call or letter stating that Dr Brodowski dropped me as a patient. I had to take off work, unpaid, to go the that appointment. The moral of the story is that as long as this practice is taking in money hand over fist they cannot be bothered with my eyesight or the safety of your children.

You need to put it behind the counter. ( my purse is a Vera Bradley Disney bag) My husband says that's her purse.. she says, ok take your purse out of the bag and I'll put your bag behind the counter. I say nooo these are my belongings. (I have cash, credit cards, car keys, my phone, a Louis Vuitton wallet, and my children's wallets with their cash) She says "you're not allowed to have a back pack, it's on the door"... my husband (who is a police officer) says "let's go! She thinks we're going to steal!" She says, "no, it's just if you happen to turn around and break something you'll have to pay for it". I have never broke anything is any store with my purse in my life. I have also been to this store multiple times with no issues. (I don't carry a normal purse. I always wore it on my back because I have 3 kids and don't wanna set it down.) So we walked out and I will never got back. Do better

In a capitalist society, we love our things. The only thing more American than apple pie, is stuff!…read moreI had an aunt who worked for Lenox when I was growing up. I don't think she worked there long, but I got a lot of things during that period. It's hella expensive, but I always felt happy to have these prized possessions. I think most of them are lost after years of moving, but I still have a few beautiful snowflake Christmas tree decorations. They always make me smile because they remind me of things that were coveted and cherished in my family when I was young. They feel really special to me and definitely left an imprint on my childhood mind.

I finally got someone on their website via chat and was told oh sorry that product is out of stock so tough luck. I was told oh sometimes we have large volume on our website and we can't update the inventory??? Mind you this is a Christmas gift that I ordered in November. And instead of them reaching out to me right away and letting me know their mistake I had to call numerous times and try their chat daily until I finally got an answer. If I was you I'd stay away from this company all together UPDATE: found the exact set I was looking for on Amazon, 2 day shipping and I know at least if there's a problem I will get contacted.
