I love going to the airport with wvs. They are prompt, reliable and friendly. As a frequent flyer they are a huge asset.

this was the first time I used this shuttle service. I booked both eastbound and westbound times in advance to connect with my flights. For my westboundflight, I was picked up at the destination point where with a plainly marked van.... As I am disabled, getting a parking permit was more difficult. for my eastbound return, I was there well in advance of the 6 o'clock shuttle, which I had booked a seat, my luggage was on a cart that I could use as a walker, and I stood out in the cold, waiting for a van that I had a reserve seat on for 15 minutes. I'm barely able to walk but walk the distance past vans like Kitsap down the line and could not find the shuttle. And I was left in the cold. I called Valley shuttle number at five after six and was told that I was left because the van was full. I had a reserve seat at 6 o'clock and they are acting like they are just a public shuttle so people can use them without booking. Further, I had to sit in a cold area to wait for the 930 shuttle and I was outside at 9 o'clock waiting and looking and there was no shuttle. I'm walking back a plain white, unmarked shuttle. I signal to door to confirm that was the shuttle I was looking for. How could I know what shuttle to get on when there is no markings on the shuttle including the shuttle that I stood right next to and was left in the cold at 6 o'clock. They made no announcements that they were arriving at the airport. This is a terrible way to run a company and you can't rely on him. read more

I have used Wenatchee Valley Shuttle a couple of times now. I prefer this to flying from Sea-Tac to Wenatchee even though it takes longer!!! This trip, the driver, Wilson was WONDERFUL!! I've ridden I will not see valley shuttle from Wenatchee to seatac a few times and I am very happy with all of the drivers and the on-time stops and arrivals. The vans they use are the type more typically used on short excursions, around town. Not very comfortable for a long ride and kind of loud at highway speed, but they seem to work. The drivers really care for the passengers, though they are notorious for being late. Give yourself an extra hour, if you're connecting to a flight. read more

In my last review I detailed an ugly experience in a ride with Wenatchee Valley Shuttle. Years later I'm with them again. It's only fair I address some things they've done right. After having to come out of pocket for an overnight stay due to circumstances that faithful night, that led to my prior review. Wenatchee Valley did indeed refund me and I presume the other riders for that trip. That is majorly appreciated. Fast forward I ride again with Wenatchee Valley because let's face it, there aren't huge amount of option to make the 2+ hour trek across the mountains. A much improved experience. Better shuttle van and overall better run. If you're coming back accross the mountains going to Sea-Tac, the driver will take you right to the drop off area which is very helpful. If you're needing shuttling to and from the city, consider Wenatchee Valley Shuttle. read more

Our son and daughter-in-law live in Wenatchee, and we fly in but we've never taken the WVS until this Christmas holiday season. The treacherous conditions in the passes resulted in our using WVS for the first time. Our driver was extremely competent under severely trying road conditions. Days later, our daughter arrived on 12/23/22 - amidst a cyclone bomb snowstorm. (Her 9:00 AM flight has been cancelled, and pushed to 2:00 PM.) Due to closings of the mountain passes, and flight delays, WVS accommodated several time changes and ultimately held the bus to allow her make it. Later, they closed the passes - after her bus had gotten through. Thanks, WVS for bending over backwards. Awesome customer service! read more

Photos on website are misleading. It's a cramped 14-passenger van with rough suspension, not the motor coach in most of the photos. No leg room, loud, and a very rough ride. If you get car sick, you will have a bad time. I wasn't catching a plane, so I bailed out early and requested a refund. read more

Great option when you can't get a flight to Wenachee. Horizon air has limited service which doesn't work with my flight schedule. I frequently use this service to get to and from sea tac. I just wish they had more service to Chelan Wa. The Drivers are always polite and friendly. And the customer service over the phone is friendly and accommodating.
