Really enjoyed my 1st time here. My nails have lasted almost a month now. Gel fill for my nails with gel pedicure. The ambiance is beautifully kept. The technicians did a nice job overall. The only thing that bothered me was getting rushed to my seat before I picked my colors out. Why does this bother me? Because there's many colors to chose from and I don't like just being handed 1-2 boards after I'm seated to choose from when they literally have a wall full of so many pretty shades. Let me come in, relax, pick out my colors in my own time (like give me 5 minutes if I need to) and then let me sit. I'm paying good money for your services & want to relax from start to finish. Including when I arrive. This isn't just this nail salon either. I asked for builder gel but given how fast they were done and the way they were done made me believe I had just gotten gel, which I then paid $95 dollars for...I also booked a pedicure, I went in hoping to relax but they did my nails while doing my toes so I didn't get the relaxing experience I had hoped for. Absolutely unacceptable experience. The technician CUT me during my manicure because she was too busy gossiping and I had actual broken skin, bleeding and when I calmly pointed it out to the manager Terri, she had the audacity to tell me I was "making a big fuss." Then she started raising her voice at me. No apology, no first aid, no accountability whatsoever. Terri said "Come back if it gets infected." Are you kidding me? You cut a paying customer and then yell at them for being upset about it?? This is beyond poor customer service it's a basic disregard for client safety and well-being. I will never be returning and I'm telling everyone I know to steer clear. If you value your skin and your dignity, go somewhere else. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Got my nails done by Won today and I am so happy!! They're crazy complicated--every nail is a different design--and she did an amazing job. I got so many compliments already. I am completely blown away by this salon! Everyone, including the owner, is so sweet and kind. Vivian did my nails and you could tell she knew what she was doing and was so helpful. I accidentally kept picking colors that weren't available at that time or too light and she was so patient with me and the process. I'm a nail biter so normally with French tips you can dramatically tell, and I don't feel that way with these nails! Vivian also had a shadow, Olivia, who is only doing pedicures right now but learning. She was so sweet! I will be requesting both of them next time I go in. I'm so bummed out to have to write this review. I went to Terri's Nails years ago and loved them. Only stopped going because i found a place I could walk to instead of making the trek to PB. Went today with my daughter and can't even describe what a frustrating and unhappy experience it was. First, my nail artist argued with me about what I wanted and said it couldn't be done (base dip, one coat of the color dip and base dip). Not sure why she argued with me as i've done that at my other salon for six years so I know it can be done. Then when I wanted a different color for my pedicure, they were out of the color I wanted so I asked for clear but they kept bringing colors. Again- not sure why I can't just get what I'm asking and paying for? My daughter's pedicure was smudged and she asked for them to fix it. Instead of fixing the polish, they cut her toenails to eliminate the problem and then didn't even file it down. This is just a few of the issues. All in all...not a great experience and we won't be returning. Super sad to see a place I used to love turn out like this. read more

She always remembers exactly how I like my nails, from the shape to the tiniest details & she absolutely nails it (pun intended) every single time. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she genuinely cares about making sure you leave loving your nails. Even on the rare occasion I can't book with her, she'll go out of her way to let the other tech know exactly how I like them done. That kind of consistency and care is so rare to find! Terri's Nail Lounge & Spa is one of the prettiest nail salons I've been to--the seasonal decorations and fresh flowers always make it feel so special. The quality of their work is amazing, and my nails always turn out beautiful. I always do bio gel, and my gel manicure lasts a solid 2-3 weeks with hardly any chips--I usually just go back to change the color! That said, the service can feel a bit rushed, so I've learned to pick my colors quickly. There can also be a bit of a language barrier at times, so patience is key--sometimes they don't fully understand what you want, but if you go with the flow, it usually works out. It's definitely on the pricier side, but for the quality and the experience, I think it's worth it! read more

I got a gel pedicure and builder gel manicure done a little more than a month ago. I've never had someone do my nails so quickly - and in the worst way possible. The lady who did them went in so aggressively with the e-filer that, at one point, she filed too deep into my nail plate and caused a very sharp and searing pain. I literally yelped and yanked my hand away, to which she muttered a quick half-apology and moved on. The nails themselves didn't look the best, with the unnaturally thick and lumpy look, but that's the least of my concern considering what I've dealt with since my visit. **My nails are completely ruined from the e-filing, and I was too scared to even have them professionally removed because I was anxious of any scraping or filing that would have to be done. The gel had been lifting ever since around day 5, and I've had to personally peel/rip most of it off since I couldn't have them removed. For the 8 nails that I've ripped them off from, it hurts so much just to wash my hands with warm water or to grip anything using my fingertips because the nails are extremely sensitive. There are still remnants of the gel on a couple nails that I can't even peel because I know that the nail plate is especially too thin underneath. I know it'd be excruciating - to the extent that I'd rather put up with about 6+ more weeks of growing them completely off, as much as I hate how ugly and messy it looks. For weeks, I've been feeling self-conscious with the most mangled looking nails as I was forced to rip off little pieces from each nail as they continued lifting. You can see my pictures for what the last 2 nails currently look like - just imagine all of my fingers looking like that for the past 3 weeks. And then for the ones that I've peeled the gel off of, you can see how "raw" and damaged my nails are, especially on my ring and pinky fingers. The nail tips are, of course, stubby and ragged from ripping like paper soon after peeling the gel. ** On top of all of this, the lady also had an unpleasant attitude and annoyed expression the whole time, and took away from the spa experience overall. I will say, the lady who did my pedicure was an absolute sweetheart and did an amazing job - she even made me a Vietnamese coffee as soon as I sat down! I was completely happy with how my toenails came out. Unfortunately, the manicure experience has been so upsetting that I'm not giving the overall experience more than 1 star. I do appreciate the people who work in these industries so that we can enjoy a little treat, so I tipped my usual 50%, but looking back, I don't think that the experience was worth it at all. read more
