I ordered Taco salad. Noticed the price went up to over $9. I got home to put together & NO Chips. Main ingredient next to little bitty salad, (almost fresh). Chili, in small container, too. I know things are bad but this is last straw. McD's & Burger King & now Wendy's I will be boycotting. Just so much you can do. I went from doing lunch, maybe dinner, once a week out at fast food. Was expecting to eat at the Belgrade Wendys after a long day of ATVing. Wanted to wash up before we ate.... We were dusty. So us 3 girls went into the bathroom....my granddaughter forgot to lock the door, so a worker walked in on us. Claiming we were in the bathroom on our phones.... We were washing up & using the toilet.... She told my husband, I have the authority to boot them out. My husband said the girls in the bathroom? She said yes. All's we wanted to do was wash up before we ate..... Needless to say we left & will never come back. Boycotting all Wendys because of one person's act.... read more

Unfortunately... this location is still too new to get orders right. They rush through bagging and don't bother to double check before they hand the order to the client. I recently pulled through and ordered a meal ... when I got back to work and opened my bag ... I found that I was given 2 large fries and NO sandwich. What the hell?!? Needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon. I can get a better meal for a better price and not have to worry about accuracy from the Taco Bus across the street. Wow oh wow. First of let me say.... I appreciate that the Wendy's in Belgrade is open until midnight. I ate the Asiago homestyle ranch club. So good. To hell with taste, I love when the food looks like the picture! Makes the experience so much better. Food is a mental thing for me. So this was pleasing on so many levels. Plus this sandwich has so much bacon it was a sexy ride on pigs' sides. This sandwich was a ménage in my mouth. Asiago yelling for bacon, bacon yelling for Ranch, and ranch yelling for Asiago.... no need to hoot and holler for more... this sandwich is sure to leave you satisfied. read more

I stood in the main lobby for 23 minutes, and had nine different workers look me directly in the eyes, waiting to place my order at the front counter and not a single one came up and helped me. today is 3/19/24. an hour before close we got a small order and there was a bigger girl with brown hair who told us we needed to leave when we we're checking our food. it was less then 30 seconds. the guy taking the orders was extremely disrespectful and rude. ignored us and had terrible customer service. they clearly don't know how to treat customers with respect or realize that their customers pay there bills. hope they get some help or better training :) read more

Whoever Katie is at the Belgrade Wendy's is horribly rude. She states she's the manager but when I got all the way home after I was told my entire order was there after going through the drive through, and called, she was awful and rude, called me "lady" and told me there was nothing she could do for forgetting my order. I let her know this is stealing and she took my money and she needed to refund my card but she refused stating I would have to go back in, unfortunately that wouldn't work for me. I have never been spoken to by a manager that way before, especially when the error was their fault. The reviews for Belgrade Wendy's are correct, please beware. And yes, I usually check my order before leaving the drive through but the guy was rushing me and I had a lot so I simply asked, "are you sure it's all there, including bbq sauce?" Went through the drive thru twice this week and both times they messed up the order. Ordered a Baconator and large fries each time, the first time I was given a jalapeno spicy chicken sandwich. The second time they gave me a Baconator single. They managed to get the fries right each time so 2 stars for that I guess... read more

I visit this Wendy's a couple times a month, my French Fries are always hot and service is always fast. Great Location.

I have given this place several tries. Now I love Wendy's. Specifically their parm salads, Asiago ranch chicken club, strawberry lemonade, and their baconator fries. My first visit to the brand new location,I ordered my Parmesan salad with spicy chicken. I drive home (15 minutes). Sit down, and open my salad to be greeted by a bug crawling out of it. Now I called Wendy's, and the manager apologized profusely, and took my name for a new salad on the house. I will say their customer service is great. I went back another time, and ordered an Asiago ranch chicken club. I decide to open it up in the car (husband was driving). I had a piece of chicken, a huge blob of mayonnaise, and the most sorry tiny piece lettuce. No bacon, no cheese, none of the fixings. I call, and they tell me to go back for a new one. Most recently about a week ago I'm at the first window in their drive thru paying for my order, and I see an employee touching the bacon that had just come out of the oven with their bare hands. GLOVE UP!! People are eating this stuff. Got to the second window, and the manager handed me my food so I let him know what I witnessed, and he thanks me. On Sunday I went back, and ordered my usual salad, and drink. Not even 30 minutes later I became violently ill (I'll save you the gory details). I'm not going to say I didn't have good experiences here, but it's issue after issue. I'll stick to the Bozeman locations. I've never had an issue at those stores. read more
