Can I write a review for the corporate office? Too bad, I'm going to anyway. I was already 100% happy with my experience purchasing a ring from Wedding Day (Read my review on the Maple Grove location) and was just beginning to brainstorm ideas for the perfect proposal. I had an idea to do it at the State Fair, but I wasn't quite sure how to make it all fit together. I happened to see a post on Wedding Day's facebook page mentioning how they wanted to help one of their clients propose at the State Fair, so I sent an email just to see if anything would come of it. A day or two later I got an phone call from Britanny and we set up a meeting to plan my proposal. They helped me brainstorm and had lots of awesome suggestions, but we settled on a scavenger hunt with 4 spots around the fairgrounds that were special to my fiancé and I. As if that wasn't enough, they came to the fair on the day of the proposal to help make sure everything went off without a hitch, got me roses and balloons, and they even arranged for a photographer to take some awesome pictures of the proposal! It all went absolutely perfect and it's a day my fiancé and I will remember forever. This experience just reinforced what I said in my other review: If you didn't go to Wedding Day, you went to the wrong jeweler. read more

Recently went to Wedding Day to "look" at engagement rings with my girlfriend (now fiancé). When we walked into Wedding Day we both felt overwhelmed as we had never been in this situation before. Upon entering the store we were greeted by an associate by the name of Addy. Addy made my fiancé and me both very comfortable, answered all of the questions we had for her, and showed us a variety of different rings. Addy continued to show us different ring options until we were shown a cushion cut engagement ring that my fiancé absolutely fell in love with. When the ring was showed to us we were told that it was actually a set and the wedding band and engagement ring were sold together. After being shown the ring I put the 10% down to hold the ring for 30 days and to make a long story short I was back 2 days later, purchased the ring, and proposed to my girlfriend on 1/1/15. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience and working with Addy! I would highly recommend Wedding Day or at least stopping at Wedding Day while comparing prices to see if they can help you. If you do choose Wedding Day you will not be disappointed! read more

Make Wedding Day your only stop fellas... I went looking for an engagement ring last month and made multiple stops at Helzberg, Kay, Shane Co and Jared. Each of these stores had a gimmicky "cut" that was supposed to be far superior to any other brand. I was getting sick of the process really quickly until i discovered wedding day on a lunch break in Eden Prairie. I was immediately greeted by Brock, the store's manager. He went way out of his way for my purchase and spent countless hours over multiple days helping me find the right diamond and setting. Wedding day has a "buy with your eyes" concept. Brock set many stones out in front of me and hid all of the price tags. I was able to pick out the perfect diamond and best looking diamond without knowing a price. Once he flipped over the price tags, the diamond I selected was 2K less than the others. Great service, great financing options, BEST section, go to wedding day. A+ read more

Great Customer Service! I went to Wedding Day to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend. I was greeted by Britanny. She helped me walk through their enormous selection of engagement rings. Everyone there was very helpful and educated me on diamonds and grading. They had me look at several diamonds and judge on my own what was important to me (size, color, clarity). I came back several times and was never pressured to buy anything. Britanny even drove to a couple different stores to pick up diamonds that she thought that I would really like. She was right! I found the perfect stone and a great ring to fit my fiancés style. We've gone back a few times with questions, to have her ring cleaned, and to buy and pick up our wedding bands. Wedding Day's staff was amazing to work with! Britanny was great in helping select the perfect setting and matching diamond. This involved above and beyond effort as she had some additional settings shipped in for us to review and also spent a lot of time explaining how diamonds are graded. She made sure I left with the perfect diamond in the perfect setting and at the perfect price. I also worked with Don, the store manager, throughout this process, who also made sure everything was in order. We have bought several things from this store and have always been happy with the product and the service. This last time we went in to buy my husband a new wedding ring and that is when we met Anne!! She was great!!
