Used the app to order ahead. I then waited in line at the drive through for more than 15 minutes. 10 of those we never moved. I was listening to a book on tape so I wasn't angry, just irritated. My meal was accurate and hot. Can't complain about the food just the service. No idea what their struggles were but I didn't see people come out any faster for those that parked and went in. Just plan a lot of time if you go here. The food will be fresh, even if there may be chaos inside. read more

This place is not what it used to be. Employees are rude, disrespectful, and their chilli meat is not even grind, it's is big pieces. I feel like I'm eating a cut piece of burger, they added now white beens which they are kind of hard and and Sandie. This place is amazing. I ordered online but the door was locked so I couldn't pick it up (I live close by and walked up with my 5 month old in a stroller to go get it) I called to see how I was supposed to get the food and the manager told me she'd be right out with it, when she comes to the door she saw I had the baby and told me to come in. And even though at that time they weren't having indoor dining open, she let me eat inside! I was so pleased and the food was very yummy and fresh!! I love this wendy's!!! Also while i was eating inside the manager was praising their employees for how great of a job they were doing. Seems like a very nice work place! Ordered two salads to "eat in". Picked up order and found no utensils on the tray. That happens, so we asked the manager for forks. He said he didn't have any. When asked how we were to eat the salad, he told us to eat it with spoons. (Quite a challenge) No mention of the lack of forks was disclosed before we placed the order! Additionally, it was only 3 pm and they were out of chili and the soda machines had no ice! The manager also needs to train & control his help. A young lady working in the back was extremely loud - out of control. She was talking and laughing so loud it was disrupting the guests. At times it was difficult to hold a conversation with lunch date. Throughout this unacceptable experience, the manager was rude. He was annoyed when we asked for utensils. If consistency is what you're looking for then you have come to the right place. The Webster location of Wendy's consistently messes up every order I place. Look I get it, I know it's fast food and you get what you pay for and that's not the problem. The problem is they really do mess up every order. And I'm not talking about making crazy customizations on items. I'm talking about a cheeseburger with no mustard and ketchup but yet they messed that up. Both kids meals are missing the "toy" and I got a large Coke with no ice. Seriously what kind of animals are we dealing with that don't put ice in Coke? I bought a #2 deal last night, burger/bacon, fries and lemonade. I drove away, when opened bag for eating, it was just a piece of meat, crumbled bacon and mayo!, no lettuce, no tomato, no onion, basically no love on my food and to top it off, my fries were old and the burger was raw. Had to go to this particular Wendys to pickup to delivery orders , once there I could not get into dining area so had to use drive through , we are past that at this point aren't we about locking the dining room , I mean you can anywhere now and go inside , so I proceed through the drive through waited close to fifteen minutes in drive through, this place is crazy slow , once I finally got to order and tell them the two names and order numbers , which they didn't have right from the start they kept saying two completely different names and insisting these were the two orders I was there for , ok at the window now , and again they didn't have the names right so I questioned the orders as they came out , which by the way took another ten to fifteen minutes and they just pretty much threw the food at me without letting me know who was who or marking or seperating anything , the whole time I did not see a manager but did see what looked to me as high school kids just messing around like they were at 2nd lunch or something not one have a shit about the long line or getting any orders ready , they were to busy playing grab ass with each other , SEROIUS LACK OF LEADERSHIP AT THIS WENDYS , I used to work in this Industry years ago , my manager was hard ass , you had to get orders right and get them out quick , not a wendys but a very similar type place and competitor and probably why that restraunt blows any wendys out of the water in fast food industry, anyway the Bottom line about this place is the service is terribly slow , they don't care , there is no customer service what so ever and no leader ship !!!!!! I received great customer service here today. I ordered and paid for a baked potato and the cashier did not realize they were out of them. Terrible experience, after waiting 15 minutes for my food I walked out. I will never eat here again, staff acts as though you're bothering them for service, and there was plenty on staff as it was a Saturday afternoon. I contact Wendy's corporate only to have a conversation with a computer, never again....I lost $14 but learned to stay away from this horrible place, lesson learned! read more

I love Wendy's but will not come back to this location. I have 2 foreign exchange students staying with me from Spain. Their english skills are better than some of the mexicans that delivered my appliances recently. I know that my girls do not have Wendy's in Spain so I wanted to show them a typical American fast food experience. I got typical unfortunately. Jade was rude and did not try to understand my girls. She got frustrated and rolled her eyes repeatedly. This town is full of mixed race and culture people. The food is great but the staff is beyond poor. My son-in-law was treating to lunch today and gave them his card. It was declined. He has plenty of money in the account and had them try again. It still wouldn't work so I paid for it until he could stop at the atm on the way home. His card worked fine at the atm. The rude attitude of the girl giving us our food and the supervisor standing next to her was totally uncalled for. After ordering $30 worth of food, we get down the street and find they forgot to give us 2 orders of fries. My daughter goes in and when asked what was wrong she nicely says that we were missing fries. Everyone working there turned and stared at her and the Supervisor, who was still on the flipping phone, gives her a disgusting look. The food was okay but I was disappointed that ghost chili fries weren't available. Taking them off the menu would be a good idea. It's annoying when you see them on the menu and can't have them. The baconater fries were a good substitute though. The employees should be trained properly too. read more

What I like about Wendy's is the chicken nuggets, the French fries and the chocolate milk and the chocolate frosties. All the food is so yummy. read more
