I was cheated there by manager Dana Parton (swindler). If I spoke well I wouldn't be cheated. Manager Dana Parton (swindler) also talked about their American financing option to me. He tries to push customers into debt using American financing. He is cheating cunningly. Think about that if you are customers... I've been driving a 2005 Chevrolet Aveo for 10 years. There were no problems with my car (140,000 miles). An oil change was required. I went to Bucky's Everett (auto repair shop) on Tuesday, October 4th. There the manager Dana patron (swindler) said my car was in danger so fixed it. The cost was $5,000. I paid for it. I got my car back on Thursday Oct. 6th. I t was broken down on the freeway in front of I 5 Everett Exit 192 on Thursday, October 13th around 4pm. I called Towing Company and took them to Bucky's Everett. It cost $320 towing fee and $230 to fix. A few days later, on Sunday, October 16th, the highway in front of I 5 exits 189 in Everett, it was broken down again. To fix the car, this time with the help of a Towing Company driver, it was towed elsewhere (in Everett), because Bucky's Everett is closed on Sundays. I don't know how this keeps happening again and again. And I don't know what to do. So far I've spent $5730 including two tow services. I didn't know how much it would cost this time. I almost had a car accident on the road. It was a dangerous situation. Since I trusted the manager Dana Patron (swindler) there, I am having a hard time and spent lots of money. I am in deep debt. Turns out it was a simple problem with the gas cap not being on correctly and the codes needing to be reset. I know nothing about cars. The inspection was fast and reasonably priced and revealed four fixes for an equally reasonable price, and that they understood my intent was to keep my 2008 Nissan Rogue going for as long as I could. I was able to get an appointment fairly soon after I agreed to the fixes. They also gave me a discount after I posted a review of the initial experience with the inspection. I appreciated the respect, courtesy and lack of mansplaining. I also appreciate that they have a 12 month/12,000 mile guarantee for their fixes.

After putting everything back together, he handed me my keys and sent me on my way-no charge at all, even though he spent a good 40 minutes fixing it!!! I'm so thankful for his help, his labor, and his precious time. Most importantly thankful for his honesty. He could've easily said I needed new parts, but he didn't. This time, I didn't even have to leave the shop. ( made an appointment yesterday) He took care of my car as soon as he became available. The only thing I didn't like was actually the customers in the small waiting room on their phone playing games with sound on and talking on speaker phone.
