We ordered the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with apple, adding a hard-boiled egg and arugula, along with a half Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT. The salad was a little sparse, but the biggest issue was the arugula. The stems were so tough they were virtually inedible, and I ended up having to discard most of them. The Grilled Chicken & Avo BLT was also disappointing. There was very little aioli, which left the sandwich quite dry, and rather than being spread evenly across the sandwich, the tomato slices were stacked on top of one another. We ended up taking the sandwich apart and rebuilding it ourselves. Neither issue would prevent us from ordering these items again, but next time I'd skip the arugula on the salad and ask for extra aioli on the side with the sandwich. A little more attention to preparation would have made a significant difference.

Therefore, I am going to bring the 1 star up to 2. However, due to the continuous issues that have been ongoing at that facility, I am going to keep what I have written previously, as it is going to take more than a phone-call to compensate for the frustration that I have received today. Eventually I would like to bring the star up to a higher one, for there are things at McDonald's that I enjoy (i.e. coffee, parfaits, etc). However that rating will depend on the company and whether or not they wish to hire people who are cut-out for customer service. (In a two month period, I have both witnessed and experienced mistreatment rendered by the staff employed at this location. The first instance, involved an employee giving a customer a hard time about him placing an order, telling him to "hurry up" , & etc, then ended it by ripping his receipt right in front of his face. The second occurance, which occurred today on June 7, 2012, involved an employee who not only made my coffee wrong twice, but she rendered an attitude when asked to correct her error twice. Seriously, what has ever happened to "service with a smile", and why are employees and employers being allowed to continue with their employment involving a business they obviously DO NOT treasure? People like that SHOULD NOT be working there, and if it wasn't for the fact it was a convenient walk from where I work, I would opt to never step foot in that Mcdonald's ever again! I am legit annoyed and disappointed in that place!)

Overall, if you happen to be in Webster, MA ... which is part of a super secret shortcut I have to get from Boston to NYC in record time ... you'll know there is literally zero healthy options available to you.
