Not every place is a 4 or 5 star. This experienced wasn't even close for a 3 star. I decided to have a 2 star review for review 1200 as most of the 1200 reviews I've done were of great places and not everywhere I go is a gem. Gosh, I was so proud of number 200 a few years ago, never thought I'd get to 1200. Drive Thru ordering adventure. Line was long and slow! Seemed like I waited in line for 5 minutes before ordering and another 15 after I ordered. I should have gone inside. The person on the other end seemed distracted as I had to keep repeating and correcting. Attitude at the window was short and absolutely NOT friendly or welcoming. They were miffed I asked for ketch up and an extra napkin. The food... top bun was torn in half and kind of flapping at me. The meat had a really funky flavor and smell. Every single time i've been to this location they manage to mess up my order somehow. I get a biggie bag every time i come through, and i order it in a very specific way, and also I used to work at a wendys so it is NOT hard to listen to instructions. This location is near my office and it's one of the few fast food places that is consistently open for dine-in. It has several things going for it. It's pretty clean. It's speedy. And the food is pretty good. It's Wendy's, which I happen to believe is one of the better quality options for fast food. The bourbon bacon burger is one of the best fast food burgers going as of late. Negatives? First, there's some sort of weird quirk with Wendy's. Just like McDonald's always has issues with the ice cream machines, every Wendy's seems to have issues with their Coca-Cola Freestyle machine. On today's visit, one was completely out of order and the other was missing over a fourth of the drinks. I don't hold high expectations for any fast food place, but this was a very frustrating experience. I only have an hour for my lunch breaks and I just spent 40 minutes of it waiting on a Cobb salad. people who ordered after me with bigger orders got theirs before me. with the order itself, I asked for breaded chicken instead of baked on the salad. they gave me an entire chicken patty on the side. I came here a couple days ago and they gave me a honey butter biscuit that was raw in the center. I thought it taste funny but I was really hungry ate the next bite and the center was cold and raw. I am sick to my stomach now and they won't even answer the phone when u call. Looking at the reviews seems like this location regularly serves raw chicken. This location needs to be closed down and I ask corporate to reach out to me on every platform with no response. You have been warned. Three words: Hair in salad. Want more words, okay... I work nights and have been to this Wendy's several times over the years. That's over, now. Cold french fries virtually every time I went was the norm, but they were convenient to my workplace, and sometimes I needed a quick meal. Crappy service is the norm, but it's a fast food window. This location is FANCY. TV's and what looks like a waiting area in a hospital or hotel (3 star max) but it's kind of nice and weird. The service is what you'd expect from high school kids or fresh out of high school kids. They don't speak loud or clearly and are easily confused by the most basic of questions. I went to this Wendy's 2 weeks ago and ordered a larder chili, baconator fries and a medium chocolate frosty which costed a little over $8. It took less than 5 minutes to arrive at my hotel. My fries were lukewarm. When I picked up the container for my chili, I didn't feel the least bit of warmth which is odd to me. I opened the container up and took a bite. The chili was completely cold as if it was taken straight out of a can. I was furious and afraid at the same time. I was afraid that the chili wasn't being kept at the right temperature therefore people may be at risk of getting sick from eating the chili. I called the store and spoke with a young female employee who would not give me her name. She just told me to come back before 7 days and say that I spoke to a Supervisor and ask for my money back. I saved the food and went back early the next morning and spoke to a very rude and unprofessional Maria. She took the bag of food and examined it. A violation of the health code and didn't want to give me a refund. We argued back and forth, then she tried to give me $6. I told her that Wendy's is a Multi million dollar company that wouldn't go bankrupt for give a full $8 refund. This location has too many young, immature juvenile employees who lack experience and professionalism. I rarely eat out. This is one of the reasons why. Poor customer service and it seems to be too hard to get your order right so I have zero patience for this. Its easier to cook myself and keep my money in my pocket. I called customer service to complain and I'm still waiting for a call back. Well corporate can take their time calling me because I'm never going back to Wendy's again. read more
