Came here for some food with my SO, we ordered and the cashier was friendly. It did take a little while for us to get our food, but that's understandable as they were a little busy so. They were kind enough to let me know when my nuggets would be ready, and brought them out with a sauce to my table. They had given me the wrong burger as well, but quickly gave me a new one and let me keep the wrong one. Overall, the staff was friendly and caring, the food was good and the vibes inside were chill. Ms Bri was amazing! So kind, friendly and helpful with ordering. Food was good!! We came here last year and this year was much better!

The staff here was super nice and got my food out in a very timely manner. The eating area was also very clean.

Locks their doors during the day to avoid customers coming inside. This has happened multiple times for years.

My wife and I stopped on our way home No chocolate shakes, had to pull over behind 2 other cars to wait for food when we got home the burgers were smashed almost flat , no straws, 1 napkin and no receipt in the bag so we didn't call the restaurant. With all the places in the neighborhood you would think they would do a better job . We will never go back!!! read more

Not sure what is going on with this particular store, but IMO I feel they need to have better management. The employees are a result of the management they are under. If your management is not good and professional then your employees feel as though they can do whatever. Regardless of how good (on rare occasions) or bad the food is the service is always below average. The drive thru experience is the worst! Be prepared to wait a good 5 minutes or more and you're the only car waiting. A couple of months ago I came here and the employees held a full blown conversation while I was waiting to give my order. I heard all their business through the speaker. Fast forward to today, as I was giving my order the young lady said "Wait, what you say?" I was silent for a good minute bc I had never heard anything like it. Then I proceeded to get my order at the pick up window and the lady that handed me the food came to the window burping. Last night 03/17/2023 around 7:15 I went to the drive-through to grab some dinner. The woman who came over the intercom already sounded like she had an attitude when she asked "what can I get you" as I was ordering she interrupted me multiple times. She seemed to be rushing me even though I was not taking a long time to order. I was the only person in the drive-through and there was only 2 cars parked in the parking lot at the time so there seemed to be no need to rush. After she interrupted me for the 3rd time I said "you can cancel the order, I don't like your attitude. I'll just go somewhere else." When I drove off she was flipping me off outside the window. My wife and I went through the drive through to order food the lady on the inner com would ask us every 3 seconds if we were ready to order. They would not allow us to take a minute to look at the menu so my wife and I just picked something random on the menu because we're not allowed to take a minute to order something we do want. And when we got to the window and paid the lady was in her sit at home clothes and looked like a drug attic. Also soon as we paid she said pull forward because we're on a timer. This is the absolute WORST fast food restaurant I have ever been to. I go through the drive thru, women who answers headset already has an attitude. I had to repeat my order three times, after she asked what I want she started yelling at someone to close the door In The restaurant, then I could hear her answering her cell phone, finally a different women got on the speaker to take my order. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my food, every single person at the window was extremely rude and they all lack customer service. Came back about a week later, and the same lady came through the intercom and had a attitude as she told us to wait a minute and explained that they were busy. DO NOT COME HERE! Seems like I always have issues with Wendy's in general, whether they are ridiculously slow, or are out of most of the menu, BUT this location takes first prize of the WORST Wendy's! Last night I was really craving a salad, so I decided to stop by Wendy's to pick one up on the way home from work. BIG MISTAKE! I understand things are crazy due to Covid-19, but this Wendy's has had the same issues for the past few years... When I pulled up to the drive thru, there were only 3 cars in line, so I figured this would be a quick visit.. it was most definitely not.. after waiting 15 minutes in a 3 car line, I finally pulled up to the monitor, ready to order, where I was prompted to wait even more. Patiently I'm waiting and finally I select my salad, where of course they "are out of" the large portion... which confuses me as to why they have Half salads, but not Full salads... the worker said "the morning shift prepares the salads, and once we're out, that's all"... That, to me, isn't great customer service...especially when Wendy's is known for being out of a lot of their menu.. The worker then suggested I just order two half salads.. which would come to just over $10, where a Full salad is only around $7... why should I pay $3 more for YOUR inconvenience? I ended up choosing another salad, which they were out of altogether... at this point, things got comical... I figured, hey, third times a charm right? So I choose another salad, and finally, he told me, they had a few left... disappointed I couldn't get the salad of my choice, I was still looking forward to this salad, because I had been craving one all day.. finally it was my turn to pull up to the window, and by now 32 minutes have gone by...which is absolutely ridiculous, especially when there were ONLY 3 cars in line... Had I not been craving a salad so badly, I would've drove off and eaten elsewhere... I was already frustrated, and before I even left the drive thru I knew I was going to be leaving a review.... BUT WAIT there is more.. I finally get home about 5 minutes later, and sit down to enjoy my salad, when I notice there IS NO DRESSING FOR MY SALAD..... and when I go to look at my receipt, I couldn't locate it because they never gave me one... This is one of the worst experiences I have had at a Wendy's, and again, this is NOT the first time either.... I'd like to say I'll never eat Wendy's again, but granted they do have good tasting food that I'm sometimes in the mood for.. it's very unfortunate. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! I walked in the establishment and the trash cans obviously hadn't been emptied the entire day (we arrived around 8:45pm). One of the employees FINALLY emptied one trash can when they saw how disgusted we were. The floors hadn't been cleaned in days and I wouldn't dare walk into the restrooms. We decided to order to-go because we couldn't sit in the establishment because of the nastiness. The kitchen was disgusting and the employees didn't care. Ketchup was spilled inside the refrigerators and food was slung from one end of the restaurant to the other. I'm just thankful I didn't get food poisoning from the cold chicken they served me!! If you are concerned with the food you consume please go to a better establishment. I will never go back to this Wendy's and would highly advise you to do the same. GROSS!! read more
