Will never return to this Wendy's again. Our ghost pepper chicken sandwich was completely raw inside, and then after ordering multiple plain cheeseburgers, of course they put everything on them all. The food was nasty and it was a whole ordeal to receive a refund after wasting $41 here on raw chicken and nasty burgers. Save your money and go elsewhere! read more

I haven't eaten at a Wendy's for awhile, and after today probably won't be back. Yes, I'll probably stop to get a frosty every once in a while, but not to eat. The fries have change, they use to be the best around, now one of the worse. The burgers use to be fresh and juicy, now dry and tasteless. Much better ever since the place got new management, they actually get your orders right and I'm guessing there aren't flies in the food anymore...Only complaint is they hardly ever put a spoon in the bag when you get a frosty, even when I asked. I literally ordered from the app at like 8 something and it processed my order and told me it was going to get delivered , then like 10 minutes before the delivery they literally canceled it like why did you take it in the first place ! Then I called up there and they said they closed @9 like it literally say 1am online , like y'all need to change that cause I would've never ordered in the first place. I love Wendy's, but I wouldn't recommend this store cause everytime we go the workers are always rude but I decided to give this location another chance but , when me and my boyfriend got to the drivethru the lady was being very rude, we get to the window, my boyfriend asked for the receipt and the lady rolled her eyes and gave a big attitude and just gave my boyfriend the food but didn't give us the receipt like we asked for. Never EVER going to this Wendys next to Walmart off of Epps Bridge Rd again!! Cleanliness is a huge problem and I don't doubt food poisoning is waiting for its next victim at this Wendys! I'm very impressed with THIS Wendy's restaurant! I've gone by the drive through multiple times and my burger is always HOT when I peel back the wrapper! It seems that every other burger restaurant I visit serves cold burgers. I've gotten cheese burgers from McDonald's and the cheese isn't even melted! I have worked in fast food myself and know that when you get handed a large bill you just ask your manager to get the change. Well my cashier did so and while doing so ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. Be careful about your cash I have gone to this Wendy's for years. It's right around the corner about a mile from my home. I love their chili and frosties. Maybe it is a sign of the times and peoples' desperation, but the last time I went there through the drive thru the attendant did not give me back the correct change for $20. She gave me a five and some change. I know it was a twenty I gave her. I was given the $20 for my birthday. I tried to clear it up at the next window because the woman left her window in a flash. She gave me no receipt. I was not given a receipt at the window with my food either. They claim I gave a ten and said they counted the woman's register. I have seen this woman at the window a long time. I usually would use a debit card. I do not recommend anyone go to this restaurant. They look like criminals down there just like the ones did on Alps Road here in Athens. The Wendy's on Alps went out of business. I wonder why. Did the same happen to people there like what happened to me at the restaurant on Jordan Drive? Sad world we live in. read more

When was the last time you were underwhelmed? For me it was at lunch today. At little indecisive about what would satiate my hungry soul I thought I might give a burger and fries a go. On a budget, I decided to adventure to the Wendy's off of Epps Bridge. It was quite an adventure indeed; it is easier to uncover Waldo than it is to locate this restaurant. The Wendy's sign crouches behind a petite green bush while the building is strategically planted among a jungle of landscape shrubbery. The good news is there's a gas station very near by so you can fill up before beginning your assault on the castle. Having finally discovered the location of the holy grail, I proceeded in search of my prize. The caretaker was pleasantly polite and accepted my request of a medium number 2 combo with no tomato and a Coke, and then awarded me my meal with a smile and a "have a nice day." With my stomach threatening mutiny, I vigorously unwrapped the sandwich and barbarically sank my teeth into a defenseless unsuspecting bun. My heart sank to my stomach. The menu read "cheeseburger" but my tongue exclaimed "imposter!" I had been betrayed worse than Arnold Schwarzenegger on Mars. The flavor of the burger rivaled that of a warm blanket soaked in mayonnaise. Luckily, the sandwich was bathed in potent onions; I just had to remember to not socialize with any more people today. Although tasty, my french fries were covered in more salt than margarita night. Fortunately, the monumental medium Coca Cola is substantial enough to extinguish small wildfires as well as prevent sodium shock. The meal was sufficient to hush a nagging stomach but took residence like a fetus in a womb. Needless to say my lunch was not rousing, and I just don't understand what the red-headed woman on television is going on about. If asked, "how about Wendy's?" my response would be, "how about no."
