This location always has a line wrapped around the building. The food is so so. You'd think with the business it'd be fresher. Bacon egg and cheese biscuit this morning has broken bacon bits, barely enough to call it BACON egg and cheese. I work near the new Bojangles on Jones Sausage Road. Their food always hot, fresh, and ample bacon! I pray they don't become complacent like the 210 location. Oh, and this morning, I had to ask for my drink, and I double-checked my receipt that I was due one. There is no ambiance to report, as we use drive-through. read more

I stopped in at this location a few days ago for lunch because I wanted to try their new grilled chicken sandwich. It was a beautiful day, I had my dog with me, so all the windows in my car were rolled down. I arrived at the drive-thru window, and 2 women were at the window saying how much they loved my dog. I turned and grabbed my card to pay, and realized my dog was eating a chicken tender that one of the women handed him. Normally, when food is offered to my dog, I'm asked if he's allowed to have it. They gave me my sandwich and I drove home. I was annoyed to see that my sandwich was sloppily thrown together and it was cold. I walked into the living room to eat, and heard my dog heaving. He threw up 3 times and I know it was from that spicy chicken tender. Dogs cannot digest spice like that, so please do not give those out. Invest in some dog biscuits. read more

The BOY outside was extremely disrespectful and rude. He continously insulted and made fun of my looks and weight. It hurt me deeply to see that a gentleman like me is being utterly disrespected by an ape. I took my concerns to the window, where a young "torta" continued the insults and refused me service stating that, "Obese fattys like you need a salad not a 4 piece supreme". I only allowed such ridiculous comments cause she was very pretty, and I felt a deeper connection to her. Overall, the experience was not pleasing in the least. Bojangles' fresh, hot, delicious down-home cooking is perfect after a long day, a tailgate, family dinner, family reunion, gathering of friends.......in other words, anytime you are hungry for some bird! I've never gotten dry or greasy pieces from Bojangles, and their mashed 'taters and gravy is better than mom's. We ordered the family meal with beans, mashed potatoes and gravy, and of course their signature biscuits and iced tea. We came in close to closing and got awesome fresh fried chicken fresh from the fryer, and great service. I apologized for hitting them so close to closing with such a large order, and got back "that's why we're here, thanks for your business." (Their nearby competition has told me they are "'out' of product" in the last HOUR of business or that a machine is "broken" as I watch them cleaning it early) Delicious food and fun to eat. read more

Horrible service today. Did a call ahead meal and when I got there I was told it was already picked up. They stated that someone picked it up under my name. Really? I had to show a picture of my husband ( they had a picture) to prove it wasn't him. They did give me another order, but it took me a good half hour to get it sorted out. I won't be coming here again. The manager wasn't even man enough to help me himself but sent out one of the workers. He just handed it off. Oomph! read more

If you have never had Bojangles, you must try it at least once. Great fried chicken that is mildly spicy. Sweet tea is very sweet- I personally dilute mine with unsweet. Breakfast biscuits are good too. Bojangles is really the only fast food that I eat; when I have to eat from a drive through or want fried chicken, it is Bo Time. This Bojangles was a typical Bosperience for me except they forgot my cream and sugar for my coffee at the drive through. Not a big deal at all to me as I had to get up and stretch my legs anyways. So I went in and said that I had just grabbed a coffe at the drive through and that I needed cream and sugar for it. The girl at the front counter and 3 other people scratched their heads for over a minute trying to figure out what was going on. Finally they presented me with a bag containing over 50 creamers and a half pound of sugar! At this point I was laughing with the lady beside me at the strangeness of the situation. Anyways, I grabbed 2 creamers and some sugar, gave th rest back and they again were confused! It was bizarre. I also asked for a few honey mustard sauces (which are awesome ) and they gave me a pile for free. Other Bojangles charge ~22 cents for them. (This was before the creamer issue). Drive daily from Ilm to RDU area via 210. Stopped at this location a lot. Never complained about them before, but may have needed to......today, I was going to be at work 10-15 minutes early so I stopped and ordered 2 pork chop biscuits. Thankful I checked bag as I was pulling out. I'd only been given ONE biscuit.....and here's the kicker....it wasn't even pork chop!! So, I walked in, showed manager on duty and watched while the girl putting the sandwiches together did 5 orders BEFORE she fixed mine!! I was FURIOUS, but only said, "thanks and now I'm gonna be late for work".....to which they gave NO RESPONSE!! Bojangles used to have decent people working there, years ago.....but now, not so much as a "oops or sorry"......I won't stop there again. read more

Everybody is nice, fast service and even do they always mess up our order, missing biscuits, sauce etc. we will go back and they fix it, so now we just check the food make sure we got everything and no big deal we love the food and keep going back lol read more

I just have a quick question. Does the fry seasoning come out of the employees pockets? Like, if they use too much in a day, they pay a fine or something? Because the past few times I've gone, they got nothing. And if you politely ask that THICK sista behind the counter if you could have some more, she looks at you like you asked her for twenty dollars. And you already owe her twenty dollars. This is a country restaurant with cajun chicken. If you don't like cajun chicken you won't like this place. The food is fantastic here, I love it and I eat it every week. The chicken has a kick and it's just wonderful. Def, a place to eat some friend chicken with a kick. read more

I was waiting in line to get my food today and there was a man and his son behind me. We had already been waiting for at least 15 minutes already. A older female employee approached the man and said that the woman at the register hadn't charged the man for the chicken breast that he ordered. He politely asked her to repeat herself and she rudely said "do you want it or not". He was slouching when he was talking to her and she very rudely said "Can you please stand up straight" with a mocking attitude. I was shocked and I turned to my boyfriend and he works in the food service and he said "if I ever did that I would be fired" I am disgusted with this employees behavior. Yeah so im tired of me always asking for extra icing on my bo berry biscuit and they not give it to me. I don't care if they charge me extra but put the damn icing on the biscuit it's not hard. I ordered a 3 piece chicken with fries. The chicken was very greasy and I went through 6 napkins. The fries had every square inch completely covered in salt. I ate 4 fries and sucked down my drink to get rid of the weekly amount of sodium in 4 fries. I will not return to Bojangles. read more

I love Bojangles. This is some good southern food right here! Weather you're looking for some biscuits and gravy or a fried chicken biscuit they got you covered at Bo's! Want a bacon egg and cheese biscuit at 10PM? They got you covered there too! Breakfast and lunch, served all day. I have gone inside once or twice, but typically stick to the drive through. When I have gone inside, it was very clean and the staff was super friendly! When I go to the drive-thru, my order is ALWAYS right. When I have friends or family visit from new england, we always visit Bojangles! My only complaint about this store.... I wish they understood when you order a drink with 'Light ice'. It's always a 50/50 shot if you'll get a sweet tea, or a cup of ice with a little sweet tea. read more
