A few words of advice: Don't eat here, if you know what's best for you. Today I went to get some food, and here's what I ordered. Spicy Nuggets Spicy chicken sandwich But, the nuggets are really the only thing that matter. When I went into the drive through, it was kind of packed, but you usually expect that when you get fast food late at night. But once I got up to the mic, I wasn't able to hear anything, and once I said I couldn't, they immediately caught an attitude.. YOU WANNA CATCH THESE HANDS?? Anyways.. I was told to pull up to the window and I just gave my order there. While I was waiting for my food, I saw a rat crawl into the sink, you could tell that the workers were on their last nerve, and even asking for extra sauce would get you beat up.. and one of the workers kept yelling at me about how I should've just waited at the mic and now I'm holding up the line. Once I got my food I headed home since I was so tired I didn't revise my order. Once I got home and started eating, the nuggets weren't spicy, and I got none of the sauces I asked for. All I can say is I had a RAW burger. I ordered a S'awesome burger with no onions. I got a raw burger with no tomato and no bacon and extra onions and overloaded with sauce which made it unbearable to eat. I will never eat at this location AGAIN!!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! read more

Drive through employees will "anything else" you to death when all you ordered was a 4 for 4 and let them know your sauce and drink but sense they gotta "anything else" ya 4 times you gotta repeat yourself. I asked the window person how their day was and they ignored me. Too busy talking to their coworker. had to tap on the window to get their attention for extra napkins and the dude hands me honey mustard. Are you even trying? If i could do -5 stars I would, absolutely horrible experience. Got to the speaker of the drive thru after waiting for more than 15 minutes and the fist thing the kid says is "whatchu tryin to get" very rudely. I order two ten piece meals one spicy and one regular and he sounded mad that I wanted one of each. Get to the window to pay and takes our debit card somewhere to the back and doesn't come back for 5 minutes. They opened the window again and got mad because the one noticed the nuggets were wrong and yelled about how one was spicy at me. I noticed I didn't have straws so I waited to get his attention at the window and he threw the straws at me then slammed the window in my face. Nothing but disappointment and rude staff, from the moment we got in the drive-thru to order we mentioned that we would like added cheese to the chicken sandwich. Again at the window we mentioned the additional cheese they told us they were waiting on fresh chicken, which was fine no worries. We pulled forward and waited for the food. When we received our food almost 15 minutes later. We had no cheese on our sandwich and the rest of the food was cold. If I can give this place ZERO Stars, I will. Let's start at how rude the staff is when you come up to the order box at the drive thru. That should of been the indication that it was not worth me even ordering. But I wanted to try the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger. To my utter disappointment, I got not what I ordered but a cold and dry cheeseburger that was nothing like advertised. The fries were cold and dry. It seemed like the food was cooked over an hour ago and then they served it through. This place needs corporate to step in to reorganize, retrain, and provide support to the owner and the staff. Over 15 minutes in the drive through and I was second in line. They tried charging me for the wrong order. Staff was not interested at all. Every few minutes they would ask the cook to get my sandwiches ready but they never came. The manager spent more time on her cell phone (even stepping outside for several minutes) than dealing with the total mess in her store. Finally when I demanded a refund my order managed to make it off the line and into a bag. As I pulled away I could see 9 bars in the drive through line. I hope their experience was better. By the time I got my food the fries were cold, but I was not in the mood to go inside and get things fixed. Strongly doubt I will grace their cash registers again. read more

It's always a problem here. Just horrible! How I order a Spicy Asiago Club, yet purposelessly give me regular chicken with no tomatoes. Like do you guys need pictures too to get the order right. The location was very clean. Customer service was slow but courteous. The reason for the 2 star review was this. It took very long for food to come out. When it did the order was wrong. When I sit after waiting forever for my meal. THE BUN HAS MOLD ON IT !!! Green spider webby mold. The meat patty looked dry and cardboardy. I almost threw up. I was so grossed out and requested my money back. They gave me my money back but no apology, no attempts at redeeming situation, or offering another meal. Just here's your money bye. I understand things like this happen once in a blue. But they could have done a better job at redeeming the situation instead of acting like I was bothering them by returning my moldy burger. read more

Bad sign when as you are walking in you see two drive thru people walking back in with bags (one an unhappy Apopka police officer) and slow counter service made us start to reconsider coming in for lunch at 1:45 pm on a Saturday. As we waited over 5 minutes the single cashier only helped two people and we had one other person in front of us. The topper was a woman walking in with yet another drive thru bag with a salad this time complaining about the lettuce and wanting a refund. Ok time to leave - we can get our fast food fix at McDonald's instead. Not like Wendy's was 5 star service ever but it wasn't busy and all the mistakes made us walk out before ordering. read more

When we go through drive through everyone always has a bad attitude and they don't acknowledge paying customers. I don't think I will be returning. My husband and I were here October 17, 2017 and had a wonderful server named Dee. My husband had the Taco Salad Full and I had the Apple Pecan Salad Full. We were so surprised and pleased with how fresh all the ingredients were in the salads! The portion size was perfect to satisfy for supper. We would recommend going to this Wendy's and if your server is Dee - you hit the jackpot, she's great! read more

They are very quick to rush you when your in the drive through. They snap at you when your at the window and if you get rough back with them the whole staff comes out to stare, while neglecting their jobs. They rush you so that they can get back to gossiping about who knows what. Not that many people go there to begin with. If you go here be patient and calm. read more
