The staff were nice but our windows continue to have condensation in the morning all year round even in summer time with zero visibility outside to look at our view. They replaced some but they still do the same. They keep saying it's normal for windows to have condensation like car windows which we never experienced even from our old windows. We talked to other window dealers and they said it's a lie that condensation is normal for new expensive windows. In the morning we can't see our outside view for hours until later when the sun melts the condensation especially during winter. It's a poor material even though it looks new. The refused to give another sets that does not have the same problem because they said we have to buy a new set and it's different color. We're stuck with this annoying problem for life and bad view unless we spend a lot again to replace it. I wish they would correct this.
