My food was good and delivered quickly they were on their food game. I am not really going to judge the service the day I was there, it was really good, as the registers had crashed and they were in cash only mode taking orders on paper and calculating them on a calculator. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Without fail, every single time I visit, I will either wait nearly 20 minutes if dining in to receive my order, or if I go through the drive thru my order will be wrong. The management is unapologetic, and I cannot believe I continue to return. The dining area is dirty every single time I visit, and more times than not there is water covering the floor near their soda machines. It's a remodeled building but don't let that fool you. I will never return. I've given them way too many chances, and the staff here is simply pathetic. read more

Don't mean to pile on, but the reviews here are spot on. Could be the slowest drive-thru in the history of drive-thru's. Went through here after my son's baseball game, about 8 PM. Took us 40 minutes to get a burger and fries, and it's been like that forever. Had to stop going. Nice enough staff but avoid if you can. read more

My family and I are no longer eating at this Wendy's. Not only is the food gross, but they ALWAYS mess up every customers order, they are super understaffed, and it is never kept clean. I went to this locations grand opening back in 2003 and for a while they were doing good. As far as Wendy's go, I think this is a decent location. It's clean inside and they move their drive thru along quickly. Some of the staff there can be on the rude side, but generally it's a good experience. I will mention that their chicken sandwiches aren't as good anymore. Not sure if that's a location issue or a chain thing. Your best bet is their burgers. read more

I have eaten at this Wendy's twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time, I ordered the pulled pork meal. The sandwich and fries we ok, but the catsup dispensers we not working and I had to use the 2 go packets. Also, neither of the soft drink machines were working properly. I just stopped by for dinner and ordered a hamburger meal. Sandwich was ok again, fries were overdone, catsup dispensers not working, and soda machines not working properly. When I say not properly, one of the machines output had very little flavor, and the other - most flavors were empty. This was the case both times I visited. There are many fast food choices in the area. I will not be back!!! read more

I wish I could give it zero stars. The dinner line for the drive thru is always a 20 wait, and when you finally do get to order, 50% of the time, they are of baked potatoes, out of chili, out of bacon or out of chicken tenders. WTH? Poor management. read more

As far a fast food goes this restaurant in pretty good compared to others in this chain . Drive thru always seems to move quick and their food is ok. Really like the .99 cent stuff especially the montery chicken. read more

My trip tonight was awful, there was a hair in my gfs burger, the fries were cold and old. My jr bacons were cold and my chicken nuggets tasted like they had been sitting under a warmer for hours. I manage a restaurant next door and frequent this location often however after tonight I think il find another restaurant to eat at. read more

My husband and I love the Wendy's salads and we do get them from the drive-thru from time to time. I don't normally complain but since this has happened on more than one occasion, I wanted to bring this to your attention. Every time we buy something, they always leave something out or give us the wrong order. I'm in the habit now of checking the order before we drive away......but on this occasion, my husband picked up the order so he didn't check it. He ordered the Baja full salad and got the chili, tortilla strips, dressing but with a berry salad. I got the apple pecan salad but did not get the pecans. If it wasn't inconvenient, we would have driven back there but instead we will probably just start going to one of the closer competitive restaurants that also serve salad. read more

If i could give this place 0 stars and a match to burn it down i would. Dont eat here, its filthy and the food was gross. I get it, its fast food and what can you expect. Well lets put it this way, the floors were all sticky but wet, how is that possible. I had to wait 15 mins for my order but yet there were 8 people working, wait let me rephrase that, there was 2 people working and 6 people standing around pretending to sweep, keep it up, yall are doing a great job. The drink dispensers didnt work and neither did the ketchup dispensers. Most of the tables were filthy and 2 of them had wads of hair all over them, tasty. When my family finally got there food, the fries were cold and my baconator was basically a mayonnaise sandwich, yummy right. The best thing about this little adventure was leaving this place. Wendys must use this place as a business model to run a business......into the ground. read more

My family and I no longer like to eat Wendy's food since they changed the hamburger meat, it's too greasy and doesn't taste as good as it used to. I once had a chicken sandwich that had an odd chemical taste. I didn't eat it and haven't ordered it since then. It takes forever to get waited on, they usually only have one register open. The one who takes your order, handles the money, then proceeds to fill the drink cups with ice and pop. Kind of gross, but also takes a long time. Then the same person goes and gets all the food and places it on the tray along with tracking down the condiments. Meanwhile, the line of people are stacking up and getting tired of waiting. We have seen people get tired of waiting and they actually leave! You would think Wendy's could figure out to open more registers and have one person taking the orders and handling the money. Meanwhile, have someone else making the drinks and putting food on the trays. Things would move along a whole lot quicker. read more

Not much of a fast food person, but since I work next to this place I do stop here when I'm in a hurry to grab something to eat. I will say though this review isn't for the food because when it comes to giant fast food chains you pretty much get the same thing regardless of the location. Also this review isn't abbot the employees because for the most part the employees seem pretty good. My compliant is about the lack of help and the time it takes to get food when I walk inside. I've learned that at this location if there are more than 3 or 4 people in line when I walk in, I turn around and leave. It never fails, I walk in around 1-2 pm (lunch time) and every time there is only 1 person working the front counter and that person has to not only take the orders , but also bag them and make the drinks nobody ever helps that person speed up the line , and I have yet to see a manager do anything about it. I often see the manager peek up front and acknowledge the line but never come up and help or assign another associate to help. It can easily take 10-15 minutes to get in and out if there are more than a couple people in line. They really need to work on their staffing and take care of the people that are at the counter and not just worry about drive through. read more
