I book my daughter and her boyfriend on the shuttle to Seatac yesterday afternoon. It was the airporter van, that was completely full. The driver let them know when leaving Wenatchee he would get them there safe, but that the van almost overheated on his last trip over the pass. Well, in order to not have the van overheat the driver had to shut off the air conditioner going over the Blewett Pass it was 99 degrees out and he had to turn off the AC! This was a dangerous condition given the full bus and no AC. The driver kept apologizing to the passengers, but he did not want to break down on the pass. Wenatchee Shuttle knew what the temps were going to be and should have changed out the van for a larger safer van. Even when the AC was turned back on the bus was so hot and cramped that the AC did not work well enough to cool the van down. We have used the shuttle 4 other times and this was the worst experience we have ever had. Wenatchee Valley Shuttle can do better than this. read more

My daughter put me on the shuttle this trip. I had been avoiding it because of A bad experience I had in the past. I rode with Michael and he was great he was very conscious not to leave anyone. You have to be on time and when you go to the stops you can't be dillydallying in the store. WVS keeps a very prompt time schedule and that part of it is nice. I have been taking the train and the light rail and it is exhausting and now that I'm older it's nice to be able to from curb to curb on the shuttle. Terrible terrible terrible! They claim to not wait for any individuals, but on my trip to WENATCHEE was literally turned around by snoqualmie pass TO BELLEVUE to pick up passengers... backtracked an hour, and no further explanation. UNACCEPTABLE- The fact that many times they claim they can never wait or go back yet this happens... highly do not recommend. read more

I am embarrassed to say that I don't remember the driver's name, though it may have been Joe. He arrived exactly on time, and was professional, courteous and helpful. The van was roomy and comfortable, even when full. He was a good driver, paying attention to the road, and getting us to Seattle in great time. I have family in Peshastin and am THRILLED that there's a Saturday afternoon shuttle to the airport. It also amazed me that I could safely leave my son's car at the Big Y lot for pick up later in the day. Thanks for providing this service. I will be using it whenever I travel to Peshastin! Joe was our driver. He made the effort to learn and use people's names. It was a full shuttle, but Joe made every effort to make sure everyone was comfortable and cared for. Because it was a good experience. After having our flight out of Wen cancelled we were a little stressed because it was a the start of a trip to Mexico. But it all worked out OK. Alaska rebooked us on a later flight and we arrived in Seattle in plenty of time to get checked in and have a nice breakfast. Joe was a great driver!! Both trips (each way) my trip was on time and the driver was courteous. I think my first driver was Joe. My friend and I were both very pleased with both experiences. I took the shuttle, they used the small van even though they knew how many people were going to be taking the shuttle and they could have used the larger bus. There were 10 of us including the driver. People had their masks on wrong, their noses were exposed and we were really crowded. I told the driver to please tell people to keep their masks on. I'm giving this a one star because since they're open during the pandemic, they should at least make sure everyone is safe and has enough room to social distance. read more

Utter failure in customer service. Booked a 230 shuttle at Pangborn due to a canceled flight, and was told to return at 2:15, it is now nearly 3pm and no shuttle in sight, the service rep is gone, and nobody is staffing the phone. In addition they haven't event cleared their mailbox, preventing any new complaints from being brought. What a joke of a company. Update: driver was 45 minutes late, sold a ticket at the first stop to a girl when the van was already fully booked,  then tried to kick her out 20 miles down the road at an open air park and ride in 25F weather to accommodate new passengers. So I am posting here because they erased my fb review. They just ditched my friends dad, an elderly man, at Sea-Tac, yelling at him and everything because he wouldn't kennel his SERVICE DOG! They even had the odasity to tell the elderly man that the airlines let him fly illegally with the dog! If it wouldn't have been for another friend of mine who just happened to be there picking others up, this man would have had to rent a car or wait for someone to come pick him up. THIS IS ILLEGAL! You do not have to kennel your service dog! Yes, the Human Rights Commission is being contacted. In reading other reviews on fb it seems that yelling at customers is not uncommon either. I will NEVER do business with them and would encourage others to seek other options as well. read more

This is my new default transportation from Seatac to Wenatchee. It's cheaper than a rental or flying. Likely even cheaper than the gas price of bumming a ride from a friend. So far the shuttle has been much more reliable than the Horizon flight. Once I was the only passenger, so I rode in front and charged my phone. May as well have been a limo service. We even skipped the rest stop and made it to Wenatchee in great time. Another trip they called me 5 mins before departure as I was pulling into the parking lot. Each time it has left on schedule. I am definitely using this service again. I hope it continues and add more routes. read more

Since I have only ridden the shuttle once from SeaTac to the Peshastin Y, I and only say that the ride was great and the driver was very entertaining. My best friend said the same on an earlier trip. I have been using Wenatchee Valley shuttle frequently for the past 2 years. I have trusted and will continue to trust the company and the drivers to transport my son to and from Seattle. What a life saver this service has been! The drivers are always nice and friendly, with calling me if they are early, or the couple times we have been running a minute late. I've taken the shuttle a handful of times and have only had great experiences so far. In fact, I am usually the only passenger on the way from SeaTac to Peshastin! Every experience has been smooth - the drivers are timely and dependable, the vans and charters are perfectly clean and comfortable, and the pick up and drop off locations are convenient for me. I have ridden the shuttle, and also used their service several times to get my 86 year old mother back and forth from SeaTac to Wenatchee to come visit me. Each time the driver has taken great care of mom, and she loves the trip and the attention she gets! Today the driver, Ken, called me 3 times to update their arrival time at SeaTac so I could coordinate with my brother to pick her up, since we didn't want here left there alone. They absolutely go above and beyond to make sure their passengers are safe and happy! I feel completely comfortable that Mom is in good hands when she takes the shuttle. Don't use this service if you have any other choice at all. As a matter of fact, you will be better off paying more for a limo so that you actually get what you pay for. Don't trust a reservation with someone from Wenatchee Vally Shuttle on the phone. They often do not answer their phone and if they get your message may not call you back until a day later. They will NOT give you accurate information, they will NOT disclose that they have a processing fee and they will NOT TELL YOU THAT YOUR TICKET IS NOT REFUNDABLE even if you cancel within hours of making your reservation. This company "provided" a shuttle for a wedding I recently went to in Chelan. The pick-up location was at Campbell's but the shuttle never came. We'd learned later that they were hiding by some back entrance which was not clear to any of the 30+ people who were waiting and who ultimately had to find alternative transportation to the venue or risk missing the ceremony. Another shuttle driver came over for another wedding and actually checked to see if anyone was waiting where we were, but this company's driver didn't seem to think that much and just sat around surprised no one was showing up. When we asked the front desk of Campbell's where a shuttle might be, they indicated we were where a shuttle should pick people up. Many guests were not able to enjoy themselves as they would have otherwise, which was the whole point of the couple getting a shuttle service. We had to drive both directions because we couldn't just leave our vehicle at the venue overnight. I really hope they make this right with the couple. read more

I just wanna start saying that me and my family have used this service for a long time and have never had anything happen to us like this. So I had called costumer service because they claimed they were going to wait 5 minutes for my sister which they never did. I had to go by my self to pick her up which put an incredible amount of stress on my baby. I called customer service and told them the situation and they said they were going to send me a coupon through my email. Well it was time to send my sister back and we looked all throughout my emails and no coupon and it was too late to call them and ask about it so we just bought another ticket and hoped the customer service agent could redeem the coupon and we wouldn't have to pay. But no. Apparently our email was the coupon code but she never explained to us about it. Now I'm 50 dollars down the drain in these tough times. They're unprepared for holidays. And over book their trips. They're certainly happy to take your money. But that doesn't mean you'll get a seat. I'm currently on a shuttle that was 40 minutes late and there are 7 people standing in the aisle. Wish isn't safe and illegal. The driver is now trying to make up for lost time and doing between 70-80 or the pass. Bad situation. I think this company is pretty incompetent. It probably works fine for off peak travel times. Was delighted to find Wenatchee Valley Shuttle goes from Wenatchee to SeaTac twice everyday! The schedule worked perfectly for my one day trip. I arrived well rested, which made the business I needed to take care of in Seattle just go smoother. The van was comfortable and clean, the drivers to and fro were courteous and professional. I normally do not leave reviews on Yelp, but I have always used Yelp and value others reviews so I feel that it is my responsibility to leave a review so that this never happens to anyone else for what is supposed to be a fun weekend. We had an awful experience with this shuttle in Leaventhworth over Oktoberfest weekend. Monique Lotts (the owner) is unprofessional and we were overcharged. We were never sent any paperwork and in the end she charged us $100 more than the quoted price. Since this is her business and I am sure in weeks past they have shuttled people during Oktoberfest weekend - they should be well aware of how much it would cost for a shuttle over Oktoberfest weekend but instead blamed some of the additional charges over the quote on 'traffic'. It's hard to justify a $100 of additional charges on traffic when you are well aware that it is one of the busiest weekends of the year! We also compared our price to two other groups of friends that stayed in a cabin close to us and used a shuttle service - and they paid MUCH less and they paid exactly what they were quoted. The whole situation was very unprofessional and no real explanation for the incorrect charges and in the end since Monica would not compromise -we had to tell our bank to dispute the charges. It's partially our fault for not getting everything in writing but also it's awful to think there are people out there who will try and take advantage of the situation. The driver was great, friendly, on time. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Management on the other hand is a different story. Jason the manager called me, a passenger, asking me to tell the driver that he had to pick up a passenger in North Bend. We were already 15 miles past there on our way to Wenatchee. The other 4 passengers and myself were not happy about this. The passenger we had to pick up wasn't on the drivers itinerary. Jason didn't care. Two of my fellow passengers called Jason to complain and talk about refunds since we'd be an hour late to Wenatchee. Jason yelled at them both over the phone, calling them selfish, and was extremely rude to 2 customers over the phone. Of course there won't be a refund. This is my first time using this shuttle and I won't ever use it again. While the driver was great, management is extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. Yelling at customers and calling them selfish is certainly not a good way to run your business or keep customers. Find another way to get from SeaTac to Wenatchee. COMPLETE CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE BY MANAGEMENT. The following is text that I uploaded to WVS Management's service survey for 1/21/17: "5 time rider, twice from Pangdorn A/P, both times the Shuttle was late in picking us up. 2/21/17 we and another rider (her 1st time) reserved a 5:30AM pickup. At 5:42 AM, no call or shuttle yet, called WVS, no answer, left a message. At about 5:50 AM received a call stating a schedule problem with drivers. Caller stated she would send a vehicle to pick us up and transport to the rail station. All 3 of us were waiting mid terminal, near where the taxies and hotel shuttles P/U. Driver arrived to Alaska A/L counter area, in unmarked P/U, and unannounced. Only due to pacing and entering the Terminal, did I hear someone call out my name, seemingly annoyed that we were waiting where we were. Presume this was Monique (no name given), no apologies for failure to initiate contact or poor service. She was VERY verbally combative regarding schedule integrity, and ETA for SEATAC vs Flight ETD. Her attitude was the icing on the poor service. Additionally, our rib cages/backs still ache from the rough ride on previous trip, Wed 2/15/17 on 24 pax bus SEATAC to Wenatchee; 75 mph on rough pavement stretches of I-90 produces a terrible ride and environment. FYI, we needed to be in Wenatchee (our residence) for business prior to my wife's back surgery at the end of February. Wenatchee is a small city, news good and bad travels; don't act or have an attitude like you are doing us a favor, that kills business in small towns. There are alternatives, Horizon, and rental cars. As airline retirees, we can do both for less cost when available. Victor, driver to SEATAC, very nice and pleasant. The Service Survey asked what could be done to better serve you? Please be specific. "I answered, "Coupon/voucher for 2 for Service Recovery for very poor service. READ above regarding and ATTITUDE RESET being necessary, as well!!!!" After reading other reviews on Yelp, I'm not surprised that WVS Owner/Manager Monique has not responded during the last 5 days since the above was directed back to them/her on their poor service and management attitude. 2 of 5 trips have been pleasant experiences to SEATAC as well as Spokane Intl. When there is ANY service challenge, or difficulty, things seem to meltdown rapidly. All of the Drivers we've meet where great guys. This is a Mis-Management issue. For me (us), a Wenatchee Valley Resident since before the Shuttle began service, even though we as a community need a service like this, we will seek and use other options when available. What a disappointment this service was. I was quoted a price and then was charged much more later. After they drop you off, they charge you for the time it takes the shuttle to return back to Wenatchee. They do not make this clear when they quote you a price. The next day when I asked about the price, they just told me how long it took to return to Wenatchee (double the time it took to get me to where I was staying) - but you have no way of verifying if it is true or not. The drive back for the shuttle to return to Wenatchee, when I was not even in shuttle, cost me an additional $80.00. The owner Monique Lotts is very unprofessional. When I questioned her about the price, she did not have a good explanation. All she told me was "traffic was bad". It actually was not that bad. I feel like I had to write a review about this service because were ripped off so horribly and I do not want anyone to have to deal with this too. read more
