This might be the worst McDonalds I've been too. Food wasn't or anything but I've been given the wrong food almost every time, the service is slow, and it might have been the worst cup of coffee I've ever had in my life. They are usually very busy which probably has something to do with the service, but even the soda machine has problems with carbonated water/syrup almost every time I go. I would stop going but there aren't many places in town that have wifi and are open late in Belgrade. Food wise you're better off with any other fast food in town. If you do end up going here just be prepared to have them fix your order, and for sure DON'T GET THE COFFEE!!! read more

We waited over 30 minutes for our order tonight because of absolute stupidity and racism. After ordering via the app, choosing curbside pickup, and entering our space, we waited for about 15 minutes after the order said complete to walk in. There were no employees in the lobby and several in the kitchen. I tried asking for help, but was ignored. After maybe 5 more minutes, my son went inside and said there were people waiting , but no employees. I went in again maybe 10 minutes later and the Hispanic employee came out of the kitchen to give a Hispanic delivery driver his food, but flat out ignored me when I asked where my order was. A couple minutes later , my son and I saw an employee coming outside and asked her where our order was. She went back in and talked to the Hispanic gal, who couldn't understand her or I, and finally said "no number." I didn't know what that meant, so I asked the other employee. She tried to figure out what was going on and the offending employee finally pointed at our order that was sitting for a half hour and was "staged," whatever that means. The older lady tried apologizing for the Hispanic one and I said, "was she going to wait forever or finally bring it to us or figure out what is going on?" She felt bad for us and embarrassed about the idiot who couldn't figure out what to do. The Hispanic gal obviously was welcoming to the delivery driver, because they were the same ethnicity, but played dumb when it came to us. Racist. read more

McDonald's got my order wrong and ruined my breakfast/lunch. I called and tried to get it remedied but for some odd reason their landline was not working properly, I kept getting cut off. I left my whole order in tact and brought it back after I got off work, the representative decided that I only deserved a refund for the breakfast sandwich, like I would of just ate the hash brown because they didn't mess that up lol!!!! My coffee was also cold. Thank goodness I had a yogurt snack bar . Belgrade McDonald's got my order wrong, ruined my breakfast/lunch and refused to give me a full refund. How cheap!! This location is by far one of the worst McDonald's franchises I have ever seen. Constant staff turnover, can't keep managers, poor food quality. the franchisee of this location clearly has no clue how to run a business. after complaining to the owner's office(spoke with admin), I was given some coupons, fair compensation, right? wrong. i went back to the store about a week later, my order was wrong AND cold/stale. upon complaining again, their response was simply "dont come back to the store". Asked for no lettuce and extra cheese and they always seem to not pay attention and give us extra lettuce and no cheese or barely any.

The staff were difficult to understand, which detracted from the efficiency one expects from fast food. The fries were disappointing--soggy and overly salty. Additionally, the McNuggets had an unusual shape, which was rather off-putting. read more

We have been customers of this location for about 10 years. After the latest remodel the quality of food has declined, the yelling out of customer numbers is more annoying and louder, they seem to prefer is to use the kiosk to order but that makes more work for the customer (so I'm never using that) and they almost never know when someone has come inside if there isn't already someone at the register. I've had a few occasions in which my beef patty was under cooked and the fries are generally cold or very close to inedible. We have had enough of lukewarm, cold or under cooked food. They must fix their issues or lose another customer. read more

They are consistently out of items available at any other McDonalds. The employees are poorly trained and seem to have no clue what they're doing. Additionally, they keep closing their curbside pickup with no notice. If I could leave less then one star I would!! I ordered from the mobile app last night. Got to the location and entered what was needed. Over 20 minutes layer, and 30 cars going through the drive through and we still don't have our order. Also in that time another vehicle pulled in, waiting for curbside. This person waited for maybe 2 minutes and their order was brought out....while mine yet to be delivered. Yet again I have gotten the wrong order in the drive through. Went in to get it fixed and multiple cars behind had the wrong food. This is repetitive and today was the first time Back in about 6 months. I knew I was either going to get the wrong food or be asked to pull around to the side to wait. I would say the are at least 80% for wrong order and 20% for being asked to pull around. They did fix my order when I walked in but took my receipt so I can't review to McDonalds. Can't contact store - phone is currently disconnected. My sons burger had some paper on it ( it looks like the type that is used to separate frozen patties). The pieces is large enough that I'm confused how it was missed while the burger was being put together. My son apparently did chew a portion of it up before gagging on the rest of it. They just got done renovating and the place looks great but stuff like makes it feel like it's still a place to avoid. read more

Okay, I've tried to view this place in a good light, since it's a fast food joint, so I don't expect the world. But seriously, it's a constant joke. Whenever we get fries, like half the fries box is empty. The staff is friendly enough, but friendly doesn't give me back my money which I shouldn't have spent here. Last time I was there, I went through the Drive Thru, and the chick at the second window stuck her fricken fingers IN my fries as she picked them up to check the order. It was disgusting, especially since she was at the drinks station and was wiping up spilled drinks and condensation with a wet, gross rag...so that gross, wet rag was technically also in my food. Wtf? Nasty. Tonight, we went there, and we get home and I pull out my fries, and the box is literally half-empty. And it wasn't because they "settled" to the bottom or whatever; it was sheer laziness. I say laziness because the place was dead, so it's not like it was some oversight because they were too busy. This place has really gone downhill. The only reason why I eat here is because of my great grandkids. The burgers are not like they advertise as with the chicken. The last time I ate a chicken sandwich the bun was burnt & the tomato, lettuce were wasn't even on the bun properly. I do realize these places are short staffed but the management should be on top of the employees do the orders correctly. McDonald's your pride has left the building! read more

Simply delicious. Ronald is an artist and his menu is his canvas. I suggest getting some of their famous chicken breast cutlets, breaded and fried to a crisp. The first bite is cuisine in song. For an entrée I have found that pairs incredibly and soulfully well with some Coca Cola is the classic beese churnger. The beef fillet dances on the buns and is tickled by light tomato sauce. The pickles kiss your lips and leave the salty taste that even the pickiest of eaters can admire. This place is an absolute delight. read more

Ok so since the new remodel got done I have to say the double drive through is awesome, no more waiting almost in the road for the drive through. If you go around the rush hours ( noon and 6pm), obviously prepare for it to be busy. Also my order often gets messed up around these times. Usually it's perfect any other time. Sad the play area is gone though. read more

Ordered a big breakfast, and got cold pancakes and cold biscuits....that's just sad. Save yourself a few dollars and go to the taco bell next door. I am a frequent visitor to this location but I am going to re-think that. On Sunday the gal at the first window was perturbed that she had to work the window and told me about it and then snatched my card out of my hand with a growl! The young man at the pickup window acted put out as well. Then to top it off I was given the wrong order. I would have gone back but I was on my way to work. On Monday I was given the wrong order and again, being on my way to work I could not go back. There are only 3 people that I feel has the task of working fast food down to a science but they were not there on the days I got poor service and the wrong order. I have continually been let down by their lack of quality control and accuracy. It's not that difficult to get a drive thru order right. The food sometimes comes out raw, the fries are almost always soggy and cold. My mother and I went through the drive through and ordered dinner. The cost was around 30$. My mom the price was to high so she had to explained to employ that the price was way to high for what she ordered. The employ apologize for adding 8$ to our order. We said it's was okay and we understand. ( the McDonald's has been remodeled and has all new high schoolers working.) after getting our food we realized they had put no napkins in the bag so we went in and asked for some. I used to enjoy this McDonalds. They were closed down for a few months for an extensive remodel/rebuild and have finally opened back up. I gave them 2 weeks for some crowds to thin down and decided to visit. Upon walking in I was confronted with the order kiosks. No big deal I shall give it a whirl. After standing there for close to 15 minutes swiping and trying to figure out how to pay with CASH, I left and went across the street to Burger King where I actually had human help. All it would have took was someone from McD's to come and help me at the kiosk. Caught them between lunchtime rush and dinner rush. That is the way I see how the food and customer service is.
