Then having the headstone made was another story; we received the initial mock up and it had none if the critical pieces we had worked with them on it. The final straw was yesterday, when they emailed my brother, to say the headstone had been set; without giving either of us the opportunity to be there. They may also want to rethink certain grooming policies, as one individual we worked with constantly wore black nail polish with what was very appropriate conservative attire for a funeral home.
