She began physical therapy very early (around five months old) and worked with several wonderful therapists before we were referred to Up and Movin' Physical Therapy to continue her care. The team at Up and Movin', especially Ms. Cat and Ms. Bella, devoted incredible time, effort, patience, and compassion to helping my daughter. Their individualized exercises were exactly what she needed to build strength and coordination, and their guidance empowered me to continue her practice at home each day. Thanks to this combined dedication, my daughter began walking independently at 19 months and officially graduated from physical therapy by age two. I am deeply grateful to the entire Up and Movin' staff for their professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness during one of the most challenging periods of our lives. My daughter is no longer delayed, and we credit her progress to this amazing team. A special thank you as well to Lily at the front office, who greeted us with such warmth and made every visit smoother. To any parent considering this clinic--please don't hesitate. The journey can be tough, but with the support of the Up and Movin' team, your child will be in the best of hands. We will always remember this incredible group who helped our little girl take her first steps. Thank you, Up and Movin' Therapy!

People need GOD in their hearts, there…read morewas no reason to talk to him the way she did, he is obviously sick & feeling alone & scared! So sorry he bothered you with questions. The other EMT was more understanding & professional Another one that breaks my heart to have to review the negative experience that our loved one has here. It appears that all almost post acute/hospice services including physical therapy services lack quality care. My daughter chose this facility, primarily because it's the closest location accessible to her, and literally walking distance to the hospital, which he would be transported to since he's paralyzed. That said, I'm just very disappointed. The recent negative reviews are accurate. The response time when he presses a button or we press a button while we're there visiting him at times is very unacceptable period. I get that they're understaffed, but for all of the money that the VA is paying for him to be there, you would think they would at least hire a few more people, and he's not the only veteran. there are a lot of veterans that are there, and they're not well taken care of. And I'm saying this based on his experience and what we've witnessed - all family members, friends and his former coworkers from the base-March Air Force. The other issue that is disturbing, is that some of the younger staff, particularly the younger males & the trainees (don't exactly know what their titles are), I've caught laughing right in front of him, making fun of him to his face, most of them smell like weed, and complaining! Complaining about him right in his face. He's not quite dead yet, and he's still coherent and understands what's going on. It's just very disrespectful and quite cruel! They also make fun of him because he's freezing, and he has two or three blankets, and constantly asking for thicker socks, and for the temperature to be warmer, and at times he's confused because of dementia, but he still coherent at times, (which is a majority of the time), he just has his moments. Now I want to give 5 stars to the head nurse, which I forgot her name,, 2-3 female nurses that are working on the C rooms section , I can't remember their names, but they are always empathetic to him including the one young gentlemen, with blonde hair & accent, he always remembers us. And last, but not at least, the 2 receptionists at the sign-in desk-entrance, if I forgotten anybody for praise. I apologize and can update this review later, because I do believe in giving credit where it's due. But for all the staff that laughed at him, complained about him and treated our loved one poorly and disrespectful. Shame on you!! The day is going to come when it's going to be your loved one, perhaps a spouse going through the same exact situation as they get old. Maybe you'll remember how badly you treated these folks-karma is a bi%#!

For over seven years, Kelli and her incredible team have loved Leif like he was one of their own. They have been by his side since he was just 18 months old, celebrating every milestone, every breakthrough, every challenge, and every victory. They never just treated him as a client they became part of our family. When Leif was diagnosed with autism, I had no idea what our future would look like. I worried if he would ever be able to tell me how he felt, make friends, or confidently navigate the world. Kelli gave my son something I can never fully repay her for she gave him a voice. Because of her patience, dedication, and unwavering belief in him, Leif has grown into the funny, smart, kind, and expressive little boy he is today. She helped him find words when he couldn't find them himself. She celebrated the victories that others may have overlooked and loved him through every setback. So much of who Leif is today has been shaped by the incredible work she and her team poured into him. There will never be enough words to thank Kelli and everyone at Playworks. Thank you for loving my boy so fiercely. Thank you for believing in him before he believed in himself. Thank you for every hour, every lesson, every high-five, every hug, and every ounce of encouragement you've given him over the years. Walking out those doors today was one of the hardest things I've done because it truly feels like we are saying goodbye to a chapter that helped shape our entire family. Kelli, thank you for changing our lives forever. You didn't just teach Leif how to communicate you helped him find his voice, his confidence, and pieces of himself that we weren't sure we'd ever get to see. We will carry everything you've given us into this next chapter, and no matter where life takes us, a piece of Playworks will always be part of Leif's story. From the bottom of this mama's heart... thank you. We love you more than words could ever express.

Your child can't travel or leave the area over holidays. Forget being ill, even though there's strict rules to protect the staff and other children about the symptoms they can have and what you need to bring them back and you are staying away for everyone's good. It is such an incredible stressor constantly worrying about losing those hard to get afterschool slots while also dealing with health issues and the complexities of a child who needs several therapies. I am not seeing any improvement in my son to keep dealing with this stress. If I can't find another therapy center close by, I will teach him to zip his zippers at home and schedule him activities he actually enjoys that will incorporate the skill building he needs. And the front office staff is rude, the back office people clearly don't talk and consult with eachother, because I was told it was fine when I cancelled after him throwing up three times on the way to therapy and then got a call the next day that he'd be dropped from the schedule with no additional warning and plan for makeups once he improved. And lobby always smells like diaper shit; I can barely stand to sit in there. Good riddance.
