They gave me a credit for another carpet cleaning to try them again. I set it up and when I scheduled it they put a note that I didn't owe and had a credit. I was told if there were any issues Becky would call me. Never got a call. A new gentleman shows up today and tries to charge us $70. So I call again. My husband was home, thankfully this was also caught on our cameras, Rocky called the gentleman who then replied to Rocky, "oh ya I remember that incident, that was messed up we lost one of our really good guys & he was just trying to save her money." Really? If he was such a good guy then why was he fired? If he was such a good employee why was he fraudulently taking money on his cashapp instead of having customers pay the company? Completely inappropriate behavior! I can't believe Rocky allowed him to respond that way. My husband was very uncomfortable after that. Never ever using this company again. Absolutely completely unprofessional. It only took him 15 minutes to clean our carpets and he didn't even attempt to dry them.

I was told it was cheaper than a new gas fireplace. I agreed. A couple of weeks later he came out for an install and did a crappy job. When I complained he said he'd have to get more materials and come back. Then he told me it would be an additional $510! Said he never saw a fireplace with my measurements. This was a self proclaimed expert who had been working many years doing this work. In a second visit he spent 5 hours installing correcting his previous errors. I have two questions that should prevent you from ever using this company. 1. When I approved the purchase, he took my fireplace measurements. Yet I was charged an extra $500 because he came unprepared to do my job on his first visit. 2. A heating guy who is a friend said I got taken. He said the fireplace repair was usually a $300-$400. He said to replace a gas fireplace was about $1,500 at most. So in his estimation yes, I was taken. I will be contacting the BBB.

She was helpful in providing a reasonable time for someone to come out to quote. We were getting our 2 HVAC units completely replaced so we wanted the air vents and ducts to be as clean as can be for the new systems. I received a call when they were 10-20 minutes out and they came out right on time. Two gentlemen (can't remember their names) were very friendly in providing us the free quote. After a thorough walk through, they worked up the pricing and we decided then and there to have them give us a call to schedule the service. This was on a Friday and sure enough on Monday, I received a prompt call to schedule the service to be done. They were able to get me in right before we were getting the A/C replaced so it was a clean as possible for the new units. Our appt. was set for between the hours of 4pm-7pm. Again the service tech called when he was on his way out. He arrived promptly at 4pm. Antoine was very friendly and also wearing a mask for those worried about how they handle Covid. He also wore little booties over his shoes to stay clean throughout the house. For being by himself, he knocked out the job in 2 hours. My husband and I were impressed!
