As a chiropractor, I am always in constant motion with my job, and it is very physically demanding. In addition to that, I work out anywhere from 4-6 days of the week, and the best I can do at the moment for my recovery periods is foam rolling, stretching, and basic yoga. She is so good at working out those really nasty knots I get in my neck & back. She really listens & assesses what needs extra attention at each visit! While I have checked out many Groupon, Living Social & other local deals for massages, I have finally found someone who does a phenomenal job of working out my "knots"...I'm no longer in the hunt!
