I have been making the 35 minutes drive to Weis Markets for most of the year, every couple of weeks. I stock up on a lot of our staples and frozen foods but have not found any items for the 10 bargain seen in other grocery stores. Do NOT order pick-up from this store. I'm disabled and can't drive so I order my groceries online and have someone pick it up for me. I use several Weis stores in the area and usually have no issues except with the Brunswick store. There is ALWAYS a problem. Fist time, when I got my groceries, two bags of groceries that I paid for were missing. I called the store and somehow the associate knew exactly what I was missing. He offered to have them ready for pickup in 510 minutes. I had to send my person over a second time. Then there was still about $20 of groceries missing so I complained on the corperate website. Generic E-mail from the assistant manager and there would be a $20 gift card for me that needed to be picked up in the store. Finally they agreed to mail it to me, very rude store manager and of course the gift card could only be redeemed in the store. Second time, when I got my groceries again there were groceries missing like eggs, but this time I was not charged for them so I let it go. Third time, I ordered online, 24 items and 7 items were missing. I had my person go in the store and all these missing items were available in the store. Complained to corporate again and this time no answer from the store at all. They don't seem to care at all. So if you rely on grocery pickup, do NOT order at thi store. Their pickup service is terrible and the store management could not care less and is rude. Go somewhere else. read more

Their produce section is not good, so I went to get a bag of oranges. Every bag of mandarin oranges had at least one molded or bad piece inside it. I'm not sure why the store representatives or manager doesn't just throw them away. I'm not sure who's goign to buy bad fruit. Then I saw it was only one big bag of regular oranges so I inspected the bag by looking from the outside to make sure none of them were molded or bad and they weren't so I was semi-relieved. Once I got home I opened the bag and every orange in the bag had the end of the orange. It was mushy and looked like the peeling had a second layer of orange peeling on it. I'm not sure how this happened but I attempted to eat the orange but it tasted funny like it was bad and it was mushed around that part of the orange and I couldn't eat it. This was a very big bag of oranges and I tried to look through the bag to find a normal looking orange but they all looked the same so I took a picture of some of them. I hope they can maybe get a different vendor or provide me a refund because I eat oranges everyday and I literally wasted money on a bad product. I saw other posts about how their produce is not the best but since this was the only store near me and I need the product I gave it a try, needless to say the other reviews were right. A very nice grocery store! 1. outstanding produce section. The freshness is top quality. That's one of the most important criteria for me in choosing a grocery store. 2. Seafood department. They have a surprisingly good dejection of fresh fish at a competitive price. They host a food truck that sells fresh steamed crabs a few times during the summer. 3. May department. They offer grass fed beef cuts at very good prices...often very close to their regular beef prices. 3. General grocery aisles. They have most of the same things you'd find at any chain store. Prices here are generally 10percent higher than you'd find at other area chains like Giant or Harris Teeter. 4. They offer a fairly decent senior discount. On Tuesdays seniors can get 10% off all store brand products. Pretty nice. 5. They offer a Shopper rewards program that can be used reduce the price of a gas fill up (they have a gas station on site that charges a price that's similar to the Sheetz next door. Seasonally you can use points to get free holiday turkeys or hams. One unspoken benefit to earn extra points...if you take they're Their online satisfaction survey, you earn 100 bonus points... up to once ever 7 days...in addition to the points you earn from your purchase. So you can earn quite a few points even if all you buy is a bottle of soda each week. 6. Super friendly and helpful staff. I can honestly say that customer service here is among the best of any grocery store in the area... not saying that the others aren't good, but the staff here is just super helpful. Overall this Weis is gradually winning my loyalty over the stores I usually shopped at. read more

Perhaps it is because it is a relatively new grocery store, but I've never felt so happy and peaceful browsing this giant store. We were introduced to this store because the rental we stayed at supplied us with the freshest produce from Weis upon arriving and we wanted to get more. The prices are reasonable and they have good deals esp if you buy their own line. They have everything you need and is more stocked than your average market. The store is huge, organized and even the ceilings seem higher than any other grocery store. I know people love Wegmans but I'm definitely more of a Weis fan. They have a decent selection of organic product, large tea selection (I discovered the Numi rooibos tea here and it is the best non caffeinated tea for cold days -- great alternative to chai and roasted dandelion tea) and even baby supplies (I had no idea there were that many brands of wet wipes out there). I went in thinking I would just pick up a few things but came out with a cart full. I really liked how Weis has their own brand of products too - I wanted to try all their cereals. Everything seemed so fresh at the market, and I'm sad this store is not in DC! I would probably even shop here more than my usual Whole Foods because they offer such a diverse and large selection of products. I like the store but a manager named Ray keeps following me around and it's creepy my female friend says he follows her around

I just left and while clearly the signs says "everone regardless of vaccine status must wear a mask ". I counted probably 15 people who did not have a mask on. I understand that some people can not wear masks for health reasons however, that many people were in a store that is not overly crowded is a lot. I am immune compromised and don't plan to visit again until rules are enforced. read more

I only gave this store 3 stars because of the incredible staff at the checkouts. The manager is clueless about customer care, but his attitude reflects the WEIS Corporate Office, they don't listen or care. Next time your here shopping notice how the banners halfway down each aisle blocks your view to see what's down each aisle. There is a guy who manages their flowers and front end who just doesn't like people. He's mean, grumpy and obviously well rooted in the WEIS Union and a sore thumb in managements eye. But he continues to be rude, in so much, that the employees stay away from him. I am shocked that the employees haven't emulated managements bad attitude. 5 stars for the employees in the meat and seafood department. They always go above and beyond to meet customers request. read more

Maybe the staff are courteous to regular customers as the other reviewers noted, but I never got a smile or a hello, even when I told them I was new in the area. When they asked me if I had a Weis card and I told them no, they never asked if I'd like one. Then I went to Giant in Leesburg and they were extremely friendly and glad to have my business. I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else from now on. read more

I purchased lamb chops that are Australian and grass-fed. I kept it simple by making a paste of kosher salt, dried rosemary and thyme, and finely chopped garlic. The lamb came out so tender and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend purchasing this lamb. read more

I love that they always have plenty of cashiers, and checkout lanes open. The fresh bread is great, although one loaf is 1.99, but you get two for 2.00, which is a bit odd. The store always looks clean. I like the sushi. They usually have some good deals on meat. Some things seem to be priced a little high, but I'll take that over having to deal with no cashiers and indifferent staff. read more

I tried to do a quick shop today at Weis. The check out was stressful for me. I'm auto machine challenged. The two lanes with cashiers seemed busy. One lane appeared to be the fast lane and I had too many items. I then hopped over to the auto machines. I was not happy because Weis should hire more cashiers on a busy Friday afternoon. The attendant at the auto check out was so helpful and kind. I had too many items. I know this is a new store. The lettuce at the salad bar was brown and wilting. A helpful employee apologized and said this was not acceptable. He did take the lettuce and cleanse the pan. He brought back very fresh lettuce. Great employee. Bananas were too ripe. I will shop here again because the employees are helpful. The cashier lanes need to be increased. read more

This store opening was long awaited but a gigantic disappointment. Horrible service every time I've shopped at this Weis. I've gone to this location about 8 times and every time, service across multiple departments has been incredibly poor. When I went to buy items from the food court: they had no visible menu; no signs to indicate where to place an order, pay, or pick it up; staff were standing around talking to each other, ignored me while I waited at the counter even though I was the only customer, and had an attitude when I wanted to purchase something. One time I ordered a pizza and another time, I ordered fried chicken since they didn't have any pre-made, it took over 35 minutes until items were ready. I've used the pharmacy two times. Both times, I called to receive confirmation that my prescription was ready to pick up before I drove over. Yet each time, I had to wait in line and it took 45 minutes until they had my prescription ready. And... I can't make stuff this up: BOTH times, while I was paying at the pharmacy counter, the staff member looked in the bag, then swapped it with a different medication, and said she almost gave me another customer's prescription. When I've shopped there after work, they've been understaffed and the lines at checkout are ridiculously long. Generally, staff act like they don't want to work there and customers are an inconvenience. I decided to drive a little farther and go to a different grocery store that has amazing customer service and better prices. I recommend shopping elsewhere. They survive because of few competitors, but this store doesn't deserve anyone's business. read more

Hard working staff that keeps the store nicely stocked at all times during the current Covid-19 craziness. Very clean!

Although I think the prices are too high here, the staff are very helpful and courteous. I really like the pharmacy here. They have already gotten to know me and have gone above and beyond what I have seen in other pharmacies. I would definitely recommend using this location. Not only that, but you receive 100 Weiss points with every prescription and that really helps if you use them for a gas purchase. I've gotten gas for $1.80 more than once! read more

Most weekdays you are lucky if there are two cashiers. Even with a full cart I have used the self check-out to get out faster and with my bags packed in a sensible manner. Lots of empty slots on shelves. The staff that is there is friendly and tries to be helpful. The pharmacist is the best I have ever met--friendly, helpful, knowledgable. They do also have the best donuts in the area. Wish they baked more bread, though. read more
