I'd like to start off by saying that I think a good measure of the trust you can put in a company is how they deal with you when things go wrong. We arranged for the movers to come meet at my storage unit on Jan 1, 2020. We were ready to go but the movers were not there. We waited about 20 minutes until we learned that they were not able to get movers out that day. I was very disappointed but Michael got in touch with me and apologized and said that we could do the next day and that there would be no charge. The movers came on time today and did a great job so I gave them a tip for their service. They were great guys and were very careful with our stuff. I know that some times things can go sideways but I appreciate that this company chose to put us first; that means a lot. That's a valuable quality these days, so I trust and recommend these guys and would definitely use them again. I contacted Webster Moving through Yelp for a quote. Michael, the owner, and I messaged back and forth a few times and we set up a date and time for him to come out and look at what we wanted moved. It was mainly the heavy stuff, which included appliances and furniture, which some of the items were upstairs. Michael was very professional and very friendly. He gave us a very reasonable quote at the end of our walk and we then set the date. In the scheduled date, the moving team consisting of two employees, Rich and Anthony, showed up on time, introduced themselves, and went to work. Rich and Anthony, we both very professional and very friendly as well. It took them about two hours to get everything loaded up for transport to our new home. They took great care of our belongings as if it was their own, which included using padding, as well as wrapping it. They then proceeded to our new home and unloaded the items. They placed each item where Mrs. Texas instructed them to. Once they were done, we signed the order, handed them a check, and they departed. If we ever need items moved again, Webster Moving will be who we call. Professional, Friendly, and Christian owned. If you're moving, I highly recommend contacting Webster Moving. A complicated move, multiple trucks and needing storage in between the move in date, Webster & Co worked with me on a plan minimize my spend but not the service I'd receive. They executed against that plan to the T. They even helped us arrange furniture at the destination to my wife's (and my back's) delight. Thanks guys! We were referred to Webster moving by my brother. The quote came back reasonable so we decided to MOVE forward with them. This might have been the best recommendation my brother has ever made. Ruben, Matt and Andrew showed up at the scheduled time, and went straight to work. They were very courteous, and efficient. We moved out of our 1 story house, and into a 2 story house. Moving out felt very standard, but it was when we got to the new house that they impressed us. I felt bad asking them to move heavy couch up stairs, but did they complain?? absolutely not, they picked that thing up and marched right up the stairs while avoiding touching of any walls. They took the beds apart and reassembled them, (didn't even have any parts left over, like I would have if I had moved it myself.) What can I say these guys were great! We hired movers to move in our rental a year ago and they put a hole in our wall when trying to maneuver our couch. But these guys not even a scratch on the wall. Andrew, Ruben & Matt are a great team and they kept us laughing. Very Courteous! They took apart our furniture (beds cribs etc) and resembled after. Although they were late from their previous move job they made up for it with how well they did. The only thing I recommend is to have courteous call the day of or before to confirm appointment/move time. I had to contact them to make sure we were still on.
