Ordered through the mobile app and picked the mobile through and used the app to scan the QR code. I recorded a message saying the QR code didn't work and to speak to an employee to push my meal through. No one was available in our line and we couldn't back up due to people behind us. So we had to wait in the whole line to get to the front to talk to someone. They proceeded to tell me it would "take awhile" for 1 meal and I'd need to wait in a parking spot. We were on our way to an appointment and didn't have extra time and when we asked for a refund due to the wait it still took time and they dint seem to care we were told about how long we had to wait. They should have more people checking on the mobile through line because clearly the technology doesn't always work. I love Chick-fil-A but not this location, the old restaurant was so much better before they rebuilt it across the street. The tables are usually messy and staff is friendly for the most part. It doesn't matter if it's drive thru or dine in, it takes forever to get the food. I usually use the drive thru and 2 out of 3 times my order is wrong. The white male drive-thru worker working March 24th around 7a chose to blatantly ignore me as I sat in an otherwise empty drive thru lane instead of inquiring on why I might've been in that lane. It wouldn't have taken much time so ask if I was waiting on an order. It was rude and extremely unprofessional. I don't want to seem like I'm entitled to anyone's time but to see him interact in a friendly manner with other cars and continue to ignore me was a bit infuriating. Used the app for a Drive-thru express order. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! (Literally, I got the lemonade). Place your order online and scan the QR code when you show up and join the line. My order was prompt, the appropriate temperature, and accurate. Today I tried the watermelon mint diet lemonade and I do recommend trying it if those flavors are appealing to you! Of all the Chick-Fil-As I have been to, I would be hard pressed to find one whose service matches this location. They just moved, last year or so, from across the street to a brand new building. While they do have the occasional mishap here or there, the service is top notch. There have been a couple times wherein my food is ordered and I'm the third car in line- and the two other cars in front of me are still waiting. That's happened a couple of times but not for a long time. Plus, it was a new to-go system they were using at the time AND it was early morning. So, no harm no foul. The food is always hot and tasty and made with all our choices. The team, led by the immensely charismatic Chauncey, is always smiling and eager to please. Our go to for breakfast is chicken minis with a healthy dose of honey butter. Definitely one of if not the best fast food in the area. read more

The regular line is slower than a drive thru at every other restaurant you come to expect extended waits at. The customer service is courteous and spot on and my order has not been messed up. Lastly, the other day was the first time I tried there chocolate chip cookies and they are great, a must try. I come here a lot and usually get the sandwich combo, which is a pretty good meal, but I made the mistake of ordering a wrap. I feel like the wraps have been slowly shrinking over the past year or so, so I stopped getting them and buy the sandwiches exclusively. Today I gave them another try and I think this is the smallest wrap I have ever seen. It probably has about one nugget worth of chicken in it. The nutritional info online says 42g of protein, so unless the tortilla is enreiched w 30g of it then it's complete BS. Maybe you guys could order some new plastic containers since it barely fills half of this one? So yeah, don't EVER buy the wraps... Waited 15 minutes to get our food with only a few others in the store. No one came around to ask about refills. If you wanted a refill you had to stand in line because they only had 1 cashier. This is by far my favorite chick fil a location. It is easy and convenient. I love the staff, they are always so nice, smiling and friendly. The chicken tenders are delicious. I have to say this one of most oddly laid-out CFA's I've ever been to. Who designed this did a terrible job. They front counter and the line/queue area is a total cluster. When it's busy, the line will snake into the smaller of the two dining rooms. Why would anyone want to sit where people's butts will be in their faces the entire time? The drive-thru isn't all that much better. In fact, pretty much the only way to get into this place is if you're coming from the south on Tuskawilla heading north. From any other direction you're going to have to make a U-turn, or slowly slither through the Outback parking lot. Otherwise, it's a fine CFA restaurant. I love Chick-fil-A. I rely on this place for quick delicious meals when my kids have sports in the evening. When they were at their "smaller" location lines would form and things would take a while and I was so excited for them to move to their bigger location across the street to alleviate that. Turns out, the move has made them slower. Instead of two drive thru lanes, they have one drive thru lane and one mobile order pick up lane. But they only start making the mobile orders when you arrive. So if you are in that line you wait just as long as the other line. But if you are in the drive thru line you still wait forever because they have to make all these orders. It's just not working out. The children look frantic and stressed. At their old location the children still looked jovial. Every single evening I come here I am sent to wait in the parking lot for at least 15-20 minutes which defeats the purpose of fast food. And all I'm ordering is two sandwiches and a kids meal. One time I waited for ten minutes only to be told they ran out of mac and cheese. Idk what's going on but someone needs to come in here and whip things into shape. These people are going to make me start cooking! And nobody wants that. Praying for a speedy recovery. read more

We went one time and came out by Starbucks-this is a hot mess. We went another time and came out by the car wash-another hot mess. What are we going to do? Start going to another Chick-Fil-A location. Additionally, why did they get rid of curbside parking...the express lane was not express. Too bad they can't reopen the old location. Oh well. Changed jobs and landed on this side of town, chick fil a is literally 2 min from my new office and has become my favorite chick-fil-A. This is the smallest store I have ever visited and it has the nicest staff there is, not sure how they do their hiring but the staff is genuinely nice and caring. They recognize their regulars and ask about your day and get to really know you. I have a strange obsession with this particular chain and have to say this specific store just knows how to bake their cookies to perfection so they are crunchy on the outside but goey in the center (hasn't been my experience at other locations) their breakfast minis are prepared to perfection with the softest bread ever, at other locations I have received the minis with a golden brown top and almost crunchy and here they make them so it's a soft pillow that just massages your Mouth in the most delightful way, yeah it sounds strange but what's a girl to do, I have gotten to know the staff by name and sadly for me they already know my order and exact ratio of tea to lemonade for my Arnold Palmer. Suffice to say this is my new go to place, not good news for my cholesterol but hey, there are worst things around. read more
