The employees went above and beyond when our truck's fan belt came off while we were traveling from Ohio. We needed a tow and the belt replaced and it was around 2:30 and they were closing at 5:00. I've been bringing our good old 2006 Honda Accord here for several years now. Highly recommend Weco for more than just tires. Excellent service, good prices, and I've always felt confident that they're not trying to stick you with some phantom repair that you don't really need. I had an issue with another shop a while back. They were trying to tell me I needed $1200 in essential repairs, and if I didn't have them done, the vehicle would be unsafe to drive. Sounded fishy, so I had my husband ask around at work for a recommendation. And thankfully, that's how we found Weco. They went over the car with a fine-tooth comb and couldn't find a thing wrong. didn't care about my safety. I could explain everything wrong but I tried to call and was told to go somewhere else if I don't like it and a bunch of bs excuses. Safety of me as a customer should be top priority and I almost got in 2 different accidents because stuff not done and overlooked as a favor to someone else not me, the customer. ( edit: we told you guys to check my lugnuts all around and you didn't. We told you guys to bleed my brakes but why was there tons of air in them. Clearly you guys didn't do the checklist either like you said. I almost got into 2 different accidents and y'all said it was okay to drive home when the back brakes weren't working. This is what I wrote on Facebook about y'all but I didn't want to post it on here but whatever you guys don't care about my safety as a customer. They tell me everything is fine and that the rotors and brake pads need to be changed soon but it's fine and SAFE to drive for now.They didn't do everything I asked them to do, broke a rim on my car and didn't replace it with one of my other rims, just put on my one my crappy snow tires that were smooth. Y'all are a tire shop you can't do a seasonal change and put it on my rim.Didn't even check all my lugnuts and replace them. They were supposed to bleed all my brakes and they had a lot of air in them still after. I had to push it to the ground and pump my brake to stop and it wasn't safe to drive. I was trying to stop 2 blocks away from my house and I couldn't, my foot was all the way to the floor and I tried to pump it and I'm rolling into traffic and I had to turn onto a side street real quick to avoid being hit. I let it go cause my boyfriend had the guy take off the stripped lug nut in the back and my boyfriend did the back brakes and bled them and I thought it was safe. No lights on my dash you know so I take it back to get inspected thinking you know it's fine. They didn't check over my car a second time. two days later I'm in Eden and my whole front passenger wheel comes off. And I turn just at the right time so the wheel was holding up the car while we waited for AAA to come tow it to service tech in Eden. The whole bearing wasn't good. And so I have it towed to service tech they order the part and ever and they were going to fix it for me and I ask would that bearing have passed inspection and they said no so I called the other shop I went to: WECO TIRE in SOLAN NY. They are telling me that they were doing me a favor by passing it and not keeping it to charge me more for the other work that needed to be done. And trying to say we only did what we were told...so checking over my car to make sure it's able to pass inspection and safe to drive is not a part of the job. They are trying to blame me so I asked them if my bearing would have passed like that for the inspection and they said no and I said so how is it my fault then and they start telling me that if I don't like it to not come back. And all I'm thinking is you got to be crazy to think I'm coming back to a shop who almost got me in 2 accidents. I'm glad that others and myself didn't get hurt but I'm not first and I won't be the last so it's upsetting that they don't care about their customers safety. I decided I would try this shop since it's kind of close to my home, bad idea! I called to schedule an oil change & tire rotation (a 20 min job for those that might not be aware), explained I would have to stay there and wait so how long? The guy on the phone said 1 hour tops so I agreed and scheduled for 12:30pm. I dropped the vehicle off at exactly 12:30, told the guy I handed the keys to oil change & tire rotation. I decided to walk the neighborhood and came back at 1:15, the car was still sitting in the same spot so asked if it was done or not pulled in yet? The same rude, arrogant guy said he'll get it in soon, since they were all on lunch break now. 5 min later a service guy pulled it in and on the way in I told him, oil change & tire rotation. 45 min after they pulled it in I finally went inside and said what is going on? Another rude A Hole said just finishing it up and 5 minutes later it was pulled around front. I went inside to get paperwork and they said there isn't any?? I said I need something to prove I had the maintenance done and did they do the tire rotation? He said "were we supposed to do a tire rotation", I said come on are you kidding me? I said I told the guy on the phone, I told the guy I dropped the keys off to, I told the service guy pulling in the car and you don't know if tire rotation was done?? At this point both of the arrogant A Holes said get the F out of here and don't ever come back. I said don't worry about that, very unprofessionally run business but I still need paperwork proving what they did and what they're charging fleet for? They both said F YOU you're not getting anything and again, get the F out of here. Please don't waste your time by dealing with these rude, arrogant A Holes, go elsewhere! read more

My suggestion to anybody that is looking at this place to get their car fixed or get inspected I think you should go to somewhere else. This place has low staffing and has too much of a work load to get to the tasks of fixing vehicles and doing it in a timely manner. Pay the extra money to somewhere that actually will give you that good service because the customer does matter in end. And good service means customers will come back. They won't take it seriously but this place isn't the place For Quality care. read more
