No more leaks and overpriced plastic parts that can only be replaced by the Kinetico dealer. I went with a 3M whole house water filter recommended by Ben, with all new copper plumbing and a new pressure regulator. I can change the water filter myself, which is recommended to do least once a year. I am confident of the new system and no longer worried about another Kinetico part failure. The 3M water filter recommended by Ben at Patriot Plumbing lead to immediate improvement in our water quality. No more chlorine taste or smell. This system uses a carbon block filter that works better for us than the water softener. I will use Patriot Plumbing again if and when needed.

The Home Warranty co. had taken a week and still did not have a service provider lined up, so I called around. CCR was the only company to answer the phone and David was over at my home in 40 minutes. I had not received an email from the Home Warranty co that i needed to get approval before he got there, so while he did the repair job I called the Warranty folks to get the email and he helped me fill it out and get approval and I will now get a check for the claim. And my A/C now works fine just in time for family staying with us for the 4th of July Weekend!
