On the day of the appt she met with me right way. It was one of the smoothest transactions I could hv ever imagined. Thank you again Ashlyn (forgive me if I've misspelled your name). This location was very easy to find. There's plenty of parking. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff that were present were very personable and friendly (just like Aslyn). Although I'm not a member of this credit union, I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a customer friendly, personable and welcoming financial services business.

Then she said I'd get a "provisional credit" if it went through. (We got denied today, I got the email saying why). I left, rather disappointed with the lack of service. I was told I couldn't cash it because the signatures did not match. However, the account company owner has been a Bank of America customer for over 18 years and has written many checks, making this situation even more frustrating. Since I was unable to cash the check, I was told I would need to deposit it instead. Before depositing it, the manager specifically told me the funds would be available today by 9:00 AM. I relied on what I was told and deposited the check. Today, 9:00 AM came and went, and now I'm being told the funds won't be available until TOMORROW. Had I been given accurate information from the beginning, I could have made a different decision. Instead, I'm now without access to my money because I followed the instructions and information given to me by the Bank of America manager. What makes this even more ridiculous is that the check itself is drawn on a Bank of America account, and the account company owner has been a customer for over 18 years. I understand that banks have policies regarding signatures, deposits, and holds, but if a manager is going to give a customer a specific date and time that their money will be available, that information needs to be accurate. This was a completely unacceptable experience and incredibly frustrating customer service.

It often feels like there is very little concern for customers' time or for providing efficient service.
