My California pastrami, jumbo peanut butter cookie, & bag of chips
    Mandie Z.

I ordered from uber eats, the driver said this place must be good because it was totally packed in there. This menu is extensive, I was mouth on the floor impressed. Was craving a good deli sandwich & checked what was close & this place won. I kept adding sandwiches to my bag & then at the end had to decide from 4. LOL However, the California pastrami won out. It was amazing! Salty, a tad bit too tangy but California does like their mustard unlike us southerners who prefer mayo, maybe it's just me. I still like my mustard, just not by tablespoons. It didn't stop me from devouring that sub! Delish. I also ordered the jumbo peanut butter cookie. Finger licking good down to the last crumb! Highly recommend this deli! Just glance at the menu & you will want to try it or have it delivered at least! Try it for yourself & let everyone know what you think, We're waiting!

Truly the best sandwich place in DFW. I got the chicken pesto sandwich and oh my gosh sooo good. I love that it's located on Main Street in grapevine... so much to do around! Service was good! You can tell this will be a hidden gem from the second you walk in.

Another sandwich only this time it was off menu. So comforting. I need the recipe to the jalapeño cornbread stuffing. I also need the location of where to buy the Cajun turkey. I freaking love this place. Keep em coming boss

Weinbergers Deli is a NY style Deli that serves some killer subs and sandwiches. You can never go wrong with anything you get here. They have vegan and vegetarian options too. Service is friendly, everyone is kind and helpful. The food comes out quick. The sandwiches are made to order. They compliment well with the their house pickles and sides. I love the location it's in the heart of downtown grapevine which as you know is cute and rustic. This place is an awesome to stop by when you wander around downtown.

The best sandwich I have ever had! I ordered the JJ's 48 that came on multigrain bread - so fresh with the right amount of softness to it and fresh ingredients. The deli was packed but they kept the line moving and orders came out quick. Popular spot!

Stopped in for lunch and it was exactly what I expected. Extremely packed deli with a line zig zagging around tables and a few outdoor tables. I was able to get a parallel parking spot on the street but I could see parking being tricky in this area. The line moved quickly but you still have time to read the massive menu above the counter. The staff was friendly and kept everyone moving as fast as they could. I went with Morgans Turkey and a side of jalapeño coleslaw. The sandwich came with chips and a pickle, which I didn't realize since I grabbed a bag of chips as well. The sandwich was large but perfect for how hungry I was. It tasted fresh and I was lucky to find a table outside. I'd definitely come back. The only negatives are parking, the chaotic line, and finding a table during peak times.

Enjoyed an afternoon lunch at this sandwich/sub shop! From what I've heard there is never not a line here but. It's so so worth it! They have a huge variety and you can't go wrong with anything! Quick service and a quirky, Chicago feel deli!

This was actually the best sandwich I've ever had! I got the best damn buffalo chicken sandwich. It came on a poppyseed hoagie containing thin freshly sliced chicken with buffalo sauce, ranch, bacon, cheese, jalapeño, tomato, red onion, cucumber, and spinach. The guys in there really know how to make you remember them in a great way. I loved this shop. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating along with tons of sauce packet options. I even got lemon juice to dribble over my sandwich and oh Lordy it was delicious. After this visit I took a plane ride to Oregon and had half my sandwich left. I was worried it might get soggy but no it literally was just as good several hours later. I am extremely impressed! Overall I would just say go there as soon as you can grapevine is so cute and this shop will be on my list from now on!

This place is amazing!!! It was packed and for good reason. It is downtown and surrounded by cute shops with parking nearby. There are tables available inside and outside. If it feels good outside, I recommend sitting outside so you can people watch. We got the Italian Beef since the staff said it is their most popular sandwich. It was so good! The hot and sweet peppers added the right amount of kick. The sandwich was packed with roast beef and the bread was fresh. It tasted like it was shipped straight from Chicago! I have no doubt their other sandwiches are just as good. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

This place has a lot of hype and it lives up to. The sandwiches are huge. Texas sized sandwiches. Bring your friends and prepare to share. Also prepared to wait in line. They seem like they are always busy. It moves pretty quickly and try to figure out what's in what you want beforehand because they have a lot of options.

Classic Italian Sub, very VERY nice!

Well, the reviews and the rating speak for themselves. We expected it to be really good and it was. Very traditional deli sandwich place, better than most around this area. It's good enough to be in New York or Chicago. A good if peculiar location. We passed this place over for ages thinking "how good can a deli be HERE?" Boy, I'm glad I noticed the reviews and decided to walk in, it's fantastic. We got some straight-forward items, I got the Italian Sub, and it was fantastic. Not used to the veggies being included like this, but it really made it fresher and more rounded. See the pics. Service was as quick as it should be, and friendly. The dining area is a bit small for the crowds it attracts, but I suppose that fits the urban deli feel. Anyway, I do love my sandwich shops, and this one is a winner. Not over in this area so often, but we'll probably make the time more now.

Came by on a weekend and hung out with my Yelp buddies -- the line was long but moved surprisingly fast thanks to the efficient and friendly staff. Tables turned over quickly, so we didn't wait too long for a seat. It's a small and cosy restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try their sandwiches (which seem to be the popular choice). Had a salad instead -- it was fine, nothing special. Tried the chili too, but it wasn't the best. Have to come back to try their specials for sure. Street parking can be a bit of a challenge during busy hours on Main Street.

I actually showed up at this Deli thinking I'd run into a number of Yelpers'. Maybe they'd shown up promptly at noontime and left immediately after grabbing a bite. I can honestly say, it was a jam packed small corner Deli. For all the people crammed together it wasn't what I was use to honestly. The service was decent even though it took about twenty minutes before I reached the head of the line. I chose The Morgan, it could've had more Italian dressing or maybe I should've asked for Oil & Vinegar but my sandwich was kinda dry, the Turkey could've had more slices for the price. The Garlic seeded bread was soft and fresh. The inside of Weinbergers had a robust aroma and the breads smelled like they were being baked in the oven. I'd probably visit once more but I wouldn't travel regularly to get a deli sandwich from here.

It was one of those places you just kept going back to because the food was consistently great and it felt like a true Chicago institution. So when Portillo's finally came to Texas, I was thrilled. And if you really want the ultimate Chicago move, make it a combo by adding the Maxwell Street sausage. That combination is absolute perfection. Messy, bold, and ridiculously good.
