Ask the person's age said 52 said it was okay. Then proceeded to mention that a psychiatric service dog will be accompanying the person to which the reply was I have a no pet policy I don't care what the animal is for I do not accept animals your person is more than welcome to rent a room here but they must leave the dog somewhere else I don't care what the dog does for the person and then hung up on!

The first room had blood on the towels (not pictured) but the second room I took pictures and video. For her to give me a hard time the freaking air wasn't working and you can instantly tell they weren't clean at all. Good thing I bring my own towels and sheets because they are DISGUSTING!!!!! Not to mention she admitted to the workers being illegals and not knowing how to speak English. I didn't care about the workers but for you to have them enter while my sister was in the process of clothing the babies, how dare you!!!!
