I must admit. I was very frustrated while shopping for some cleaning products this weekend. I could…read morenot get a mop down that I needed. So I walked around the store looking for an associate to help. No one made eye contact and no one asked to help me. I was planning to bail but I decided that I would explain what happened to the manager. The manager that responded was named Hector. When I explained what happened he personally took me to the product and assisted in helping me. He listened to my experience, he apologized, gave me 50% off my items and a free floor cleaner of my choosing! By the time I went to check out his impeccable customer service deescalated my anger and frustration. This is what customer service is all about! Give this man a medal, he knows how to turn a negative into a positive! Thank you Hector!

I tried ordering a refrigerator on the app and could not so had to cone in which is always…read morefrustrating because they have so many employees but nobody can ever help you because they are working in the aisles or today two women talking at the check out and could not be bothered with a customer obviously ugh. I was there for an hour asked four employees in different locations saying i want to purchase a refrigerator and the older guy who has one red eye who told me no he does not work that area when i first asked an hour later after being asked by the front asked me if I needed help and i told him you already told me you were not going to help me so I am going to Home Depot and I did and within fifteen minutes had one ordered online and its coming soon! Another sale lost because of Lowes mismanagement of the appliance department.

Today at 5:00 PM at the Porterville Lowe's I was treated Was such disrespect by a manager that was…read morecalled by the employees to help regarding a washer and dryer that we bought two months ago it was kept wrapped up until today and we realized that the conversion kit that they gave us for the gas dryer was the wrong one when we went in there. The employees were very nice trying to help, but when they called the top manager, they called her. She was just horrible. Said she wasn't going to help us. She didn't know what she was talking about said she could get a conversion kit and you can't then she said well I'm not giving you your money back and if I even allow you to bring them back, you have to bring the washer and dryer back yourself and they better look brand new or I'm not gonna do anything for you. The employees looked embarrassed and horrified and so were we I own care homes and I spend a lot of money there on appliances and really everything I really never cared for Home Depot And now I just don't know what to do but you need to know that she was absolutely horrible. This was at 5 o'clock today.

However recently when purchasing $1500…read morewelder at the Porterville store, they originally stated that it had a warranty guaranteed for 3 years, however when the main part of the welder broke they stated that certain part only had a 90 day warranty. How are they going to say it's under warranty but never specify that parts of the welder are not under the same warranty??? I Do not recommend purchasing anything with a warranty they do not back up their warranty and/or clarify the warranty on parts!!!!
