I went in on a week night about 4:30 there was about 12 people in there. They had half-price appetizers so I ordered cheese sticks my favorite. They came out hot and delicious. Then I ordered a plain cheeseburger with mayonnaise on the side. They sent out a cheeseburger with everything.... The cheeseburger was mediocre.... They had a big selection on the menu so next time I want to try their nachos. The fries that came with a burger were very different I've never had any that were like that they were real soggy. If I ever do get the fries again I will definitely have to get them well done. read more

Meh. Crappy bar food. We tried this place recently while in the area. Not my first choice but if my husband hears wings then we have to try the place. My husband ordered a Beer, 5 Wings and a Bowl of Chili. I ordered a water, a Fish Sandwich and a side of Onion Rings. My husband said his food was "ok" and that the chili had a "really unique" flavor. I could smell it across the table and said, "That unique flavor is canned chili." It smelled exactly like the canned hot dog chili sauce I remembered from childhood. It tasted like it too. If it isn't completely from a can then most of it is and it's not good. The wings were cooked properly but not very meaty at all. The fish sandwich is just a frozen fish filet from a box/bag. The breading flavorless, the fish minced and the slight taste of freezer. The onion rings were basic frozen onion rings. Very overpriced for the low quality food that is served. Both booths we attempted to sit in were dirty with food crumbs and sticky tables. The service was ok. We're unlikely to return for the food. read more

We have been to Wings Bar and Grill several times. it has a nice atmosphere and it seems to always be clean. The employees are all very nice and accommodating. On this occasion, the wings were pretty dry and lightly sauced, but the medium blue cheese covered that up. The wings restaurants are still the best blue cheese in my opinion. read more

This place is filthy, disgusting, and the food is horrible. We got two waters in plastic cups that had gunk and build up all over. Our salad dressing was bubbling and an odd color, the plate was cracked, and our wings were over cooked and had little meat. Will never come back to another one of these places. Local drunk regular made rude comment on our party of 6 putting two tables together. Bartender needs to spend less time at the gym and more time learning how to run things. Waitress didn't know how to speak up so we could hear her and acted like she didn't care we were there. Food was below average. Didn't come out at same time. We had to take a car to ford yesterday for a scheduled service and after we decided to do a little shopping. We stopped by Wings Bar and Grill for lunch in Batavia, I ordered a club sandwich she ordered grilled cheese. When our food arrived I was blown away. My club was a joke. Thin sliced turkey you can buy prepackaged at save a lot, bacon bits no lettuce one tomato and onions with no mayo. $10.40 for this joke!! I told the manager I could make that for a $1.80 and he could have it back i wasn't paying for it. No apology or any effort to make it right. When I paid the boy who served us apologized and said that sandwich was embarrassing. I tipped him and assured him I knew it wasn't his fault. By the way her grilled cheese was burnt and nasty. This was my first time trying Wings Bar and Grill, I used DoorDash. My driver texted me about 20 mins after I ordered saying that there is a 20 minute wait (which was fine) but my lady gets here with the food and she tells me to hold it straight because someone told her it was going to spill. No wonder, there is watery-flavorless wing sauce everywhere but the wings. They also just didn't taste good at all. This place has completely fallen apart. Not only did it take over an hour to order eat and pay but the food was absolutely horrendous. I'm not normally a critic of chicken wings and French fries. I'm in my early 30's, I work a lot and I'm slightly overweight. I'm to the point to where I eat for survival and not for pleasure. I'm a simple bbq wings and fries for lunch kind of person. Nothing overly complicated (no Karen's here). I also understand that the government is paying people to stay home due to COVID (Joe Biden also gets 1/5 stars) and that finding workers in Restaurants right now is next to impossible. I totally understand and sympathize with that. Taking all of that information into account good god this was probably the worst meal I've ever had in my entire life. The wings were cold on the inside and leathery/dry on the inside. The fries were raw (almost frozen) and overly salted. I couldn't even eat it. I seriously think I ate one wing and half of a French fry I was also late coming back from lunch due to the excessive wait so I didn't have an extra hour to hang around to get it remade. This place was going downhill before COVID and it's just inexcusable on the part of ownership. Can't find workers? Go into the place and work yourself. I will never eat here again for the rest of my life. This place is in a great location and I honestly think that it would be better off with new ownership or a completely new business. read more

The only reason I tried this place is because it's right next to my work and even though I saw the reviews, I wanted to give it a change since I'm a lover of wings. I tried the wings plain, with sauce on the side - I had them mix the garlic and bbq together and they called it the crazy sauce. I really wish they had dry run for the wings. They serve Cajun fries, so I asked for a side of the Cajun seasoning which I sprinkled on my wings (they should offer it on the wings too!) The wings were pretty small but really crispy. I liked how crispy they were, but they weren't anything special. I got a side salad, and I couldn't eat it because the carrots on it looked like they came out of a dishwasher disposal - they literally smelled like straight vinegar and tasted rancid which ruined the salad. When I called about the carrots on the salad, the person I spoke with said "I'm not sure why they did that, I'll ask" which was a strange comment to me. My manager got a turkey burger and said it wasn't good, it came with weird grey looking fries. Anyways, if you're craving crispy wings, I'd come here again if there wasn't anywhere else to go because I do like how crispy they were, the sauce is good and the blue cheese is really thick but this place is nothing special. I've heard bad rumors about the cleanliness here from locals also which kind of scares me. I'd rather make the drive to get wings and rings or Bdubs. Wine glass had lipstick prints all over it which should have been our warning to run!!! Curly fries were GRAY, undercooked and greasy. Took a bite of one and it tasted like a rotten potato!!! The wings here are pretty good which is why it gets 2 Stars. I've been coming here since I first moved to Ohio 8 years ago and this used to be a cheap little place to grab wings and a beer, nothing more. It's nothing fancy and there is little appeal to the place outside of it being a cheap place to get wings.. or it WAS. All of the sudden there is a new menu with higher prices, the bathrooms are still filthy, the carpet needed replaced 15 years ago, and they still serve food on 5 inch cheap paper plates. 22oz draft Bud is now $5 - PLEASE!! I used to come here because of the value of the wings and beer - overlooking the other stuff. AWFUL!!!! Walked in w/ a party of 6 at 10:15pm stood at the door and was not seated/greeted. So we moved two of the tables together and sat down, we waited another 10 minutes to order drinks. After our drinks arrived we waited another 10 minutes to order. 10 piece wing, 3 piece tender, 2 burgers and 2 chicken sandwiches. All w/ curly fries. Then..... we waited another 35 minutes for our food. The tenders came out 10 minutes before everything else. COLD. 2 of the fries weren't cajun seasoned as ordered. The buns fell apart in our hands and the wings were cold and soaking in a 4 inch Sauce bath. Celery was almost limp. Silverware was dirty. Waitress hair was down to her lower back and she 2as walking into the kitchen. Never asked for a refill and never asked how the food was. We had to beg the bartender to have our waitress come out w/ the bill. I would leave a 2 star review because we got the wings and tenders taken off and a 10% discount which is great but we didnt eat anywhere near $50 worth of food. read more

This place was awful! By far the worst food I have ever eaten. The burger was a nickel patty you can buy at Walmart, fries were awful, wings were so over cooked their was no meat left. The wings were very dry, like they cook them early and put them under a heat lamp. I think they got one of the wings orders wrong - that was NOT garlic. The mushroom Swiss burger was well well well done. The fried mushrooms were okay but the loaded potato skins were smothered in the same chili as the fries, and I'm pretty sure it was from a (cheap) can. At $48, it was an expensive lesson learned. Since when did waitresses reviews of their own job be considered appropriate, if you have to promote yourself, so much then something is wrong. All the reviews are pretty accurate and yes perhaps the only way to get good service is to be a local. So if you don't know any of the servers, then I suggest you stay away from the place, They actually admit it in their review of themselves, if your a local, you will get awesome service, but If you don't have an in then you don't stand a chance for good service I guess. read more
