Once I got back in the car and started eating on the way to my destination, I found that the pita was stale and hard, and the hummus had an unpleasant taste that made it inedible for me. I only had a few small pieces of chicken that looked very, okay -- and quite different from any chicken Shawarma I've ever had. I will say the rice was actually very good and that's all I ate from my $20 entree. In the end, I threw away about three-quarters of the meal and wish I saved the $20, as I ended up stopping somewhere else for food afterward. Overall, I'd strongly recommend steering clear of this place, especially with so many better options nearby.

The staff provided exceptional service, and the food was bursting with flavor. I opted for a custom double patty burger without a bun, loaded with cheese, bacon, and guacamole. The burger was incredibly tasty. For sides, I chose fresh fruit and their spicy yet delightful stew. To complete my meal, I enjoyed a cup of coffee. My waitress, Alma if my receipt is accurate, was exceptionally friendly and added to the positive experience. What's more, the prices were reasonable. We were seated immediately, but then waited nearly 20 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. We ordered the Steak & Lobster, Coconut Shrimp, and Shrimp Alfredo. After waiting another 45 minutes, our server informed us they were out of Coconut Shrimp. While disappointing, I simply changed my order to a double Shrimp Alfredo. When our food finally arrived, things only got worse. My wife's steak was cooked well done instead of the requested temperature and tasted as if it had been reheated. My Shrimp Alfredo was cold and lacked the quality I've come to expect from Red Lobster. For a meal that cost around $80 for two people, this experience was completely unacceptable. Between the excessive wait times, menu items being unavailable after we'd already waited, and the poor quality of the food, we left extremely disappointed. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. There are plenty of other restaurants that provide better food and service for the same price. Save your money and dine elsewhere.
